Oh my goooosh I am obsessed. I haven't been in person but have been wanting to try this place - I…read morehaven't because I'm not sure if there's any seating to study and get work done. I'll go check it out though, because I door dashed a matcha and it was perfection. I got a strawberry almond milk matcha with an extra shot of matcha and it was delicious. 100% on the sweeter side (not obnoxiously sweet like boba, but they have a sweeter hand) so ask for less sweet if you like a more mild sweetness. The bag they delivered it in was so fancy - a closed branded drink carrier, and the matcha quality was high quality. The strawberry flavor was real, not artificial, and there were little strawberry chunks that I loved. I downed this drink happily! Edit: I came in person and they have a self service kiosk and someone to help if you call for it (such sweet staff). They indeed have no tables to work at - they have 2 seats and a bench to sit at while you wait! Matcha the second time was just as good as the first, oh lord. This time I got the marshmallow brûlée with torched marshmallow and I drank it in 5 minutes it was so Carmamel-y and rich. This time I got it less sweet and, because I have a sweet tooth, I would do regular. I actually don't die for marshmallows but I ate all 3 because they tasted like rich brûlée perfection. Can't wait to come back again (my boyfriend is jealous)

It's exciting to see a Vietnamese coffee spot closer to home- usually I have to drive to South Sac…read moreto get my fix. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon entry. The interior is small but clean and brightly lit. The coffee is good but weaker than I expect when getting Vietnamese coffee. It is phin dripped, and the classic flavor is there, but less creamy texture. Traditionally the brew is very strong and mixed with condensed milk only - the ice in this instance is necessary to balance the boldness. In this coffee, between the added milk and large amount of ice, it is watered down and not the full bodied experience you would expect. Overall still a good cup, and probably the best you can get in the immediate area, but not wholly satisfying if you are seeking the traditional Vietnamese coffee flavor.

The Hubster, MIL, and I popped in here for a late lunch today…read more What a cute little bakery/cafe this is. It's located inside a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking. It is rather tiny on the inside with only three tables of two. So if you are wanting to sit and eat, you need to be a small party, or take your food with you to go. Thankfully there was plenty of room when we arrived for our party of three. Their decor is cute with plenty o goose to view, as well as their baked goods. Since it was our maiden voyage here we did ask the nice gal who was at the register for a couple of recommendations which we took. The hubster tried the Ham and Peach Grilled Cheese, the MIL did the Pick Two which included a half Rosemary Chicken Sandwich and the Strawberry Poppyseed salad, I also got the Pick Two and chose half Citrus Club Sandwich and the Street Corn Cesar salad. Everything was made fresh to order and was incredibly tasty! The hubster and I also shared a Cherry Limeade Summer Sipper which was divine. We decided we could not leave with out taking a few goodies with us for later. So we bought a Lemon Bar, a Blackberry Cheesecake Bar, and a Chocolate Sea Salt Shortbread. We don't venture to Rocklin on a regular basis, but when we do, it's nice to know where to go and to support a small business like this. Give them a try. You will be impressed too!

Friendly staff and a cute interior my only complaint is that is closes so early! We can't get that turkey pesto fix past 4PM. Overall, good experience.

Wow. Just wow…read more Edwin's Coffee really surprised me. It blew me away, actually. Ambiance. Independence. Skill. Flavor... this place has it all. Edwin is the owner and has been for 30 years. He roasts his own beans, bakes his own pastries, and does it all with no employees. I walked in here not knowing what to expect. I was somewhat overwhelmed by the abundance of variety of Torani syrup flavors on the wall and the lack of a menu to help hone my decision of the most difficult question to answer in any new coffee shop you enter - "what the hell do I want?" Edwin explained he usually converses with customers to zero in on what they would like to drink. He and I briefly chatted, and had zeroed in on a dark chocolate cherry mocha with oat milk. It was incredible. Edwin used the perfect amount of cherry flavoring and dark chocolate. I also had an incredible, homemade, blueberry muffin. It was perfect. Big, juicy blueberries, moist cake housed under a perfectly baked and delicately crisped muffin top. I gotta come back. If not for the amazing pastries, perfect coffee, then for the wonderful conversation. Thanks, Edwin. See you soon!

They didn't have a menu but can pretty much make any coffee drink. The coffee shop looked comfortable and had a nice porch area to sit at as well. They look like they had lots of tea options, and herbal tea also. It's one of the better coffee places that I've been to lately.
