The ground floor showcases handbags, travel luggages, sports apparel aka leisure wear and accessories with its luxury brand name FF. The second floor has women's apparel and shoes of all sorts; sporty, casual and dress heels for all occasions. There's always a coordinating outfit from head to toe with matchy matchy goods. You always have the option or not to FF. Some people might say it's over the top, too matchy matchy, some day it's FF Fabulous! I say you do you and you go with what makes you happy. I've been into this store frequently throughout the years. Every time the staff personnel have been so cordial, nice and helpful. Whether I have my furbabe Fendi with me or not, I have received excellent service. Although little Fendi is a superstar here :) Little Fendi was named in honor of one of my best friends, a beautiful Italian fashion designer who is in heaven. I love a select list of designers and Fendi Fendissima is among them for its style, functionality and fashion forward flare. As a fan of sky high heels Fendi delivers with its architecturally designed platform heels that is sexy, killer sky high but are still manageably walkable. And lately for comfort with style, I like the knit bootie sneaks which are super comfortable. The latest utilitarian multi purpose zip jackets with roomy so pockets is on my list to covet ASAP. Spending the Thanksgiving week in LA with the kiddos. After many days in Disneyland I was ready to go shopping. We went to Rodeo Drive. Of course I had to drop into Fendi. This store is very clean and had many client advisors available. I was approached by Harut. He was very nice and helped me find a pair of sunglasses. At the time I ended up going with a pair my husband and daughter picked out for me. After getting back home to Reno I decided I wasn't happy with them. I knew if I didn't exchange them it would of been sitting in my drawer. I reached out to Harut and he was very responsive and made the exchange happen with ease. Recently visited this location for the first time. It's been years since I've been to Rodeo Drive. This experience reminds me why I stay away. As we walked in no one even acknowledged us. I walked directly in front of a gentleman who was working there and he didn't say a word. I was nothing to him. It's clear he thought I wasn't worthy of his glance. It's a sad commentary on how perception can affect how you're treated. Interestingly enough, I purchased a luxury bag at a store a couple of doors down. The service at Goyard is impeccable. I highly recommend the A++ service at Goyard. Love my bag. The security guard and the sales associate, Rita treated us like we were VIPs. They had a mishap on this day, their system shutdown and we were told they were closing for the rest of the day. We returned a while later and they reopened. We got in line. The security guard recognized us and motioned us to the front of the line. OMG!!! What a classy move. We drove an hour to get here and it was worth it. Fendi is an iconic brand and I really wanted to look around but they made it so uncomfortable and clear we weren't welcome. I got a pari of shoes from here a over a year ago and just wanted to share the photos of my pair if Fendi shoes that will show how they have such extremely poor quality. When I worse it like 3-4 times, the Fendi writing inside the shoes came off. I know right lol. I was in Vegas went into Fendi store and they told me that sometimes it happens it's not a big deal. Worker said sometimes they don't print it hard enough so it might come off but she never seen that before. I was rarely wearing these shoes, the I noticed that the bottom part is slowly falling apart and one time I was at a restaurant and one of my friends pointed out that the bottom part is coming off lol. That was embarrassing when you wear $800 shoes for less than 6 months and that happens. Anyways, I never had time to really comment or post pictures or even go back and demand my money, but just sharing this so you don't end up robbed of your money. Fendi makes beautiful handbags, leather goods, accessories and luxurious coats. It has always been famous in Italy for its sumptuous fabrics and detailed designs. I will preface by saying I'm not a fashiony person. I'm not someone who knows a ton about fashion or style, but I am a huge fragrance enthusiast and I own over 200 bottles of fragrances. I have smelled many different fragrances for both men and women but my all time favorite fragrance for women is the Original Fendi Eau de Parfum. In 1985 the House of Fendi entered the luxury beauty market and created its signature namesake perfume. The Original Fendi Eau De parfum ( not the the Eau de toilette ) was unlike any other fragrance I had ever smelt. Carla Fendi, the eldest of the Fendi sisters was truly a visionary and said in a famous Vogue article in the late 80s that she wanted to create a fragrance that was as elegant, feminine and one of a kind. It was once described as what a woman wearing furs in a limousine would smell like. When I first smelled the Original Fendi I was blown away. It was the most intoxicating, provocative, hypnotic, deep, dark and narcotic fragrance I have ever come across. It was sweet, spicy, woodsy, fresh and it was truly an aromatic aphrodisiac ! It was just a magnificent blend of spices and florals that evoked timeless luxury. Fendi EDP literally smells like warm mink coats , limousine leather, sweet red roses and sparkling champagne all in one. Of course it wasn't made from mink, but it gave you that illusion of elegant furs and fabrics. The first thing that came to mind when I smelled this perfume was the beautiful " Bond Girls" from the James Bond movies wearing black silk evening gowns, red lipstick and dripping with diamonds. I once met a lady who sold perfume at Bergdorf Goodman in the 80s and 90s. She joked that her and her friends used to call Fendi " Liquid Mink Coat " because it gave you the illusion of of a mink coat. It was very popular by women in the upper