This was by far one of the most thoughtful and dog-friendly experiences I've had in Los Angeles! The lovely lady on the second floor was incredibly sweet to my dog. She brought him some little treats, gave him his own water bowl, and even opened a brand-new bottle of water just for him. She kept interacting with him and made him feel so welcome throughout our visit. Such a warm and thoughtful experience, and wonderful service all around. We had a fantastic time shopping here and will definitely be back! read more

I've been a regular at this location for lighter refills and have generally had a pleasant experience -- until my last two visits changed that. On my second-to-last visit, an associate spilled champagne on me, my friend, and her phone while we were seated. On my most recent visit, I checked in with only two people ahead of me and was then left seated for nearly 50 minutes with no update and no refreshments offered -- something I understood to be standard here. It wasn't until my friend proactively flagged down an associate that anyone assisted us. Meanwhile, another guest who arrived well after us was seated and offered tea almost immediately. I don't come in to make large purchases, just for maintenance on a lighter I own, but I'd expect any client to be treated with basic attentiveness and consistency. Two visits in a row falling short like this was disappointing, especially given the reputation of the brand. read more

When you're spending a significant amount of money on an anniversary or special celebration gift, you expect a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. If you already know what you want to purchase, I would honestly recommend saving your time and ordering online instead. I've had wonderful experiences at other Cartier locations, but the Rodeo Drive boutique was different. The level of customer service did not match the brand's reputation or the experience we expected. We ultimately returned the item here and reordered it through our sales representative at another location. read more

I recently purchased a watch from Cartier Beverly Hills and experienced two very different levels of service that felt important to share. Working with SA Brenna B. was exceptional. She is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She walked me through multiple watch options and sizing, handled a ring exchange with professionalism and grace, and made the experience feel fun and personal. The following day, after researching watch options online, I returned to exchange my Ballon Bleu for another watch. Brenna was not working that day but had arranged for another associate to assist me. I originally had an appointment with Albert, but his prior appointment ran long, so I was assisted by JUDY. I had confirmed in advance that commission would still be credited to Brenna. From the start, the tone of this visit with JUDY felt rigid and difficult. Before I could browse, I was immediately asked for my receipt and Judy closely scrutinized my prior day's receipt. - I was told that because the next watch was approximately $100 less, the difference might not be refunded to my card and could instead be issued as store credit, which was concerning (less than 24 hours from purchase, why would it be a credit and not a refund?) - I was also told that because links had been removed for sizing on the Ballon Bleu (all were returned in the box), the exchange would be difficult and an exception, despite having previously confirmed with Brenna that sizing would not impact the return as long as the watch was unworn and all links returned. - I was made to feel as though the exchange was problematic. - After selecting the new watch, I was informed the transaction would be considered a "final sale," because I had previously exchanged a ring that did not fit before deciding on a watch. This was surprising, as everything was well within the 30-day return window and the watch had been purchased less than 24 hours earlier. When I expressed concern, Judy returned with a manager, Amanda, who reiterated that the watch would be "final sale" and advised me to be "certain I liked it." Involving a manager felt unnecessary, leaving me uncomfortable. Luxury purchases are meaningful, and the experience should feel consistent, positive, and special. An sales associate's demeanor shapes how a client experiences the brand. I want to commend Brenna B. and I also wish I had been assisted by Albert, as both demonstrated warmth, flexibility, and client-focused service. Following this visit, I contacted the office and spoke with President & CEO of North America Walter Bolognino's assistant, Megan, who confirmed there is NO POLICY stating that the use of a credit makes a watch "final sale," and that the information I was given was incorrect. She assured me the matter with JUDY would be documented and kindly arranged a complimentary letter recognizing Brenna B. for her outstanding service. Avoid working with J and wait for another rep. read more

Always the best experience having pieces serviced, it's a pleasure to come browse while waiting.

