This store has a prime location on the corner at 201 Rodeo Drive, opposite the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. If you step across the street and look up, you can see the store has a beautiful mosaic dome on top which was created in the late 1980s by artist Peter Veres; it measures 14-ft. diameter and is made of 69,000 Venetian glass tiles. I'm a huge fan of Rimowa luggage and have to say that the customer service here when I brought my suitcase in for repair was amazing. The salesperson that helped me was so nice and really considerate. I brought in a large and discontinued 32" suitcase that was purchased from another store. The sales associate said just by looking at it that she was sure it was still under warranty, and they managed to fix the defective lock. Just a note that Rimowa suitcases have a lifetime warranty that you can register online, but the older ones from before they were bought by LVMH have a more limited warranty. I've also had great service from Rimowa in Milan, and the service is what will make me continue to purchase their fantastic pieces. What I really appreciated was their eagerness and willingness to help the customer. The salesperson actually insisted that I send her the photographs of another Rimowa suitcase that I explained was badly damaged on a train. I told her I didn't think it was fixable, but she said she would show the photos personally to their repair tech to see if it could be repaired. I really appreciated that. She also discussed with me the art of stickers and how to place them on a suitcase, which was so much fun. Each Rimowa store has its own sticker and you can purchase multiple ones from different cities. They will deliver the luggage to your hotel to you for no added charge, and also stamp your initials in gold, silver or black on the black leather Rimowa luggage tags that are included with most of the luggage pieces. You're of course paying a premium for Rimowa suitcases, but with certain models, especially the Essential Light polycarbonate cases, the value is you're going to end up saving a lot of money if you tend to overpack by not paying the airline's overweight charges (their Essential Large suitcase only weighs 8.2 lbs) and even eliminate hiring porters and renting pushcarts because they roll so easily. Rimowa make some of the lightest and strongest easy rolling suitcases on the market. Plus they are beautiful. read more

Our Rimowa Trunk Plus luggage took quite a beating during our trip to Spain, France, and Italy last summer! Thankfully, Rimowa's service was top-notch--they replaced some of the missing screws in just 20 minutes while I waited. No appointment was necessary, and they were even able to pull up my info using the luggage ID. I don't remember the name of the person who fixed it, but he was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Great customer service like that really makes a difference! One of the sales associates was super friendly, but the other two definitely had some attitude, lol. It's funny how sales associates in high-end stores often have that vibe! To the person who fixed my luggage--thank you! My husband and I are still loyal Tumi fans, but I absolutely love Rimowa's designs. Off to Amsterdam, Iceland and Ireland in July 2025. Rimowa makes wonderful luggage, but unless you travel often the value proposition of their bags is not really there. You can enjoy the finer things in life, but unless you're a road warrior you really don't need luggage of this quality to be able to travel. The Value that Rimowa offers is one of durability, but more importantly it's their lifetime warranty on their product. We own two of their carry-on plus sizes. One in the essential line and one in the aluminum line. Both have held up wonderfully through numerous trips both domestic and abroad and both have suffered some damage. That's where Rimowa's service really shines. Once we were in SF and phoned the store and they recommended we come in and replaced the bag under warranty. Two other times the flexfold dividers broke as the structure cracked, but the Beverly Hills store fixed it as a warranty item. While it was frustrating, they were curious as the amount of clothing we're packing in the bag. Overall, Rimowa is an investment. The bags are well made and the service is top notch. This location in Beverly Hills has a tendency to get overwhelmed, but don't let that push you off of this brand. read more

Walked in for a repair for my essential lite and the staff helped me fix the telescope handle within 15-20 minutes. All the sales reps were courteous and have a lot of knowledge about the products (hence why I made the purchase here for two carriers). The repair needs no appointment. They will also deliver once the carrier is finished. One can come in for a pick-up or can have it mailed to your house. A very convenient process. Mine was covered under a warranty and I didn't have to pay anything - which sweetened the deal even more as I had find parking near the Rodeo on a busy Friday afternoon. Oh, parking is mainly structure and there is one around the block so getting to the store was fairly easy. read more