east side and it was very different from all other perfumes. Fendi was the first perfume to prove that women could be sexy and glamorous in a very different way. Fendi EDP was assertive, confident and unapologetically beautiful. Instead of smelling like a stereotypical " floral garden " it proved that women could be confident in their femininity. Forget about today's trends of hipsters and minimalists , Fendi was in your face, over the top and out of this world sexy. Fendi showed that perfume itself was a statement of high fashion. Unfortunately Fendi has stopped making perfumes all together and they discontinued the legendary Fendi EDP years ago. It sells for a crazy amount online and many people still ask for it at fragrance counters. There were so many amazing chypre fragrances in this era such as: Femme by Caron Coco by Chanel Parure by Guerlain Teatro Alla Scala by Krizia Champagne by YSL Paloma Picasso Femme by Gianfranco Ferre Diva by Ungaro These are all fine fragrances, but none of them live up to the fabulous Fendi EDP. These days so many perfumes are released that smell the same or are done with fly by night celebrities. It seems as if all the mystery and intrigue is gone in the world of perfumery. However, to this day there is nothing, absolutely nothing that smells like the original Fendi. My hope is that They will bring the perfume back and at least keep it as a boutique exclusive ( similar to how Chanel only sells certain perfumes in their boutiques. ) If you find a vintage bottle at an antique store or perfume shop, buy it ! Every fragrance enthusiast should own a bottle once in life just to experience its wonder. It is nearly impossible to find a fragrance of this caliber and high quality at department stores today. I will never understand why something so beautiful was discontinued. Many perfumes come and go, but there really is nothing quite like Fendi. My service received at Fendi was horrible. I came in with a positive and bubbly energy with my daughters,excited to have them with me. I went to check out their new perfume and asked to speak to my essay, Brandon. Usually i get treated decently. But this experience left me with a heavy chest and heart. Almost in tears the way Brandon yelled at me, raising his hands with attitude for no reason,in front of employees who stood and watched. Their excuse was "he's having a bad day". It turns out he confused me with another customer and took out his anger on me. I will not be returning again due to this horrible horrible experience. He welcomed us in and showed us to the men's clothing section to show me the latest apparel. He was so helpful, offered us a glass of champagne at this time his colleague Amir join us to lean a hand. They worked as a team to show us more and more things available that wasn't seen on the rack. They really knew their stuff and helped us tremendously with stylizing the outfits they were suggesting. Including a pair of shoes that I did not like on the shelf but they kept insisting that I try it and low and behold I ended up buying them because they were absolutely right. I dropped an item off for service at the store next door, and was looking for some Fendi sandals I saw in an online ad. On my 1st visit, no one greeted me or offered any assistance: I was in the store for about 20 minutes . I was kind of in a rush anyway, so I figured I'll come back when I pick up my item from next door. So today, a few days later, after visiting the store next door, I returned to Fendi to find the same scenario. No hello... no assistance... I could've approached one of the the staff to ask for help, but them being 0-2, I really wanted to take my business elsewhere. If you run into the same situation (and it looks like other reviewers have)- there are Fendi collections just down the street at Saks and Neiman Marcus, where the staff is happy to help. Went to this Fendi Store two months ago to get a purse fixed that started fading after under a year old. The manager at the store came out and didn't believe I actually purchased the purse I'm a black woman. She proceeded to say that she didn't see the order on my account but she saw all the other orders that I've made. I had to show her that I went to the New York location and a picture that I took there then finally she believed me and looked up the order. Apparently the store in New York that I went to hadn't put my order on my account so she put the order into my account manually. After she did that she said that my purse could possibly be fixed but was still extremely rude. I gave the purse to her it's been over two months and I still haven't heard back. I've called customer service countless times and they can't even get in touch with the store. I've shopped here at least 10 times and bought stuff every time. I needed the video I needed my purse for a video shoot and didn't even get to have it. Now I don't even know how I'm going to get my purse back seeing as I've called countless times with no response. Customer service claims they have no contact with the store which is BS. I am so sad that this is happening and is my experience because I've had a good experience every time that I've gone there. Sadly the rodeo drive experience has turned me off from Fendi all together. I think this location is affecting a lot of peoples experience with their lack of customer service and rude behavior. BEAUTIFUL STORE and SUPERB SERVICE. My fiancé and I are huge foodies so we occasionally drive to LA to eat and shop. I am a huge fan of FENDI so my first stop was of course their new location on Rodeo. The store is gorgeous, and I want everything from this season. I truly love the layout, it's not cluttered with merchandise, you can appreciate every pieces on display. The staff were welcoming and personable. Lesly was just lovely, she assisted us and gave us the tour of the store. I tried on a pair of sandals , loves it!! She gave me her card to contact her. My b-day is coming up, so I definitely will. I don't write