austin was SUPER helpful, assisted me with purchasing a belt from a chloe. laurel also was a gem with assisting a return. great team!

Visited the Chloé boutique on Melrose Place with my mom to find her a dress for an upcoming upscale event, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Austin. From the start, Austin was welcoming and genuinely attentive. He asked thoughtful questions about the event, my mom's style preferences, and what she felt most comfortable in. Based on that, he pulled several beautiful options: a deep ivory silk wrap dress, a classic black midi with gold accents, and a cream column dress with soft draping. What stood out was how Austin treated my mom--not as just another customer, but like a VIP. He made sure she felt comfortable, offered honest and helpful input, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. When her size wasn't available in one dress, Austin immediately checked nearby locations and offered to arrange a transfer. He also clearly explained Chloé's return and tailoring policies, without us even needing to ask. It was our first time shopping at Chloé, and Austin made the whole experience feel personal and luxury-level. My mom ended up choosing the ivory silk wrap dress, and she hasn't stopped talking about how special the experience was. If you're shopping at Chloé Melrose, ask for Austin--his service was genuinely exceptional. read more

Buyer beware!! Trying to return an item. They're telling me postage return could be more than the item cost. Instead, they're saying I should keep the item I don't want because it's too sheer and too big. They will send me the same item but smaller size for 30% less. When I rejected their offer, they haven't replied. read more

I entered the store on Melrose Place looking for a specific bag which you did not have. Austin took some time and showed us alternatives, which I really did not want or need. We are in town only for a few short days. Rather than help us find the actual bag we wanted, Austin aggressively pushed another bag. He knew we were in a short timeline and had a car waiting for us to go to our next engagement. He also knew we were first time with Chloe and typically shop at Louis Vuitton. Austin did not look online, check inventories or assist us other than to push two bags we did not need or want. My distinct understanding was the bags were returnable within 20 days. As Austin suggested we look at third party retailers for the bag I wanted -- I did just that. And I found it. I called Austin this morning to inform him that I found the bag I wanted & needed to return the other I purchased. At first, Austin said: "No problem." I appreciated this and immediately began thinking of clothes and shoes I wanted to purchase. Moments later, he wrote and called to let me know there was apparently imperceptible writing at the bottom of a paper receipt we never received that wearing the bag prevented returns. Literally, I put the bag on twice -- I wore it longer inside the store. It was never what I wanted. I have no purpose for it & I will never purchase another Chloe item again. We have been loyal LV customers for years and we will return to that brand which has always been accommodating, reasonable and added personal touches. read more

I purchased a bag from this brand a year and a half ago. For the price--over $2,000--I expected both quality and customer care. Unfortunately, neither held up. The zipper changed color from gold to silver, and eventually the zipper tag came off entirely because the zip itself became loose. When I reached out to have it repaired, I was told they couldn't fix the zipper--which I accepted. But when they said they couldn't even replace the zipper tag? That, I can't accept. Even the most affordable brands offer better service and repair options than this. I used to admire this brand, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing from them again. They may sell their products at a luxury price point, but the treatment I received proves otherwise. A brand that doesn't stand behind its craftsmanship--or take care of its customers--is not a brand I want to support. read more

I came here to pick an item I purchased online. Parking was a breeze as I came in an off hour. I bought shoes and I tried them on before walking out of the store. I bought the Woody Flat Mules and they look so cute on my feet. I can't wait until the weather warms up to wear them. The associates who were there were friendly and very welcoming. I found it a little odd that this store has two separate stores that aren't adjacent to each other. One has shoes and accessories and the other has their leather goods. read more

Purchased the Mini Marcie bag for my partner for Valentine's Day and Austin helped me before I even arrived, setting the handbag aside for when I arrived. He made the purchase quick and easy. When a string on the bag was found to be loose I called and he fixed the situation that day, swapping the bag out for a new one. I will definitely be back here for any handbags or higher end clothing because of the service. read more

I came into this location in search of black pants/slacks, last weekend. An associate by the name of Angela helped me, and she is amazing. She gave me a tour of the store and it's Chloe history, and they offered me chilled water. I ended up purchasing what I was looking for, and they needed to be hemmed, so they are taking care of alterations, and will be shipped to my address when completed. The customer service was excellent, and they carried a huge selection of everything Chloe. When I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely stop by again. The quality of merchandise is on par. Yes, they're pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and Chloe items are investment pieces that you will have for years. Timeless and classic. They even have cuffs and bangle bracelets that fit small wrists. With that being said, this shop is worth a trip, and go to Angela, you'll be treated like a VIP. read more

What started out as a negative experience was turned around by Austin and Azzy! With botiques like Chloe, you not only pay for the price of the item you are buying but for the experience that you are getting. Personal touches for each and every guest brings the experience to a different level of service. Thank you Austin and Azzy for all that you do! Looking forward to shopping here again read more