I was initially hesitant about coming in because every time I called, I could never get a hold of anyone, even when I contacted customer service. However, as soon as I walked in, Britany was extremely helpful. She assisted me right away, they fixed my luggage on the spot only took about 10 minutes, the entire process easy and completely seamless. She also let me know that if I have multiple pieces, I can temporarily park in the alley to drop everything off and then go find parking, which was incredibly helpful. I love the luggage, however, I had a negative experience with an employee. I had a 2:30 PM scheduled appointment to have my luggage repaired.. upon my arrival I encountered an employee (Albert) stationed at the door, managing flow of customers entering and exiting the store. When I informed him of my 230 appointment., he responded very curtly, that I was late. I perceived this action as very rude and abrupt. I also witnessed this behavior with several other customers. Once inside and speaking to another employee about the repairs, I was informed that the part was not in and that they could not tell me when the part would be in stock. The employee gave me the option of having my luggage shipped or picking it up. I wanted it shipped but was discouraged because it would require a signature. Nevertheless, about an hour after I left the location I received an email to pick up my luggage. This is a total contradiction of what I was informed while at the location. I really love my luggage but the quality of service does not match the quality of the product being sold. read more

Excellent experience! My wife wanted to get a new piece of luggage and heard nice things about Rimowa. We went into the Rodeo Drive store on a busy Sunday, and Yujia helped us pick out a beautiful blue suitcase. Unsurprisingly it was sold out, but she assured us she could order it and get it to us in a week. Towards the end of the week she followed up and said that it arrived but she noticed a mark on it and didn't feel comfortable sending it to us. She asked if we could wait a few more days as she located another identical piece and was rushing it to us. I was so pleased at her thoughtfulness and diligence and follow through. Had my original cabin and trunk aluminums for years now and they still look like new. I've been all over Asia many time repeated and it's still in amazing shape. The flex divider broke and they happily replaced it instantly for me in stores. I had to take a last minute trip overseas this past week and didn't have time to pick up additional luggages. Best rimowa retailer in the U.S. I had a salsa with the old handle and wheel that broke and I was already out of warranty. Beverly Hills shop tried to repair it, and they do all repairs in-house, but couldn't--so replaced me with a NEW one for FREE. Later my original cabin got bent and wheels busted. Tried to repair it at the rimowa in Manhattan--they couldn't do it in-house and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount that would almost be equivalent to buying a new one. So I just bought a new one from Beverly Hills because they have serviced all my rimowas--regardless of how long past my purchase--for FREE! read more