I really just had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life at Cartier Beverly Hills, My customer journey started with Tiffany Savage. She was warm, engaging, and professional, while managing my expectations on the timeline regarding the delivery of love unlimited bracelet in white gold. When delivery day came unfortunately Tiffany was on maternity leave, but I was put in the experienced hands of Masayo and Josh Pulido who orchestrated a presentation for me in the VIP delivery room that encompassed the history of Cartier, trying on other pieces I'm interested in, and finally the delivery of my very special love unlimited bracelet. I'm grinning from ear to ear! read more

Hannah was my SA when she worked at the SCP Cartier location and she made my Beverly Hills Cartier experience one to remember. Hannah booked us a private room when I purchased a Cartier time piece which was appreciated since it elevated my customer experience. She's proactive with her communication whether it's via text or in person which made it simple and easy to confirm appointments and availability on a product. Her attention to detail is outstanding which makes me feel special every time. Hannah truly goes above and beyond for her customers and I would rate my most recent Cartier experience at Beverly Hills a 10/10. Thank you for the champagne, waters, chocolates, cookies, and providing the essentials like the cleaning kit and travel cases for the watches. It's always appreciated when Hannah provides these things without me having to ask. Thanks Cartier! read more

Amazing service. My sales person made my purchase so easy. The champagne was also so nice.

I recently visited a Cartier store for the first time with a friend, just to browse and get a feel for the brand. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we walked in, the associate who helped us was a shorter brunette black woman with hair nicely down (I believe her name was India) didn't greet us warmly, there was no smile or welcoming energy. I mentioned that I'd never been to a Cartier store before and was just interested in looking around. As I started browsing, I saw some rings and asked for a ballpark price out of curiosity. Her response was "$1,000,000," which came off as dismissive and sarcastic rather than helpful. I then asked, "What quality of diamond is it--like VVS?" She hesitated, chuckled, looked off to the side, and said "I don't know... probably IF (internally flawless)." The interaction felt awkward and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable, judged, and honestly just not good, after leaving that store. I understand luxury retail has a certain atmosphere, but basic respect and customer service should still apply regardless of whether someone is buying that day or just browsing. I've visited many high-end stores on Rodeo Drive, and have never had an experience like this. It made me walk out early. I had been wanting to purchase a Cartier bracelet in the future, but this interaction definitely made me reconsider supporting the brand... read more

The best store on Rodeo. From the moment that I walked in I was greeted and felt welcome. My SA was simply the best, we explored a bunch of different watch option before making a choice that I couldn't be happier with. My list of other items became larger because of the great styling too. I will be back soon to work exclusively with Judy. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service... I came 38 minutes ago and I am still waiting for Corde to be changed The gal came at first with a cider larger than my 2 wrists Then in20 minutes she came with a shot one, Finally, after 40 min a nice lady came and " fixed the problem"" I was not offered even a water ( not news anything ) but customer service in situation like this is super important Very, very, very disappointed read more

We were very pleased with our experience at Cartier. We were welcomed and offered something to drink. Daisy helped us out and was very lovely and knowledgeable. This Cartier location is honestly disappointing. The repair drop off process feels unnecessarily complicated and slow. It should not take half an hour for someone to go over items that just need to be repaired. The experience feels less about efficiency and more about people waiting around just to be acknowledged or made to feel special for bringing something in. It shouldn't be this hard. It ends up being a waste of time and energy for everyone involved. read more

Came here with an appointment to exchange my love bracelet to a different size. Upon arrival, there were two ladies at the front desk. No greeting whatsoever. I introduced myself and said I had an appointment at 10:30am. One of the ladies demanded to see my receipt right away. I had everything packed in a bag but her attitude made me feel unwelcome. After I showed her my receipt she exchanged glances with the other lady that was at the front and told me to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly. It was an awkward and uncomfortable moment. But the gentleman that helped us afterward was great and had an amazing attitude. This review is 3 stars because of the front desk. Front desk is the first thing customers see and notice. It is the facade of the store. Please hire better front desk employees. I spent my money on the brand and also the customer service. Unacceptable. read more

The moment I stepped in the store for my scheduled appointment I was treated like I belonged there. I was treated with class! I must say that I felt like a Princess..... My sales associate Oscar Salcedo was awesome and he can be reached via email: oscar.salcedo@cartier.com He was very informative, polite, we had great conversation, he provided me with free items, complimentary chocolates and Evian water...The presentation alone was of class! Yes yes I added the love to my collection. The best part was Oscar and I together with brotherly LOVE clamped my bracelet as it's not a good idea to put on a love bracelet for the first time alone! Simply rude..... I had to do a return and they said they would not accept it becuae it was worn... I bought it the day before.... never wore it..... I will never ever ver ver go back to this store.... simply rude... the managers won't even come talk to the customers.... I prefer my local staore Topaga one million times over.... everytime we go there we are well treated by our service advisor whom we consider as a friend. Ms. Fox is incredible and kind..... The Beverly hills Cartier is a tourist branch... it does not value its customers.... the managers are useless.... save yourself the time.... go to another branch to purchase luxury. You will be treated with respect and dignity.... as a side note, went back to our favorite store.... and bought two beautiful pieces.... return the piece that Beverly Hills would not accept. I needed to have a bracelet redone and they said it would take 23-29 weeks! They need to remake it in Paris they said. But that's not even the worst thing! I called to get an update about my bracelet and they said it's going to be delayed and take another 2 MONTHS! Thats well over 1 YEAR and should NOT take this long! They must have clearly forgotten about it and then realized the order was never put in. Customer service is horrible! read more

