When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. As someone who represents the face of the store, her behavior is consistently rude and unwelcoming. She often comes across as having a power trip and is snappy with customers, creating an uncomfortable environment. It's baffling to me how someone who appears to dislike interacting with people so much is in a customer-facing role. I genuinely don't understand how she is still employed here, given the consistently negative experience she provides. I still hadn't gotten a confirmation email by 6pm, so I decided to just get in my car to go pick it up. Once I got there, I was informed that the website system had been either losing or grossly delaying the print order submissions all day, and my 54-cent order hadn't been received. Luckily, there were 2 very helpful employees that said, "Just email it to us and we'll print it." It took me some hassle to figure out how to do all that from my phone (I feel so Boomer trying to do ANYTHING on my phone), but luckily, I figured out how to send them what I needed and as promised, they printed it out for me and sent me on my way.
