Before- misshapen bag

First of all, Tony is one of the kindest people and is always so excited to chat with you about any and everything- especially his work. I thought you could just walk in (don't- call first!) and just showed up, but Tony made the time for me even though it was the holidays. I brought in a limited-edition Chanel bag that was still beautiful but had a lot of water damage and couldn't hold its shape/stand up on its own anymore. Tony explained everything that was wrong or needed to be fixed and said he would love "the challenge" if I wasn't in a rush. It took about a month (I wasn't in a rush), and boy was it worth it. He totally restored the bag and increased its value (he says) multiple times over (although I don't plan to ever sell). He had to inject each of the bag's bubbles with new filling, as the original was partially disintegrated inside every single one. He also added strong and malleable wiring throughout the bag to bring it back to its original shape. He is a cosmetic surgeon for leather goods, and truly no one else can fix/restore leather goods like Tony can. He also gave me a great price for my first time. He has a lifelong customer in me now. I will attach a picture of the before and then pictures of the bag after.

Tony is the best!

I recently purchased a new Gucci Diana bag, and went on vacation to Japan. While traveling, I managed to badly scratch my new bag. A deep, long scratch, across the front of the bag. I was devastated, and called Gucci, who were not very helpful. Their only solution was to mail it to their warehouse in New Jersey to have it inspected. Enter Tony. My husband dropped the bag off with Tony, and a few days later, it was as good as new. I am not sure what sort of magic he did to the deep scratch, but even upon very close examination, it is undetectable. The price was only ~$200! And Tony is such a sweet guy. I will come here for all my leather repair needs in the future.

Love Tony's!! Tony himself is the most authentic genuine person as you can come across! I would trust him doing surgery on my body if he handled it with as much care as he did with my leather goods! I brought in a Gucci bag along with a Gucci wallet that had been tarnished.....in a very disturbing 10 year old threw up all over them before our flight sort of way...... but thankfully a wonderful man on Beverly Drive named Tony was there to save the day. I called and brought my items in and this man was a saint! Cause let me tell you I brought them in a trash bag and I tried my hardest to remove the smell and colors...but it was still a bit there. Nonetheless he told me it would take 2-3weeks tops and I got my items back in less than 1 week!! That is killer working skills, I couldn't have been more impressed! They looked and smelled like they were just purchased from the Gucci store itself. Safe to say if I ever am in need of leather repair again I know EXACTLY who to go to. Again thank you Tony!! Go to Tony's you won't regret it!

Tony did an amazing job fixing my leather boots that got extremely beat up over the years. He also was able to fix my Gucci bag and made it look brand new! Highly recommend for your designer leather goods!

Tony is a True Gem. This review is being written from pure honesty and satisfaction. I brought my bags to Tony after searching for someone of his caliber and critique to restore my bags. He did an outstanding job. He truly cares about his work and customers. He discussed in great detail, the work he would be doing to fix my bags. * My Chanel was in pretty bad shape. The bag was dented and the leather was really worn. Tony cleaned her up like New! New Hardware and no dents!! *He restored my Givenchy Nightingale to it's original state. He repaired the handle and clasp! The leather is polished and the inside is fully cleaned. (I spilled nail polish in this bag and he got it out) *I told Tony I LOVE this Celine bag. This purse went through a lot. The zipper was completely ruined, the leather was cracking and it was really dirty(white purse problems) I'm in awe after seeing what he did. Many thanks to Tony, I am one happy girl. Highly recommend him.

This review is long overdue. Tony is a true craftsman. One of the last of his kind. A perfectionist. There is a reason why his Yelp reviews averages higher than any other business of any type I've seen across my 10 years on Yelp: 4.96 (yes- I did the math using his 54 five-stars and 1 three-star- which came from a person that also thought that he's excellent, but was unwilling to pay the man what he's worth. I'm a specialized doctor. I trained for 13 years at Harvard, Stanford, and UCLA. My hourly is quite high, understandably- not because of the materials or medicines I work with, but rather the knowledge and what it took to attain it. Tony trained at Chanel and has worked with high end leathers for about 5 decades. That knowledge- what to do, what not to do, what materials to use, what to avoid- is hard to come by. And he wields it well. He is enthusiastic about his craft, kind, helpful, and an all around 'mensch' (I believe would be the right Yiddish word that perfectly describes him.) He turned an authentic 1990's heirloom Hermes Birkin purse with so much damage from regular daily use, into a like-new beautiful, wearable piece of art that my wife absolutely loves. Yes, it took some time and money, but this is something my wife's going to use on special occasions for years, that we're going to hand down to our daughter, and she to her daughter one day. And he did a superb job. Pictures speak 1000 words, right? Check out these before and afters!

I was in search of someone to repair my vintage Chanel bag. After some research and reading the raving reviews about Tony I knew he was the person to restore my bag. Tony did an amazing job smoothing out the cracking leather, reshaping the bag, dying the exterior and the leather in the chain. I was worried the leather would feel like it was painted. However, Tony was able to keep the lambskin nice and soft still. I let him know when I would need to pickup the bag by and he was able to turn it around by then (two weeks after dropping it off). I highly recommend Tony for any high end purse or leather repair! When talking to him you can tell he's truly passionate about his craft.