Rude sales associate. I walked in and there was a tall blonde female associate sitting down. Rather than greet me properly the first thing she did was to look outside to see if the security guard was there. I was friendly and smiled. I even tried to make friendly small talk. She was still rude and just followed me around staring at me. She was not knowledgeable about the clothing either. I asked for the specifics of the material composition of an item I was interested in and she just kept saying it was crepe. She couldn't tell me if it was cotton, silk, rayon, a blend, what type of crepe?? I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Proper customer service training is needed. The clothing is cheap polyester at high prices. I'm not sure what the appeal is here. The "crepe" was a polyester blend by the way. read more

Love. Chloe Love. It's their new perfume and I Love Love Love it! The boutique is clean and perfect...sort of what you'd imagine apple were to make a clothing store. White. Immaculate. Items arranged in an order that pulls you in. Their handbags are of the utmost quality (everyone knows the Paddington bag) but very high up in price. I did get a new model bag, the "Elsie" which is less than 3/4 the price of a paddington bag. Elsie opens with a "safe-like" mechanism (Chloe is famous for padlocks on their bags, this is the next step). I love the small version. I got it in a rosy dark pink color. The small bag is a great size and fits over your shoulder or can be held in your hand. The size is perfect to fit the necessities. Warning: the mobile clover-shaped part of the mechanism tends to scratch the stationary metal setting but you can only see this when the bag is open. The staff is very attentive. Whether you come in once a year or once a week, you are greeted with the same professionalism and courtesy. With summer almost behind us (fashion-wise) the new collection has a nice array of berry-colored, khakis and classic black, all with the elegant comfort of their flowy fabric. Their flats are also worth mentioning. Chloe flats are like slippers but they're cute! If you need a break from sky high heels but don't want to sacrifice in the style department, have a look! read more

I never shop in these high end places but my hubby splurged and I've had an unused credit for years. It feels odd to go high end shopping rn! I'm so practical and have young kids, what could I possibly get that I would use? Azzy and Christina could not have been more down to earth, helpful, kind, and fun. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, which is a welcome surprise to me. I assumed it would be snobby and cold, it was anything but. Thank you! read more

With a delicate french style, the clothing have pretty, feminine shapes with layered, sheer fabrics in colors black, cream, grey, and white. Beautiful clothes, though difficult to care for. Well placed leather handbags, satchels, and shoes are positioned around the small well-lit rooms. The boutique stores are located in a quiet courtyard on Melrose Place. The rooms are grouped together with clean, white interiors and tracking lighting; the sales people are friendly. Saw only a couple of people browsing, the stores seem to be pretty well staffed. Chloe Melrose Place finally opened in March of this year, after many delays. Meter street parking easy to find on a week day. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday. To the nice Chloe rep who took me on a grand tour of the store and the history of the beautiful bags!! I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you were amazing. You were telling me about the" it "bag of the moment that I just saw on a picture of Kendall Jenner. She was dining just steps from the Chloe store and guess what bag she was donning?!? I'll include a picture, love it, will have to get one for myself. read more

Walked in looking for a Marcie bag in a certain color that I couldn't find for months at dept stores..my luck they had one in the same exact color but it didn't have the cross body strap that i preferred, so Terra the sales associate was nice enough to tell me she could call corporate the next day and see if they can ship one from Paris. She was so sweet and even held the one they had there for me for a few days until she heard back from corporate since I was willing to take what she had there if the other wasn't available. She went out of her way to try and get me my first choice instead of trying to make a quick sale and convincing me to take what she had in stock. 6 days later my bag comes in and it was exactly what I wanted. $1795 for a bag is not cheap but I love it! Will def go back once my credit card recovers. read more

I've always been a Chloé fan and when they announced the opening on Melrose Pl I counted the days. When I first got there I fell in love with the fairytale setting, it's like a little cottage (but a hip LA-cottage) with cute white fences and the prettiest balcony on the second floor! When I walked in I was greeted by a girl named Olinda who was very sweet and helped me find some great pieces to try on. She was very attentive without being to pushy (can't stand that!) and gave her honest opinion on the stuff I tried instead of trying to sell me everything which made me feel that she really cared :) The store is actually divided into two sections, one for clothes and one for shoes and bags and both buidlings are very light and airy and you can just smell the "Chloé" fragrance in the air which is a nice touch :) It's places like this that makes me want to shop high end! read more

Bag was old/used (scratched, magnet rusted?) but sales assoc said it was the last one and they were all the same due to delivery/shipment. Friend said it looked too used so i ended up returning it. Called in first and they said yes they were in stock. On the return day they brought out several bags so i exchanged for a NEW bag. Not happy i had to make the second trip and i felt like i was lied to during the first visit. read more
