I like to switch the more dainty chains to something more robust for men. That being said, much of Bvlgari is unisex; wear it with confidence and pride! If you want amazing service and a sweetness that is genuine, Tiffany is highly recommended, but that's our secret. This is the only time you're allowed to say Tiffany in Bvlgari. We had a experience. Our representative gave us her full attention, patiently showed my husband and I several pieces, and we left with two purchased items. I am usually so pleased with the respect and attention I receive when shopping here. However, that was all taken away today. I came in this morning to have a pair of sunglasses that had lifted on the frames repaired. I am just a poor working girl and I was treated like a peasant. Later, I called and spoke to a gentleman on the phone who told me to call the number on a paper for the return. However, he was astonished when I told him there was no phone number. I was dismissed and treated like an imbecile. I am a summa cum laude UCLA graduate. I work hard and I love Beverly Hills. However, just because I am not Bella HADID or a KARDASHIAN does not mean I don't have a problem with being treated like my business doesn't matter. Bad quality and even worst service. I am really astonished by the negative reviews. I am super sensitive to being condescended to, which unfortunately is the norm at Beverly Hills stores unless you're young and rich (I'm neither). Went to get a quote on fixing my bangle but ended up having to deal with incompetent staff that told me different things & were not very hospitable in terms of fixing the item. I rec'd a phone message from a " manager" but didn't call her back... I got my bangle fixed for $40 locally ( in one hour) while they quoted $ 200 in one week. I took by Bulgar watch to Bulgari on Rodeo Drive as it was running slow. They said it would take 10 days to get an estimate for repair and then 3 weeks to fix it. They quoted me $700. I took it to Peter Schuler who repaired it for me in one week for $200. Maybe Bulgari should send there repair work to Peter . read more

The worst experience I've ever had in a boutique. First of all, you would expect when you walk into a luxury store you would be welcomed with a smile and asked if you need any help. It seems like is true for every brand other than Bvlgari. When we came in it took few minutes for someone to pay any attention to us, even though there were 4 sales guys there and only one other customer. When we finally asked to show us some rings, the processed felt dry and rushed, and sales guy had no interested to suggest similar styles or anything. I did end up buying a ring, but I really shouldn't have. At least never will again. read more

Small store but excellent employees. My mom was visiting from Japan and we went in to see sunglasses. The lady helped my mom was very friendly (not too much) and very patient. It took her long time to decide along with trying it on every one of them but she was very pleasant to help my mom. My mom couldn't decide which one to get but found the one she would want to purchase. My mom also wanted to see other brands, so we decided to look around to see if she find something better. The lady who helped my mom even gave us her business card with item information on it. We went to Gucci, Ferragamo and Chanel but couldn't find a better one. We ended up going back to the Bulgari store. The lady who helped us was on lunch break but she came back to the floor for us and helped us again. I purchased Bvlgari sunglasses that I was able to wear less than a handful of times. The screw holding the arm to the lenses fell out and Bvlgari uses a rare screw that no one else carries. They also don't service repairs in house or send it out for you. They barely acknowledge your existence in the store. In fact, the older asian lady that works in this particular location acted really annoyed that I even bothered to come in. She begrudgingly told another employee to hand me a paper containing information on how to get my sunglasses fixed. It leads me to this website that requires so much additional documentation that its not even worth it to send it there. They charge for shipping both ways-and I need additional claim to receive the glasses even if they don't fix it. If it was going to be this much grief to get one screw, they should have used a screw that is more common. They also need to work on training their sales reps to have better customer service skills. People can buy sunglasses anywhere- they pay the premium at luxury shops for the service. I will not be returning to Bvlgari. read more

She was excited to hear about our story and bent over backwards to get our rings engraved on time. I bought a very very expensive pair of glasses here. Seeing that I was the only customer in the store for 30 minutes, you'd think they at least acknowledge me or smile or do something that didn't reflect their insecurities. When I was purchasing my sunglasses, I glanced at the purses which is when the saleswoman said "you should buy one." OHHHhhhhhh that's so convincing. Good lordy, how does this store survive? A bet a bunch of super old ladies or their husbands come in this store and buy up a storm while treating the staff like sh*t. Then in turn, the staff take out their feeling of "inferiority" on first harmless, kind customer that comes in next. Dog eat dog world. Oh yah, forgot. I noticed at one point when a bunch of Asian foreigners who looked like they could spend enough to keep the store open for a year (which is probably why they still exist), they pounced on them like vultures. read more

I would give the service at Bulgari on Rodeo Drive a 10! I had a very difficult service problem. Adrienne and Yuling did an outstanding job of solving my problem in a relatively short period of time. Not only did they solve the problem, but they kept me informed by e-mail and phone daily as to the status. I never had to wonder what was going on or follow-up my self. I bought cologne for my husband, Bulgaria man in black, at San Francisco store. The sprayer shoots out cologne like a hose rather than a spritz. I returned it to the San Francisco store and received another bottle, which did the same thing. Since I live in Los Angeles, I brought the second bottle back to the Beverly Hills store and told them the sprayer was defective and I wanted a refund. The manager took out their tester, which also sprayed like a hose, and she told me that the sprayer was not defective! Who wants to spray cologne on themselves like a hose? They would not refund my money even though the San Francisco store did offer me a refund! If I bought the cologne at Nordstrom or Bloomingdales, they would refund me without question! I would never buy any of their products since they do not care about their customers and, as seen from other posts, they do not stand behind their products! I don't even think they deserve one star! read more
