    Lance curated an unforgettable experience at Van Cleef. He's sharp, witty, flexible, and easily connects with clientele. Although my desired gemstone was not in store, he found a client-owned piece that reinforced my desire. On top of all this, he provided multiple options for my special occasion and I took home earrings and placed an order for a magic necklace. Lance goes out of his way to ensure clients are satisfied and he's honest about lead times but he also keeps it positive and tells clients they could be pleasantly surprised. Lance is a tour de force and I can't wait to visit him to add to my collection.

    I've been to multiple locations from Nevada to Virginia and everywhere in between and can say this one is my favorite. They had exactly what I was looking for and communication was great. They offered refreshments... waters, fresh juices, etc. and wait time was very minimal! I was in and out left very satisfied thank you!

    We came in to get my girlfriend a necklace, and we made an appointment over the phone prior, but it was very difficult to get an appointment. I'm not sure why they are so strict on the appointment system? Overall, we had a good experience with our sales person, who got us the last silver gold necklace. My girlfriend wanted this one over the yellow gold, which is very nice. The sales tax is also about 2.5% less than the store Rodeo Drive. We were offered chocolate and water while we shopped, and we weren't rushed by the sales person either. Overall positive experience, I just wish they had more appointments or more flexible scheduling.

    I have a great time everytime I visit VCA at Beverly Hills. It's their flagship store and their service is immaculate! This time around was so special because I found the necklaces I love! Also they had my favorite macaroons, home made juice and champagne! We had just come from cartier which was a normal experience but this was something extraordinary at van cleef as they served champagne, juices and even these beautiful gold fouled macaroons! I'll be back for sure!

    Wonderful store and location. My husband originally Bought me the gold Alhambra bracelet. They shortened it for me but I still wasn't crazy about it. I decided to upgrade. Jay, the salesperson was so kind and his service was excellent. He took so much time with us and was patient as I decided what I wanted. He also respectfully have his opinion, which was on point. He also cleaned my diamond necklace I was wearing that day too, just to be kind. They offer beverages and special juices here too, and there is a bar of you need to wait for your salesperson. It is expensive of course, but I feel like it's worth the luxury of it.

    I've been wanting the onyx Alhambra pendant necklace or the bracelet for some time now. So on Monday March 3, 2025 I finally decided to treat myself to it. So I called the Sunday before to schedule an appointment and Monday I came in on time for my appointment. Upon approaching the door it was locked, the doorman let me in, greeted me followed by a warm greeting by the receptionist. After she checked me in she told me to go wait in the juice bar lounge. It's a lounge with a handsome waiter there to give you water, sparkling water, freshly squeezed juice or a glass of champagne. I chose champagne. So I waited there maybe 10 minutes max before a gentleman by the name of Andre Esperias came up to me. May I note he didn't introduce himself I had to ask him what his name was. He asked what could he help me with and I said may I get your name first, because it seemed rude not to first introduce yourself by name (first rule in clienteling but I digress) so I tell him what I was interested in and we stood there in an awkward silence for a couple seconds before I had to ask could I sit at his desk to discuss everything, like why are we talking here in front of the juice bar waiter guy, so he finally invited me to his desk. (Second off putting thing, please keep count lol) we get to his desk and he's shows me the different stones and gives me his recommendations as far as the stones if I wanted everyday usage and lets me know the necklace I wanted had to be transferred from their Toronto boutique. I had no problem he told me it would be 2 weeks. Now I've shopped at Cartier , Bvlgari and many other high end jewelry places and have never been told a transfer would take that long. Most brands will do an expedited thing especially for something over $3,000... It was quite unbelievable but I agreed, paid for item in cash and he told me he could add an extended chain piece to the necklace because it was tighter than I expected and that it too would be additional 2 days wait, I agreed. Paid , he gave me his number and I left. Fast forward 7 days later I texted Andre just for an update. I was ignored. I sent a "?" And then and only then did he reply saying he was out of work. To me that isn't much of an excuse but ok. I'll give him that. He told me only because I texted him (keep that in mind) that my necklace arrived early and that I could pick it up Wednesday after 12. Wednesday after 12 I texted Andre again to make sure I was good to pick up necklace and again he ignored me. So I called the store irritated and they asked if they could call me back in a few minutes to confirm and they did and that is when I came up there to pick up my necklace. Now why did I rate my experience 2 stars? I rated my experience 2 stars because from the initial meet I felt as though Andre was only concerned in getting the sale and anything after that he was uninterested which is a horrible trait to have as a sales associate. Advice to him there is more to being a sales associate than just collecting a sale. A good sales associate is easy to get in contact with, updates you each step of the way, goes over and beyond to help and accommodate and unfortunately none of these qualities were shown to me by Andre. It maybe because I am African American. A lot of none black people feel within their mind that blacks aren't deserving of luxury and I see it all the time as I shop a lot and love fashion. It's sad. Also take the color equation out some sales associates envy the fact they cannot afford the very things they work to sell LOL and being black on top of that makes some of them even madder. But the race aspect is my unfortunate reality as a black man who loves shopping high end. So if you go there as an AA I wouldn't recommend the person Andre Esperias.

    I really wanted to get my first VCA piece at the BH store but unfortunately they didn't have a lot of stock of either the guilloche or the vintage Alhambra pieces. Compared to the Neiman Marcus boutique in SF and the store inside the Aria in Las Vegas I really appreciated the boutique feel of this location. They had a variety of historical pieces on display and a few seating rooms to wait for your SA. They were prompt to offer us beverages while we waited to be helped. I do wish I was able to walk out of the store with a purchase but maybe next time! Parking is east at nearby paid lots.

She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co. This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces! They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members! A litte bit of backstory, we had been shopping for several months and had visited the BE showroom a couple of times, because we had a good experience and we liked the idea of a customizable ring. However, when the time came to purchase the ring, my fiancee had purchased it about 4 weeks (Nov 20) before the proposal day, and after a couple of follow-ups, they had not given him a single update about the ring until Dec 18. They told him that it was delayed but he would still get it on time, and then again on Dec 22 told him it was delayed again and offered him a Cubic Zirconium replacement for the time being and for photos, because the proposal was on Dec 28. He canceled his order, which he had paid in full, btw, got another ring that we both had selected together and ended up proposing with that one. It is a shame that we had such good in person experiences at BE, but when the time came to actually help, the customer service was despicable for a huge company like this. Extremely upset and disappointed in the service my fiancee got, and extremely upset with BE. Definitely don't recommend getting a ring from them after this fiasco.
