Outstanding service, beautiful print quality, and an incredibly fast turnaround. The UPS Store 4059 went above and beyond to support our nonprofit event printing needs, and everything was done perfectly. We are so grateful for their professionalism, generosity, and community support! read more

Outstanding service. So fast and efficient the fact that I could trust them every single time I ship a package just proves their reliability

Great service friendly staff Services include notary and copying This branch has been part of the local community for a long time read more

Was given wildly incorrect information which resulted in a lot of back and forth. The gentleman behind the counter offered no solutions and simply said "well you're wrong" read more

I just had to return a couple of items at the Lincoln UPS store. Again, as always, an excellent experience. The self service machines make most returns quick and easy. But today, the young man behind the counter was not busy and I always enjoy my interactions with the staff there. Friendly, competent and professional, and always with a smile. Since this UPS store changed hands a couple of years ago I have had nothing but good experiences. If you haven't tried it since the store changed hands, please give it another try. read more

I almost always come here if I have an Amazon return . The clerks are always friendly, helpful and fast ! If you want, they can also pack and ship your items also. It's not just shipping and returns, they also scan and fax, passport photos, notary services, shredding. Oh, and they also have mailboxes . It's your one stop shop in the Safeway/CVS shopping center. read more

Reagan is the bestest. Family and I moved to the area, this is my local ups and I've been here more times than planned in the past few months. As a novice for shipping things I've found Reagan to be kind, personable and incredibly helpful every time I've visited. He's gone above and beyond and I cherish that I'm now on a first name basis with Reagan and my local UPS. Thank you all for the work you do. read more

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a UPS haha but I'm never disappointed with this location. They're always so friendly and helpful and quick! Special mention for the employee (I don't know his name but he is a tall, blonde, younger guy): he is just SO friendly, so accommodating, and really stands out when it comes to customer service! read more

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Other than the parking situation (which they have NO control over), this is a convenient no cost location for Amazon returns. read more

Prices are so inflated you can probably buy a plane ticket and carry your item on for less. Wanted to charge me $65 to second day air a tiny package within the contiguous 48 states. Borderline criminal. It amazes me that UPS allows these stores to carry their name while they try to rob customers blind. read more

Great UPS store. Has adapted to needing more staff. Helpful, polite and quick. Great self serve stations as well.

Friendly staff, helpful, and efficient! Never had a bad experience at this location. Keep up the great work!

This is the BEST place to send or return packages. The service is superb!!!! I am thankful the location of the store is convenient and the wait for service is minimal. read more

I just have to give a big shout out to Dillon at the Lincoln UPS store. Everyone who's ever helped me at that store is always really great, but Dillon has gone above and beyond for me several times. I feel like post-pandemic a lot of customer service has gone down the drain, but Dillon is an excellent example of what customer service should be. I really wish the best for this lad in his future endeavors because he's got a winning attitude and will definitely go far. To Lincoln UPS, keep up the great work! read more

Every time I've gone into this store, every employee has been so kind and positive and have helped me with my packing slips and Amazon returns! Whenever I leave there, I am always so appreciative read more

I recently had to ship packages from this store the past three days. The workers were very helpful and friendly. When I first walked in there was a line of 6 people, the line went super fast! Just mailed a small pkg which took 20 minutes to process due to 1st day on the job employee or a "RELATIVE" The employee had to reprint ticket twice for the incompetence of Miss spelling street address Even with the information printed on the pouch already. When queried as to " is this your first day on the job" her answer, a laugh and " don't say anything or I'll get fired." Solution: Owner, If a relative, stay after closing and train her on your time Not mine. If new employee, What do you think? Would definitely not recommend. FYI Prior to going to the store, tried to reach them on the phone to insure They were open till 6PM. They disconnected me 3 times and never got to speak to a live person So I drove over on a chance. If not for distance I would go to the store in Rocklin. Highly recommend them. read more

The UPS team at this store are fast and efficient. These guys are seasoned and ready to ship our packages!

my wife and i love the employees @ this store. knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient, they are always great - especially Josh!

In the interests of fairness, today when I stopped in, the employee was masked. Good to see.

I walked into The UPS Store in Lincoln yesterday afternoon. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and one young man serving at the counter. As I was following his instructions and preparing the materials I needed to send, fully six more people came in. The young man working, Eli, was amazingly pleasant, friendly and patient with everyone. Eli worked to help the next few people in line get started with what they would be doing, even as he remained focused on each customer he was helping. Eli's attitude and dedication are a fine testament to The UPS Store in Lincoln, California. Thank you! read more

The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars read more

Outstanding service! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Thank you for always putting smile on my face.