I recently had a Chanel bag fixed by Tony and he did a wonderful job! Unfortunately I have no before pictures to post, but this bag had a broken strap and multiple scuffs on the exterior. After reading many positive yelp reviews, I dropped my bag off with him and less than a week later, Voila! My bag looks almost new. Great customer service, very efficient, reasonable price....- I would highly recommend coming here! Thanks Tony!

Back: Before; Front: After

I drove an hour and half to take my wife's Chanel Double Flap to Tony and I was so glad I did. He is the guy to go to. Tony is awesome. You walk in and immediately know he loves his job. Super friendly and energetic. He has so much experience and knowledge. His work is amazing. He was able to get rid of all the minor scratches and one major scratch I didn't think he would be able to. He also was able to restructure the bag so it didn't collapse in. It's like a new bag. I have no doubt the value increase is way more than what I paid. I'll definitely be bringing other bags to Tony. Thanks, Tony! (Picture: Back is before, Front is after)

I don't have enough words to thank tony . He's literally the doctor for purses . I'm so thankful I found him on yelp and I don't regret taking my purse to him. The images I'm about to post will speak for themselves. I honestly didn't believe my bag was fixable but he said he loves a challenge and he kept my bag and wow what a miracle he did . Let's just say I have a busy toddler that got very creative with my purse . I would definitely recommend anyone to go with him . If he can fix my Louis Vuitton he can do anything.

Valentino red Patent bag

Tony saved my Beautiful Valentino bag. The patent leather was fully discolored. He spent time to carefully restore and it is beautiful! Thank you so much ! He's honest, nice and a true craftsman.

Red wine spilled on handles and lighter areas - now completely gone. They were a red hint before treatment.

Also added exposed metal under handles and after 2 attempts of me asking for them to be removed, he finally handed me my bag months, after multiple visits attempting to pick up, with the handle ripped and the metal still intact and visible (which he did not remove). Absolutely regret bringing a Louis Vuitton bag here and expecting professional service despite it the stores 90210 address. I would have had much better experience taking the bag to Louis Vuitton and waiting for them to do the repair. It took months for me to get my bag back and now that a non-Louis Vuitton repair has been done I cannot even have LV repair it properly. This is my first ever time leaving a negative review, but I hope to spare someone else this type of unprofessional sub par experience.

The store combines both the male and female Dior lines and is so big and glorious. Even walking by the outside of the store was an experience that reminded me of being in a Christmas movie. It was absolutely magical which is something I have rarely experienced when just walking by a store. I was mesmerized. You can hear Mr. Dior's voice through the windows as he speaks in French. One of the dioramas is of the Dior museum and another is of the Dior store in Paris which is the biggest Dior store in the world. There are mini shopper figurines inside the store and museum. The displays are very well done. The Beverly Hills store is now the second largest Dior store in the world and everything about it is just lovely. When I looked inside there were the most elegant flowers surrounded by seating. Mr. Dior loved flowers, I was told by the friendly and amazing sales associate. The service here is excellent and cheerful, welcoming, and laid back. The associate was very knowledgable and excited about all aspects of the store.I felt like I was talking to a new informative friend. It was so refreshing and so nice to have quality customer service. They were so kind to me which made me feel happy. I can tell customer service is the best of the best here. It made me love Dior even more. I want to come back and explore this store more and I HIGHLY recommend it. It not only has amazing, gorgeous, luxury products but is just a fantastic experience and makes you want to shop in person. Metered parking available on streets and surrounding lots.

I purchased a Dior weekender bag in Paris a little over two years ago. It didn't receive much use…read morefor the first year and a half just due to the nature of the bag. I decided to try to start using it more this year. Unfortunately, the zipper seized up on one side of the main zip top. I wasn't happy but continued to use it as the other end was still functioning - for a couple weeks, at least. Then the remaining zipper seized as well, making it so that I couldn't close the bag. I took it to the boutique to inquire about a repair; surely it couldn't be normal for the hardware on a bag at this price point to last just over two years, right? Wrong, apparently. I was told that they only warrant the workmanship for two years; unfortunately, I was just outside that window. I left the bag with them so they could receive a quote from the workshop for the repair. I was told a zipper replacement was typically $200-$300. Again, not thrilled, but also not willing to give up the bag for that cost. A week later I heard back from the boutique telling me that the repair would actually be $600 and ten weeks. For a zipper - but not the entire zipper, because they don't make those pulls any more and would have to put the old pulls on a new zipper. I've had zippers on cheap hoodies that I've worn and washed hundreds of times that still worked after ten years. The best part? The repair is only warranted for six months, so if the zipper quits working again, I'll be paying another $600 to repair it. So much for quality craftsmanship. I guess I know where I won't be buying my next bag. Do better, Dior.