many reviews but this situation has been so frustrating that I have no other choice. This review is more for Fendi online but a little bit of the retail store as well. I decided to buy a bracelet about on 9/7 as part of a push present for my wife. I called a local retail store and they said they do not carry the size I thought would work and told me to buy it online. I asked what if the size is wrong? I was told I can exchange it. Based on this I moved forward and I ordered the bracelet online. Once it delivered my wife tried it on and it was tight. I went to the retail store to see if they have the larger size and they did but when I tried to exchange it I was told it is not possible in a very rude way because their inventory systems don't talk. How ridiculous is that in 2018 for that to be an excuse. I expected better customer service from a brand like Fendi. First point of frustration as it was a different message then I got initially. I called online customer care on the 13th day after delivery. I told her the situation and she told me to just return it and buy the large. Because I had accidentally thrown away the return label and I was aware of the 14 day return policy I clearly explained the situation and asked if I'm going to have issues waiting 3 days for the return label. I was told no issues. Monday came and I got the email with the new return label and I mailed back the bracelet the same day. Then I get an email that the item is being returned to me. I contacted customer service and after multiple conversations I was asked to write an email which customer service would forward to corporate. This happened on 10/2. All I heard was crickets. I called a week after and spoke to customer service again and they said they have not heard back from corporate and they can't do anything. Its been over 2 weeks now and all I want to do is speak to someone to try and help me and I can't even get an email or a call back from anyone. It has been an extremely frustrating experience buying this bracelet with the run around I have been getting between retail store and online customer care. This bracelet and the Cartier Love ring were supposed to be the push present for my wife. The Cartier experience was flawless while the Fendi experience a nightmare. I recently purchased a gift for my girlfriend and since I live on the east coast we decided to have it shipped because the tax rate is lower than California the service was good everything went until I received the package a few days later. The item came in a box with the drawstring bag that comes with the purse but nothing else. No Fendi box, no tissue paper, no ribbon no nothing! She opened the box and wondered where it came from it was packaged like it was sent from a mom and pop shop. Last weekend my boyfriend and I went to Los Angeles to watch a baseball game. He surprised me with a trip to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. After brunch we decided to look at all the amazing designer stores and our first stop was the Fendi store because it was right across the street from the restaurant. In terms of size, Fendi looks like a smaller space than some of the other major designers on Rodeo Drive. It has the feel of a quaint boutique. When we walked into the store, we were greeted by Ross, a very kind, professional man. He was quick to show us some of the bags. We told hum we were just window shopping and people watching, but he treated us as if we were the most important people in the store. Ross showed us around and we had a pleasant conversation. Mainly where are you from etc. I really fell in love with one bag, but we told Ross, we were really just looking and wanted to see more shops. He gave us his card and offered a beverage for the road. We moved on and checked out several stores, but I could not get the Fendi bag out of my head. After checking out many of the beautiful stores and boutiques, my boyfriend asked if I would like to go look at the Fendi bag again. We returned and asked for Ross. He was at lunch so we asked when he would return. Hugo, another salesman suggested we go to a restaurant around the corner for a drink, We did and I texted Ross to let him know we would be back at 1:30. After our cocktails, he headed back. When we arrived the first thing Ross offered was a couple of glasses of Veuve Rose champagne. He already knew which bag I was in love with and showed us the different straps and configurations. We told him we definitely wanted the bag, but wanted to see more of the store. Ross took us upstairs to the clothing area. The store is actually bigger than it looks. Melissa, the women's clothing manager was nice and quick to help. I looked at several things, but really just wanted the bag. Upstairs they have a living room setup where you can just sit and relax. Ross offered two more champagnes and we were quick to accept them. Melissa said, "How would you guys like to see the secret closet?" She opened a hidden door behind a mirror wall and behind it were their finest most expensive bags, some costing more than the average new car! We are not the right customer for such bags and Ross and Melissa were probably aware of this, but they just wanted to show them to us and tell us all about how they are made and let us see them. We probably spent a good half hour just chatting and enjoying our champagne with Ross and Melissa. Finally, we went downstairs to pay and collect the bag that Ross had wrapped p for me along with a Wrappie. If you don't know what a wrap pie is, go to Fendi and ask for Ross. It's a must when buying a bag there. The whole experience was probably the best experience I've ever had at a designer store. We are not rich, fancy people, just hard workers who like nice things every once in awhile. Ross and Melissa made us feel like the most important customers on Rodeo Drive. The bag is wonderful, the experience was amazing. Ross and Melissa are truly the best part of Rodeo Drive and have helped make me a Fendi fan for life. read more