They don't like helping customer who paid $206 package worth of shipment because "customers" as they said can track it themselves. So don't call them for help coz they will make it clear that it's not their responsibility to worry. read more

I really hate to give one-star reviews, but I just can't muster up any reason to give this location more than one star. Let's start with the fact that they opened 30 minutes late the last time I was there. I saw the staff opening the store, and he just held up one finger to have me wait outside. When I was allowed in, I asked if the opening times on Yelp was correct and was answered gruffly that he had a doctors appointment this morning and he can't trust his employees to get there on time. Sooooooo obviously there wasn't going to be any chit chat. My packages were prepaid so I just asked for my receipt. Then I noticed that the copiers were out of service. I asked if I'd be able to make copies or when they were expected to be online again. I was told that the parts were on order and he didn't know when they would be back online. Honesty, things happen, and Lincoln is a sleepy village, so I can handle some idiosyncracies. But this was just plain rude behavior. I understand he was exasperated and frustrated, but I wasn't the right place to dump it. A brief acknowledgment about the inconvenience and perhaps some effort to make it better would have gone a long way. For me, I won't be returning. read more

The guys that work at this location are always the most friendly, patient, and helpful, and consistently provide excellent customer service!

Fantastic service at the UPS Store in Lincoln! The staff is friendly and efficient, making shipping and printing a breeze. I always appreciate their helpful attitude and quick turnaround. Highly recommend for all your shipping needs! read more

I've always had excellent service here at our UPS store in Lincoln. Everyone is very efficient at processing Amazon returns too!

Sent a print job of 3 items and needed 30 copies of each. When I came to pick up there was a misunderstanding and only one copy each was made of the 3 documents. There was only one associate in the store - Kern (hope I'm spelling it right) and when I explained the discrepancy he was VERY apologetic and even more apologetic because the store had no paper (they were receiving an order later that morning) so there was no way of him giving me the remainder of my documents. He was so polite and even gave me directions to the nearest store/forwarded my emails over for me. I find that my Job frequents this area a lot to host events and although this location might be a little out of the way I will always pick this location because of Kern. He made my morning so much easier and is the true definition for of customer service. I really really hope he gets recognized and gets some help in the store! read more

this UPS location goes above and beyond for every customer. Their staff is top notch, and I will not hesitate to recommend anyone going there that needs their services or Amazon returns. they accommodate you even when you least expect it and they make it easy and appropriate for all. read more

For the most part what you ship from here will get to its location but the customer service is terrible! They won't help with heavy or large boxes, they interrupt customers, are rude, and most of the employees work so slowly so the line is always long. I always regret not driving down to blue oaks to return something. read more

Such patient kind employees work here at this store! No wait in long line!. I use the email address to send labels to.

I'm from out of town and needed to print something out quickly, so I stopped here. I was told the computer was down and so was the rep's email. This is unacceptable. I understand things happen, which is why they get 2 stars. Not to mention the parking is horrendous. Please don't offer a service if you can't fulfill it read more

Walked in with a legal document that had to be shipped overnight and was pleasantly surprised when the owner gave me a cost-saving (significant) option - it was unexpected and very much appreciated. The customer service, humanity, level of engagement was perfect and again, because I don't have a better word right now - really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

Had a package rerouted here and the staff was extremely helpful over the phone! Attentive service and answered all my questions! Thanks for great customer service! read more

I just moved to Lincoln the other day and visited this store for the first and last time. The young man behind the counter was beyond rude. He acted like I was a tremendous annoyance and practically threw my package at me. For reference, this happened at 5 pm on 8/9 /19. I am a very polite, friendly person but I am not a sucker and refuse to patronize a business that treats its customers with such disrespect. This place seriously needs to get its act together or they deserve to go out of business. I am hardly the first person to post a negative review. read more

I have received terrible customer service from this UPS location. The kid who works there isn't friendly, doesn't smile, doesn't communicate what needs to be done with Amazon returns. I've personally been the recipient of his terrible customer service, on multiple occasions, as well as seen him act the same with other customers. New employees at this location please!! read more

I met my first rude UPS counter agent in the Lincoln store. Young man was tall, sporting dreadlocks (which looked great by the way), and a BAD attitude. Insisted he had to 're-package the box I was sending. I explained I have send the same box from a dozen different locals in the area. It was a box I use for my business and send via UPS just about every other day. I told him I could go to any other store and ship it without any issue and he said "yeah, then you should take it there!" I took it to Roseville and shipped it from there. I also asked to put the sales slip in the box and he said it would be attached to me shipping instructions and I wouldn't receive a copy if I did that. I have "always" received a duplicate copy. Boy did he have an attitude! I will never go back into that location again. Richard~ loyal UPS customer read more