They sell cubes that are perfectly sized to the Cabin Plus. Gabriel kindly walked me through and helped me to pick out exactly the right cubes for my needs. DO NOT BUY THESE BAGS I purchased the Rimowa few months ago and after using it for two trips, the handel broke apart I live in Orange County CA and I drove all the way to Beverly Hills for a repair (4 hr round trip) This store said they didn't have parts so had to sent it to NY and send back to my house. This review is not for the actual products (they make great cases) but rather for the sales associate who was easily one of the least friendly or helpful I've ever encountered, anywhere. And I don't even mean in a snooty Beverly Hills cliche way. I actually find most people in other stores on Rodeo to be at the very least polite, and usually willing to help you spend money, since they work on commission and don't want anybody coming back the next day with a "big mistake - huge" moment. This guy (on shift this afternoon) was either having a very bad day, or is very upset with his situation in life, or is just completely useless. Maybe all three. I came in to add to my growing collection of their great pieces, but couldn't even deal with this guy. Will order online instead this time and in the future. I purchased luggage almost 12 years ago! And one of the licks just broke off! I went in and they replaced it in under 10 minutes tops! For a very minimal charge . Luggage is the best I've ever had. It's a little more expensive but it's worth it . I travel very frequently and it's been the only luggage that's held up. I'm writing this review for a small but mighty Asian lady named yujin (you Jin?) who literally saved my luggage. My big rimowa luggage handle was damaged when I landed from Italy two nights ago and I was in a major panic since I need it for a Paris trip next week. I rushed into rimowa today and she was super nice but explained that If she doesn't have the part it would be a four week wait (heart attack) but she went into the storage room and managed to find the last part that she had. She told me it'd be 125 and I agreed since I was pretty desperate. To my surprise she started to fix the handle and said all of a sudden that I didn't need a new handle as she just needed to rescrew it in. I am thoroughly shocked by her skill and so impressed by her customer service. I buy from rimowa all the time and so do my friends and family, I'll be asking them to come to her for sure. Rimowa is arguably the most respected and renowned luggage brand in the world. They produce some of the most popular high quality luggage lines with their lightweight and beautiful pieces. They make a variety of suitcases, briefcases, and other bags, but they also sell product lines of aluminum and polycarbonate attaches, pilot cases, and luggage. I am in love with the quality of their suitcases. I own cases from the salsa, bossa nova, & aluminum lines, and they all provide for seamless means of travel with their lightweight shells and spinning wheels. The design features on the interior of the suitcases also make it sooo easy for customers to utilize the spaces and partitions extremely well. As ridiculous as it sounds, packing has become such an art for me since using Rimowa cases!! Consider it masochistic, but I actually look forward to maximizing my usage of every corner in a Rimowa when packing for trips!! Beyond disappointed with this brand. I was so happy with my tumi for 5 years and over 100 flights but convinced myself to buy this trunk hearing about how well made, the engineering of it blah blah blah. Here's the truth. U're buying metal which will bend and mold with impact. This will happen less likely if more compact like their carryons. Do not waste your money on the check in bags. $1600 and it's crap. Keep in mind no one sees you with it really since it's checked in if you're thinking to look cool, traveled or chick. So this happens to mine after 1 flight and the hassle afterwards is what makes it even worst. Bought suitcase April 24th and flew 27th. My heart dropped when I saw it. I was expecting little dents and scratches. Like the moon, not the Grand Canyon. Good luck trying to deal with claims. I took it to Beverly rodeo and the associates tried to convince me it's nothing. She seen so many worst and this happens all the time. So I said to her so I should expect to look forward to all of this hassle after each flight. Hours and hours of headaches with claims with no promise and bringing it to repair. I'm sorry but if this is not even the worst or close to normal then what the hell are you selling. The idea of memories for that high price. Hmmmm. Well here's the memory. $1600. And it came with regrets, sadness, disappointment in self, headaches. And dishonesties from associates adding salt to the wound. I left the suitcase for repair on April 30th and she said it would take about 5 days or so. I asked if it's something I can just hammer out myself as I don't mind scratch and dents, just not a deformed suitcase. She said it's best if they do because they might need to set with a Mold etc. anyhow, 1 week later and no calls. I do finally called but busy. Called again a few times and line finally open. FYI, if you're a business, have more than 1 line so it goes into answering machine for call backs. Spoke to a lady and she said she will look into it and that a service person will call me in 20. No calls. 1 hour later I called and finally a helpful person. MANNY! However he sadly informed me that my suitcase has been sitting there after more than 7 days as no one came to pick it up for repair. He then told me let him look at it closely and he might just be able to hammer it out himself. Called me 2 mins later said it's done. This is one of the worst experiences I ever dealt with among high end stores and brands. They are saved by the grace of Manny being polite, and not just telling me shit but taking actions to do something. Thank you young man. At the end, don't Buy this suitcase or any of the big ones. The style is gorgeous but not worth it. This does not apply to the feelings about their smaller ones. Unless it's a full flight and they make you check it on. Then you're SOL. Avoid repair at this store at all costs. Enough is enough. It has been more than three weeks and no repair. My case just sat at the store. It wasn't sent to the repair center, and the part never arrived. I took it in 7/18, was told estimated delivery would be 7/25, and as of 8/11 nothing was done. I know my case is an older model, but I only needed the lock. Even if it was ordered from Germany it would have arrived in three weeks. I took it to the San Diego store where they were able to repair it for me in under an hour the same day. read more

I recently went here to check out some merchandise and the service was terrible. We arrived an hour before closing and patiently waited nearly 30 minutes to be let in. During those 30 minutes, not one employee acknowledged us waiting at the door. I understand if there is a capacity policy due to the pandemic, but it felt like the staff purposely were avoiding us so that they could just wrap up with their current customers and close for the day. Not only was this a display of incredibly poor etiquette, but also disappointing that no one even bothered to greet us, or let us know if we would realistically be able to shop.
