Came for a jacket repair. They got the information and advised it should take 2 weeks to get material. Great. Thankfully I didn't leave the jacket. 1 month later and no messages or updates from sales associate regarding repairs, despite calling and leaving a message. I go to store, they advised it is on backorder. I wait another few weeks, call again, only for them to finally say it has been discontinued. I rarely leave a 1-star review, but this is regarding my jacket (dropped for repair) which has been 'lost' since August. I brought my jacket for zipper repair. It broke only after wearing twice within 20 days of my purchase. After contacting their customer service, I was instructed to bring it in to the store which I did. Unfortunately it has been missing since then. They tell me they have been investigating every time I reach out, however, it's still not being located and most importantly they won't update me what is going unless I ask which has been really stressful and annoying. I also reached out to their customer service for additional support, however, they told me that the store restricts the customer service's access to the notes - makes me wonder if they've got something to hide? Remember - it was over $1000 jacket, and if they cannot manage simple movement like this, I am not sure if I could/would continue to support. read more

I don't understand what's wrong here, aside from everyone is rude and they don't know their products. I've purchased things from this store before, a year ago, and had a great experience. I came on a Saturday and the security person was so weird and the least personable human I've encountered in a long while. He should get out of customer service. And when I asked to see him the specific backpack they brought me the wrong one. Had to Google it and show them. The products are high end but the experience is like going to Big Five if Big Five had a velvet rope. Don't waste your time trying to call the store (lol) it's an absolute joke. You can't speak to the store directly without going through the call center. Oh! and then you must wait 24-48 hours before your call is returned. If you want to buy Moncler you are better off going to Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, or Saks Fifth Avenue. I went into Moncler to exchange a coat I had bought on their online shop for a different size. They did not have the same coat in stock and suggested another coat. I directly asked them their return policy, which they stated was 20 days. 3 days later, after deciding to purchase a coat from a different store, I went into Moncler to return the jacket, and was refused a refund by Kelly who said she is the store manager. She said she could only give me store credit, even though that was not explained at all at the time of purchase. As a result, I will be returning all the items I bought at Moncler instead of just the jacket, as I refuse to continue doing business with a store that has such shady customer service policies. read more

Staff are friendly, store is small, selection is not as comprehensive as website, moncler men's sizing is really inconsistent so you have to try before you buy, Beverly Hills sales tax is 9.5%, and you can still buy fur products here despite the California fur ban because Beverly Hills is exempt (so indulge yourself and get that winter down jacket with the coyote fur hood here). Top tier service! I wanted an item online that was sold out but this location had it in stock. I called in and was greeted by Irina who knew exactly what I wanted and told me how to go about processing the payment. After numerous attempts my card kept declining but finally went through after the 4th attempt a day later. To be honest, I had no idea what Moncler was until 2 days ago when my father told me we needed to buy some quality winter coats for our trip to Korea. Well, what he meant by quality was "high fashion" outerwear, the type where you're not just paying for the product, but for the brand itself. Moncler's store on Rodeo Drive is pretty small. The entire store is structured like a long hallway with women's coats on the left and men's coats on the right. Most of the designs have the characteristic quilted pattern and seem to be mostly waterproof; the inventory seems a bit small. However, for what they offer, all the winter coat share a few redeeming qualities: they're super warm, comfortable, and flattering on the body, regardless of a person's shape or structure. I was surprised because I usually associate large quilt-like outerwear with inflated marshmallows, but Moncler's stuff fit the body well. And the main reason why I felt compelled to write a review was because the staff persons who helped us (both who seemed to be native Korean speakers) were very accommodating. They weren't snobby, curt, or rude like a lot of the other Rodeo employees I come across, and for that, I really appreciated their services. On the flip side, customers who came in to try on the coats were ... rude lol. I had one lady who came up from behind me as I was trying on a coat and she kept feeling up on my arm and admiring it, all the while speaking to someone else in a different language. I was super creeped out, but I guess you can't have everything, right? Dad insists that we will be back here, even though we each invested in a very expensive piece of clothing for ourselves. . . So I guess, until then!
