My eyes are very sensitive to the light so I'm always wearing shades. Aside from the fact that I love the style, I use them to protect my light eyes. I had been fortunate to meet this amazing staff at the UCLA store, Christina and Jamie, the opticians took exact measures in fitting the needs of my son's eyeglass prescriptions and always had beautiful glasses that were inviting for him and I to wear. The Westwood site is open from M-F. We started going to the Beverly Hills store because it was easier with our current schedules. Ignacio is just amazing and has an eye for details as Christina does. Dan, Ignacio, Colleen and I go way back. Probably close to 20 years now. I've bought both new frames from Dan Deutsch and had vintage frames repaired and adjusted perfectly. Today, in the midst of COVID-19, I was able to have 5 frames fixed, including a rare model actually from The Terminator. Little did I know, Dan himself made a pair for Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2. I had no qualms about taking a 36 year old museum piece (that I wear) for adjustments. Ignacio has salvaged countless pairs of glasses for me over the past two decades and goes above and beyond. He is the star of the Bedford location. Pre-lockdown I'd stop in whenever I passed by just for conversation. Ignacio is family at this point. Love you guys and see you soon.
