My experience here was okay. My SA was not overly helpful but I already knew what I wanted. So easy sale for her. She also said she would text me, I never heard from her. This is my first time to come to this Goyard flagship store. I had been calling the store to inquire about the Mini Anjou and for a particular color. Finally contacted their concierge number and was told their stores no longer answer phone calls and must go through them. There was a line to enter the boutique and a security man is the one who lets you in. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a sales associate named Jonathan. He had a very welcoming smile on his face and asked what he could do to assist me. I told him what I wanted and he directed me to where it was located and all the various colors available. I was particularly looking for the black with black leather piping. He also showed me the next two sizes after the mini. The price for the mini anjou is about what I expected. Jonathan also offered me and my husband water and we appreciated that. The checkout was smooth as well. Overall, I was very impressed and definitely recommend anyone needing a Goyard to come here. The customer service was wonderful and glad to have a SA that I can reach out to; he's very kind and helpful and in no way rushed me. This is probably the most difficult store to shop at in the world! They NEVER and I mean NEVER answer their phones, so why even have a published phone number if you NEVER answer your damn phone. I finally bit the bullet and drove all the way to Rodeo after winning some money in Vegas recently and bought a new wallet from them. I buy a new expensive wallet (Prada, Gucci, LousV) quite frequently as I tend to worn out my wallets since im always buying a ton of stuff for my businesses constantly. I'm always sliding my credit cards in/out and those areas get beat up and worn out pretty fast. I got there about 3PM and the sun is blazing hot and on your neck as you wait outside in line. Finally after about a hour they let you in and randomly pair you up with a sales associate. Mine appeared on the younger side so I thought she'd be more nice but she was NOT. She was rude, stuck up, condescending and would not even answer any of my questions. I then told her fine I'll take this one and then she went from not interested at all in helping me to slightly interested in helping me. I told her I buy new wallets quite frequently so I'll text her in a bout a year or so later so she said ok. She text me a very corporate cold non personal text a day later. I replied and told her I'll be texting her soon, as I'll show my friends, family etc. and even send them to her and she didn't even respond to that text. Not even a fake ok thanks, NOTHING. I then text her about a few months later as my aunt really liked my wallet and wanted to buy one for her friend as well, so I said I might be sending you my family member soon, and she never responded. I've never been into a Goyard store before as there are only 35 in the world and 6 are in the US. This store is rather small compared to the other mammoth luxury brands on the block and is rather low key. There was only one person in line to get in before me, so I waited about five minutes. The guy at the door let me in and I was greeted by John. I was told right away that I couldn't take pics inside the store. I was welcome to take pics of the display outside of the store. He facilitated a manufacturing defect repair for us and got NY store to turn it around within 2 weeks after it came back from 7+ months of us waiting for the initial defective manufacturing repair in NY. When I did return to the store, it was months later and was not able to follow due to he was on vacation.
