I like making pasta dishes, so we don't go here often, I mean like once every 4 years, but now I think we should be going here more often. I got the loaded baked spaghetti, Richelle got the baked spaghetti. We did drive through, not bad on the time, since I think do have to bake the dish. Drive through staff friendly, service with a smile. Loaded baked spaghetti has sausage and meatballs, it's not home made, but it good enough. Plenty of sauce, and portion is well sized too. We got some bread sticks that were minis, they were a little crisper, which I liked. We got 5 boneless wings, garlic parmesan sauce. I came to the Springfield Location because my Nephew was in town and we wanted to go somewhere that would feed the family that wasn't too hard on the wallet. Fazzolli's did not disappoint. When my family said they were going to Olive Garden I said I'll pass. So they decided on Fazzolli's to accommodate me.The only problem I had, not being a regular I wasn't well versed in some of the names of items. When my brother asked our group if we should get the family meal in my mind I thought of a meal as a main dish, a couple of sides, some bread, dessert and a drink. Surprise, surprise, surprise. A family meal was actually 2 bowls of pasta of our choice, breadsticks and that was it. We had the Alfredo. When I make it I use a little more sauce and throw in some chicken for good measure . I didn't see the menu but I'm guessing I could have had chicken at a higher cost. It was tasty none the less. We also had spadetti, again when I make it there is more sauce and I like mine meaty. I'm guessing meatballs could be had at an additional cost. The spaghetti was good. Both dishes were well made. I liked the bread sticks. I still think it was misnamed. To be a meal at a minimum it should have had a salad or coleslaw and threw in a small sharable dessert. Our server was Yvonne. I hope Fazzolli's knows what an asset she is. She was friendly, kind, cheerful, attentive and her smile was genuine and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She made sure everyone had everything the wanted or needed. I loved the way she interacted with the four children in our group. She worked tirelessly to attend to all the guests in our group and in the dining and keep the place clean. I was so hungry that I failed to take pictures of my food. I left stuffed and I promise on my next visit I'll take pics. I'm noticing that with bidenomics $6.99 is the new $5. My nephew and his wife both opted for Lasagna and recommended I try it next time. Next time I'll earn loyalty points. The loyalty points and the way Yvonne treated my family is what makes a regular of me. I recommend this location for those who want a break from burgers. read more

4.0 Stars Overview Location: This restaurant is located on Main St and if I am not mistaken it is the only location in Springfield. It was fairly clean, however, the condiments station was not at all filled with what they needed. Customer Service: The customer service was nothing to rant or rave about here. The woman who served us was nice, but very monotoned about answering questions. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the food was fine for a fast food pasta place. The only two complaints I have here was for the Ultimate Fettuccine and the unlimited bread sticks. The sauce on the Ultimate Fettuccine was very watered down and blan - compared to the baked fettuccine it needed more sauce, less water. The unlimited bread sticks were very doughie and sticky - compared to the bread sticks that came with our meals, they needed to be cooked longer. The quantity of the food definitely had great portion amounts. No complaints there. Side Notes: Fine for large parties, would recommend asking for more sauce or maybe better drained pasta. read more

My experience at this restaurant was awful.. hard to get acknowledged at this restaurant and when you do, you get a "what do you want" from a white blonde Middle aged woman.. who is the manager. After receiving my food I noticed a strand of hair in it, i was in utter disgust. I told the middle aged woman and she rudely said to me that it was my hair and that I should just take it out and eat the food. She then walks away very rudely, I saw her scratch her ass and pick her nose then proceeded to handle food without washing her hands or using gloves!! I will never be coming back!! Disgusting! I will be calling corporate and demanding her to be fired!! Unacceptable! They hired someone who looks like they barely finished middle school, extreme lack of manners and common sense! read more

Fazolis on E. Main is the worst location l have been to in the Fazolis chain. They are the slowest and most incompetent fast food place l have ever encountered. Employees are rude and management makes excuses and is totally unprofessional. When they make a new mistake , which they do consistently, they do not own up to it and they place the blame on something or someone else. They will not hold themselves accountable for their poor performance. I would not recommend going there or ordering delivery from them, for it may be hours before you get it. They have good food, but their service is ridiculous. They made us wait an entire half hour for our food to come out. By then, we needed to leave because something came up so we politely asked for them to give us a to-go box. Our rude server proceeded to take our food and set it on a ledge behind the cash register. We assumed he was going to put it in the box for us. 15 minutes passed and by then we could not wait because we needed to go so we just left. This was ridiculous as there were not very many other customers that would make it difficult for them to get our order in time. It was terrible! read more

The dining area was dirty. Lots of tables needing bussed. Food was good. Seemed like they were very short staffed.

It's not bad pretty damn good but gotta be pacific about the meal if I ask do it have real meat in the pasta I mean like meatballs or hamburger meat not meat source but they corrected it and I was satisfy so thank you for the correction of my pasta the environment is great so well I recommend people yes I well and it's clean there to thumbs up for that but other wise food is the bang out keep up the good work oh and you get hot and ready. read more