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a new watch as a gift for my wife at the Cartier Beverly Hills store. Despite they were in a "temporary" store while their primary location was being renovated, it was stunning. Overall, I was impressed by the sales service and overall selection. They had all the styles of watches in different sizes and precious metals. The sales experience was great, 5 stars. However, we had to go back to get some links removed. We made a reservation and overall the process of getting into the store for our appointment was ok. That said, it took a long time to get a few links removed and that would have been ok but then we left and while inspecting the watch again, noticed that the band was not replaced correctly. We immediately turned around on Rodeo and went back in. Literally gone less than 2 minutes and the front desk and service area had no idea who we were nor that we just had a service done. Furthermore, the person who serviced our watch reportedly claimed to have never seen it in order not to take ownership of the mistake. Definitely 2-3 star at best for that experience. Overall, I would recommend the store and definitely a Cartier watch but I do believe they could improve the service experience a bit. read more

Update: Mr. Wright called back to inquire more about my experience at his store. Something I truly appreciated because what happened to us discouraged us from buying here again. We spoked, he listed and took responsibility for the what happened. Hopefully we can make another trip in the future to give you guys another chance for our business. Oh and finally, thanks for the thoughtful Mother's Day card and chocolates Mr. Wright. I appreciated that a lot. We had an appointment and we still had to wait about 20mins for our assigned sales associate to help us. What really bothered us was the fact that other people walked in (2 with appointment and 1 without one) and were helped before us. This left a really bad taste in our mouths as this was our first and for sure last time we come and buy anything from this store. Super unfortunate. Online orders from here on out. read more

Making an appt with this place had little hiccups...I called to make an appt and a gentleman said I was set. I called again to see if they have the item I wanted in stock again since I drove from OC. And a lady picked up and told me she could not check for me since she was just a receptionist plus she didn't see any appt under my name...she took my number and said will call me to let me know if the item is in stock and appt etc. half day was gone, nothing! So I ended up calling back and another lady checked and said yes they have the item in stock and made an appt for me. Got there a little earlier and check in was quick and easy and my assigned SA Albert is amazing! He deserved 5 stars. First, let me mention - After making the appt, he did call me after his work hour around 6:30-7pm and setting the item I wanted aside because he knew I am driving from oc. Upon checking in, the staff guided me inside to meet Albert and he confirmed with me regarding the item I was looking for and showed me...he is polite, professional and super nice! The transaction went quick and I finally got the necklace i was eyeing for that sold out at the location closer to me. Truly thanks to Albert!!! read more

