I was treated so horribly at this facility by a SHAKIRA & IDANIA! SHAKIRA SAID SHE WANTED TO FIGHT ME, A CUSTOMER!!! The two front desk associates working at 6:30pm on Friday 7/11/25. I do everything I can to be as kind as possible especially with customer service representatives because I understand how difficult that job can be, but these two young ladies at the front desk of this FedEx facility have got to be the meanest nastiest young ladies I've ever seen in my life. You can tell that they were probably bullies in school because of the way they picked on myself and two other customers that were in front of me in line. While I was picking up from my job, they gave me an extremely hard time And when they asked me for my first and last initial I gave it to them and they claim to their manager, I denied it when I gave them what they asked for. They lied to their manager and told him they didn't say the things to me that they said, calling me out of my name and laughing in my face. It got much much worse when I asked for a pen and a piece of receipt paper to write down their name they just flat out, started to ignore me and pretend that I wasn't there. I would not have gotten their names and other information had it not been for the gentleman they called up. Who I'm assuming was a manager that could've possibly just been a coworker. All I know is when they went and got him. Shakira walked through the door leading to the back and said let me go get him before I fight her.In my opinion, their behavior is totally unprofessional and unacceptable but from these other reviews, it appears that this FedEx location is OK with their customers being treated like trash by the people at the front desk who are supposed to be the faces of this location. I am very disappointed, have filed a corporate complaint, and pray that justice is brought upon these two individuals so they can learn. They can't just treat people anyway they want to especially when that person goes out of their way to try to be kind and respectful to them. Very sad. read more
