I told him the color/style of bracelet my wife wanted for her first mothers day. I'm really happy to have met Lance and look forward to reaching back out to him for future pieces!

I love Van Cleef and have been a customer for some time now, but this was my second time visiting…read morethis location. I did stop by once a couple of months back, and the experience was quite similar, so I decided to purchase online instead. This time, I was slapped again with such poor and rude customer service. I was checked in by Sean Chin, who came out with a huge smile, and once I said, "Oh, I know what I want. I would just like a Sweet Alhambra pendant," he automatically changed his welcoming attitude into absolutely ignoring my existence and doing the bare minimum. Yes, this pendant is just over $2,000, but I have spent way more with VC, and the fact that he is treating customers differently just because of the price mark, which, to be honest, is not a small price tag (especially if you're a girl boss treating yourself or your loved ones with your hard-earned money ;) ) shows that they are trained to treat customers differently based on the price tag. In the past, they would take me to a table, place the jewelry out, present different options, and talk about a piece, as honestly, each piece is pure art, but this time he tried showing me the necklace in the middle of the room, no table to place my belongings, literally just standing in the middle of the store with him holding the necklace in his hand, until I asked where can I place my water and bag... Such a shame that this poorly trained customer service is running such a beautiful name. VC really should consider investing in training. I definitely won't be trying this location for the third time and rather purchase online myself or drive to the Costa Mesa location.

I recently visited the Beverly Hills, Tiffany & Co. to have a beloved bracelet repaired. I have…read moreowned my Return to Tiffany round tag bracelet for more than 20 years, and after it broke about 10 years ago, it sat unworn in my jewelry box. When I brought it in for repair, the staff explained that it would need to be sent to New York and that the repair would cost $80. During the process, they asked about the round tag charm. I explained that I had lost it years ago and had even hoped to purchase a replacement while I was there. Unfortunately, I was told that Tiffany & Co. no longer sells the individual charms separately. While I was disappointed, I was happy to finally have my bracelet repaired. Today, I received it back and was completely surprised to discover that they had not only repaired the bracelet but had also attached a brand-new charm. This unexpected act of kindness turned what I thought would be a simple repair into a truly memorable experience. After more than 20 years, my bracelet looks complete again, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to the Beverly Hills team and everyone involved in the repair process for your exceptional customer service and attention to detail. It is gestures like this that create lifelong customers.

I'm going to tell you a story, but I want it to be known that this did not happen at the Beverly Hills location. I'm using this particular location, in the hopes that a representative from Tiffany & Co. reads this and decides that this is not the way they want to do business. I spent a lot of money buying a pair of sunglasses from the Hyatt resort in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico, for my wife. We were on vacation in February of 2025, and my wife really wanted them. I told her that it was absurd to spend almost $500 on ANY pair of sunglasses. But she really loves TiffanyAndCo, and told me that Tiffany makes quality products and that she would have them for years to come. The sales girl at the Hyatt told me that Tiffany guarantees their brand and product, and will gladly make things right, should the glasses be defective. Well guess what? Tiffany guarantees their products, unless something actually happens to them. Then, they don't really care. They told my wife that there's nothing they can do about it, since we purchased them from a, "3rd Party". Wait, what??? The Hyatt Resorts are authorized dealers for @TiffanyAndCo!! For these glasses to break the way they did, after not a lot of use in a year, is absolutely unacceptable. Tiffany & CO made over $12.5 BILLION dollars in 2025. To tell me that the $500 that I contributed, isn't good enough, is a slap in the face. Is this really the best way to gain lifetime, dedicated buyers? I guess we will find out.

I first came years ago to buy a pair of glasses, and the service was excellent. About a year ago, I returned because the lenses on my sunglasses were scratched. They took them for about a month to repair the lenses and tighten the frames, keeping me informed with updates and returning them sooner than expected. They also maintain a record of all purchases, which is convenient. During my last visit, I lost my sunglasses at Universal Studios while switching between 3D glasses and my shades on the tram tour. When I arrived at the store to buy a replacement, the staff member assisting me was fantastic! He offered me water as I tried on several pairs, searched for the pair I purchased before, and even showed me the new 2025 edition of that pair. He had me try on both versions and recommended the new version, and I ended up purchasing them. The process was quick, easy, and enjoyable, making it a stress-free shopping experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, my purchase, and the look of my new sunglasses. I wouldn't recommend Gucci to everyone because we all know the prices can be ridiculous at times (docked an Afro for that). However, the excellent service helps with the price, a little lol. No one was in the store when I entered, about 10 minutes after being helped another person went in, but overall very quiet. Service: I was helped by one person, she was nice and friendly, took her time with me as I tried various rings on. Purchase: I ended up buying three rings, they had two of them in my size at the store, one had to be ordered, and I will be picking it up this week. Selection: I feel they had a good selection on display and had many of them in stock. Parking: Since I went on a weekend 10 minutes after it opened, I found parking on Melrose, just some feet away from the entrance. You have to pay for two hours minimum, if on Melrose, if not, you can prob find parking in the residential areas. Verdict: I will continue to come here, it's super close to where I live and I'm a fan of their designs and love the quality.

What makes this experience even worse is that the ring came with a TWO-YEAR WARRANTY. So naturally, I contacted Mejuri expecting them to stand behind their product. They refused to replace it and said it was due to normal wear. Literally what is the point of a two year warranty if it's not going to be honored. Terrible quality when a literal stone can just fall off a ring and terrible customer service to match.