I have gone to Cartier on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills yesterday 12/14/2024 around 4:00pm. I was planning to get a beautiful bracelet for my mom as a surprise for this Christmas since Cartier is her long time dreamed brand. I was guided by an Asian lady who has black long hair and big black color contact lens on, and I told her I would love to get a bracelet budget around $3000. She showed me only two bracelets LOVE BRACELET, ON CHAIN and LOVE BRACELET, ON CHAIN, 2 DIAMONDS and told me that's all they have at Cartier and everything else would be over budget for me so she can't show me because I would not be able to afford any other ones, plus those designs are more for younger person and not suitable for an old woman like my mom 64 years old. She was so condescending to me and I felt very embarrassed even being there. My husband and I were very discouraged to get anything and left. We almost felt like we got kicked out. I am not sure why I got treated like that because I am also Asian or my budget was too low. Going to Cartier store in person were very special to me and I hoped to have a beautiful experience for find a perfect gift, but unfortunately, it was truly a devastating experience and ruined my special plan for Christmas. Now I am seeing a Cartier website and learning there were other bracelets around $2000, and with that price and how beautiful these are, I could get few more not only for my mom and also for my sisters. That could have been absolutely amazing holiday gifts. I sincerely hope nobody will experience what we experienced today at Cartier. I absolutely dread going to this location. As soon as you walk in, you're treated like a prisoner.. once they scan your eyeballs, I guess and get your name your address and your ethnic background to make sure it meets our minimum standards they will then dress you down make you feel like a terrible person for coming into their store. God forbid you have to actually get service done and don't meet their minimum money requirements. They literally sent me to get cash because I could not pay for my friend's item. When I came back, they had kicked my friend out of queue and made us wait again so that I could give them money. Upon reentry, I went through full facial recognition again because they didn't remember me. I absolutely hate going here. Shopping here has been such a pleasant surprise to me I really felt compelled to write a review. A while back I wanted to buy my wife something special for a big anniversary and knew she loved Cartier, but I was a bit daunted and expected an intimidating experience. It turned out to be anything but. Maria helped me pick out a gorgeous ring that was perfect, and she could not have been more warm and helpful and not intimidating in the least. Most importantly my wife loved it so much and wears it every day. From that experience I have returned quite a few times, often for just a modest gift, like sunglasses, as well as for a few more nicer pieces. I brought my mother in recently to pick out a nice birthday gift, but it ultimately didn't work out. Nevertheless, I was never made to feel even the slightest bit of pressure or discomfort about it. I've also introduced Maria to friends to help them pick out something really lovely too and she helped them brilliantly as well. Every time it has been such a nice experience, far from the cold snobby cliche. Maria is really really wonderful at making us feel comfortable and offering really good choices. She is so knowledgable about all the Cartier pieces and can offer all kinds of service to help get the right fit and color delivered to us hastily. Maria provides service that is on the same lofty level as their reputation, while also being a really wonderful human being. Thank you so much for all the help and kindness Maria. read more

I can't believe that I have not written a review for this location. I remember going here with my parents. I was at their service center yesterday. As I was talking to Melissa (service center representative), I asked if Patricia Didier still worked at their Beverly Hills location. She pointed her out to me. Melissa tried to take the screws off of my Love bracelet. She then asked her watch repair person to do us a favor of trying to take the screws off. I informed her that I had an MRI in 4 hours. She saw that I was highly upset that a Cartier service center suggested using Loctite for the screws, and now no one was able to take it off. I informed her that I tried numerous methods that were used by others who had the same problem. The use of alcohol, acetone, oil, heat, and even peanut butter did not work in loosening the screws. Peanut butter was a suggestion on Loctite's site. She then referred me to a jeweler who might be able to help me. With Love bracelet still stuck on my hand. I went downstairs to speak to Patricia Didier. It was a true pleasure talking to her. I told her that I now need 6 screws that were damaged because of the Loctite suggestion. She apologized for the inconvenience. She suggested that I bring the bracelets to the service center in order to get the correct screws for the Love bracelets. The suggestion of a previous service center representative of using Loctite deserves 1 star. Melissa Rincon at the service center deserves 5 stars. Thanks to her referral, I did not have to cancel my MRI appointment. I would highly recommend Patricia Didier if you need to purchase a Cartier item(s). She was the person my parents purchased from. Of course, she is my go-to person at Cartier in Beverly Hills. read more

Bought a love bracelet from here for my anniversary... realized that they didn't give me the travel pouch nor the cleaning kit. They also didn't even wrap the box! Their online store is TERRRRRRIBLE!!!!!! Their Customer Service Reps are even worse. I would caution potential customers to carefully consider their purchase from Cartier online, especially if reliability and responsive customer support are essential to them. This experience has been extremely disappointing with Cartier. It has left me beyond frustrated and dissatisfied. Their Customer Service process has been far from smooth. Their response time was sluggish, and when they did reply, I received vague and unhelpful information. It was incredibly frustrating to receive automated responses that didn't address any of my concerns. Despite my efforts to get a resolution, my package remained undelivered, and their customer service did not offer any concrete solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused. The lack of accountability for never receiving my package and failure to rectify the situation further added to my disappointment. As a long-time admirer of Cartier's exquisite craftsmanship and renowned reputation, this experience was unexpected and left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Do not buy into their bullshit! The inability to deliver the package, plus have FedEd say that someone picked up the package when we did not, coupled with subpar customer service has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand. Again -- Horrible!!!!! Cartier has been extremely disappointing, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. read more

First time at this Cartier location and definitely Disappointed. The girls greeting at the front were nice, but I wish that was the same with the old representative wearing black mask (wish I knew his name).
