Manager didn't offer to track it- Only excuse was "ONCE BUSINESS RECEIVES IT TAKES THEM 30DAYS" to NOTICE.. This is unacceptable for this line of business. NO REFUND OR APOLOGY can compensate for the sentimental value these gifts held NEVER AGAIN. Use an original UPS location. Not an "authorized " seller post office location. Not worth the trouble. Sadly the other customer will be charged for his equipment since I received a ROUTER ... instead since the cameras showed the UPS employees mixing up the label & didnt bother to see a BDAY BOX was going to FRONTIER instead of a Residence..

This location is easier to access than it's Lakeside counterpart, making it my first choice. I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. It was such a hassle free process that I will gladly use this store in the future when I need to ship something.

I also needed new 120 new booklets printed out for a added presentation. They also took on this project and had it completed earlier then expected. I loved how they always maintained contact with me, texting me with updates on my order status or any questions that came up. Overall this is a great addition to help with printing and shipping services for resort guests, especially ones here for work in the convention center. I really appreciate all their hard work and professionalism. They definitely made my job a lot easier.

I am now being charged a $700 fee for non returned mobile device that I can no way prove it was mailed because stupid me didn't get a receipt.
