The space itself is a super cute little shop, and I would definitely love to sit down and enjoy the vibe next time if it's a bit less crowded.Since I hadn't been there before, I wasn't entirely sure what to order from the menu. I mentioned to the girl at the counter that it was my first visit, and she pointed out the Matcha option. I ended up ordering a regular coffee and the Rise and Shine avocado toast. The coffee itself was OK and hit the spot. The avocado toast was actually really good--fresh, flavorful, and plenty to share with my hubby. I spent most of my time standing while waiting for the food to be ready since it was a packed morning. I'd definitely go back to try something else! read more

While in this little town of Lincoln we decided to grab an iced coffee on our way to breakfast. I thought the shop's baristas were quick and very efficient. It's nice to have a cold brew not taste bitter and the seasonal Beach Brew delivered a nice and nutty flavor but a not too sweet coconut iced coffee. I definitely liked their summer options. I would recommend trying them out. read more

We decided to stop by for an afternoon coffee while in the area. It was only 70 degrees out that day, but the AC was cranking & kept it a little too cold inside. The shop was bright & spacious with a checkers/chess table, a long wooden bench wall with tables & seats, & a cushioned seating area. Once we got to the front of the line, we received nice & helpful customer service from the lady working. Notably, their beverage menus didn't have prices listed, just the cost of add ons. We ordered an iced Cinnamon Roll Latte & Horchata Cold Brew from their seasonal fall menu, which had unique offerings. Our drinks came filled to the brim & were tasty with enjoyable flavors. It was a little difficult to get the tight fitting sipper lids on, so be careful. A fun touch is to be able to pick a sticker from a selection they offer to put on your cup! I found them humorous & cute. There are shelves of various merchandise to purchase--apparel, local food/drink goods, stickers, crafts, tea & accessories, travel cups, & other random finds. In the back left of the shop, there is a wall of coin operated machines with items/treats. They also offer free bagged used coffee grounds to take for use in your garden. We had a pleasant little time browsing items & sipping our drinks. read more

I do a lot of work and connection at coffee shops. I absolutely love Brood Coffee in Lincoln, CA. The drinks are always top rate and they have great ambiance. The barista remembers my drink every time. As a cool bonus, they support and sell from local businesses. We stopped in to try the new seasonal drinks we saw on Instagram. We decided on the Oatmeal Cookie Latte & the Oatmeal Cookie Matcha. We love picking out fun stickers for our drinks and my little one loves the quarter machines (for gumballs, small toys and candy). I absolutely loved my Oatmeal Cookie Latte. I thought is was the perfect blend of flavors. However, it wasn't as good as a matcha. The flavors didn't come through as much. Can't wait to go back and try a pumpkin drink next! read more

First time visiting Brood Coffee and was blown away! Been looking for a delicious, creative coffee shop nearby and Brood fits the bill. They have solid coffee but also fun flavors! I visited during the summer menu, which I will admit didn't have my favorite flavor profiles but I still enjoyed the drinks we chose. I got a half sweet banana pancake latte, definitely delivered on the banana flavor. My husband got the blonde which was delicious. I can't wait to come back for more seasonal flavors, but also to try their more "standard" coffee options. Service was friendly, helpful and fast. I noticed a lot of local goods for sale but didn't have time to peruse the selection, and the bread section was empty but I will be back to try some local, fresh bread! read more

I recommend the espresso at this coffee shop. The espresso was very well balanced, it was more on the fruitier and floral tasting like a good medium roast bean. It was flavorful, had strong creama. Water was available from filter. The service was quick and very polite. I was there on Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. The place looks beautiful, clean and sells few crafty items. Rise & Shine Avocado Toast ($12) - not being dramatic, but the best avocado toast I've ever had. Love how they baked the egg and the spice seasoning they used. Açaí bowl ($9) - yummy it had all my favs: coconut flakes, granola, honey, blueberries and bananas. Really tastes like an elevated and healthier version of cereal for adults. Dessert for bfast, I'll take 2! Dirty Chai latte - on the sweeter side so I requested an extra shot of coffee. Still good! Cappuccino - standard but did the job! I finally had the chance to visit Brood Coffee for the first time since they opened, and I was genuinely impressed The shop has such a welcoming vibe--from the friendly staff to the thoughtfully curated menu. They've done a wonderful job offering a variety of options for just about anyone. The interior is decorated nicely, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. Whether you're catching up with a friend, getting a little work done, enjoying a quiet moment, or even gettinf some caffeine in before hitting the gym next door, Brood offers the perfect space. One fun and quirky touch I loved was the candy machines down the hall to the restrooms--a cool unique touch! They also carry a great selection of merchandise, from hats (LOVED the cream & green BROOD hat) and shirts to drink-making items for home. I was especially excited to see one of my favorite chai tea concentrates from North Fork Chai Co. available for purchase. During my visit, I ordered an iced dirty chai tea latte and an iced vanilla latte--both were fantastic! The espresso in each drink was rich and smooth, balanced perfectly with the subtle sweetness of chai or vanilla. All in all, Brood Coffee is a wonderful local gem. I had been wanting to try this place out for a while now . So glad I finally did . This cute coffee shop is located in the shopping center where the Little Caesars pizzas and big gym is at . When walking in I realized this place is decorated really cute and simple. This establishment looks really clean and organized . The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and they explained the menu to me . Everyone was super sweet and kind . I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte and I also ordered the Greek Avocado Toast . wow it was delicious. I have had a lot of Avocado Toast in my life time lol and this one was so perfect !! Not overwhelming with arugula, or any other toppings. The portions were perfectly on the toast the flavors just pop! Loved the feta cheese in it . I have to say it's one of my favorite Avocado Toast I have had. They also have merch for purchase. They have a little section where they sell fresh vegetables from Margin's Mill. They also sell unique chocolate flavor bars . I had to get the Chicken and Waffles . Overall this cute Coffee shop is an amazing option for Great coffee and delicious food options . The parking is a 'buzzkill' (IYKYK) lol but 10/10 would recommend. They have cool homeopathic items for sale and just cultivates a get it done but no pressure environment. A very nice, clean, upbeat place for a coffee, tea and even a light snack. I liked the vibe of the place. It's tucked away in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Service was very friendly and quite efficient. It's not a big place and the few patrons seemed to linger, as to be expected in a coffee shop. I ordered a large latte with no fat milk and it was just OK. I wouldn't say the quality of the coffee, for my taste, was stellar. It's great to have a new coffee shop in Lincoln. Coffee is tasty and they have all the standards as well as unique flavorings. Not a large selection of food yet, but hopefully they'll grow the menu. We had a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese that hit the spot. Outside just one table with an umbrella. As the heat was ramping up, we sat inside and enjoyed the AC.
