I was recommended to get the orange chicken and fried rice ... it was terrible . Chicken looked so dry and looked like they just artificial dumped sauce over and added a "chili" for "decoration purposes" Fried rice was so dry and flavorless.it tasted so old . I got a Thai tea with cheese foam and boba. I tasted it and it tasted very diluted had no "Thai tea flavor " and the boba felt old. I then proceed to ask the cashier if they can add more sugar or Thai tea concentrate because it tastes so watery , he said "well... it's a liquid" I told him "I'm aware it's a liquid, it just has no flavor to it . He's like , I'll put more sugar . Walks away, no gloves or anything, proceeds to pull out the straw (mind you , right after touching money ? . And adds more concentrate . At that point I felt so unwelcome , so I got my food and left. Very disappointed, I had high expectations for this place. The place is looks very unsanitary. Leaks on ceilings , a bunch of material and supplies where they serve the drinks. read more

Unfortunately my regular milk tea with boba was not good. They do use brewed tea but everything tasted diluted. The drink was not creamy enough nor had strong tea flavor. It tasted as if someone melted a cup of ice in your milk tea. read more

I was delightfully happy with my Flower milk tea. It's Rose milk tea and Lavender Milk Tea blended together. Such a great taste! Better than mediocre and boba was decent. They have food as well which smelled amazing, right when I walked in. Didn't try it this time. They are still in the "soft opening" period so I'd say they are still transforming the place no set vibe yet. I was told that I can order food and drink on their website to limit wait time in person. They also use stamp card rewards program. read more

I got the Jasmine Green Milk tea with honey boba, it was definitely a good drink but not the best boba I have had in LA, I would like to give it a 3.5 if I was able, because it's better than average but not quite 4 stars. It's nice that there is ample parking here and the staff was friendly. The cups are super cute as well! read more

The food quality was so bad that most of what we ordered was inedible & had to toss out: Walnut shrimp: there was way too much mayonnaise heaped on top that it took up about half the volume of the container. The coating on the shrimp was thick and hard. Chow mein: the noodles were super salty & tasted like they were marinated in soy sauce. Steamed char su buns: they were stale & hard. Salt & pepper pork chops: this was about the only dish that we could eat. We will not be ordering from this place again. It's super disappointing, considering the scarcity of decent Chinese food in Burbank. read more

Currently in soft opening so look for the name on the window rather than on the building. Got a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. Jasmine flavor was pretty weak but the drink was refreshing enough and the boba had the perfect amount of chew - which means it's fresh! I also got the popcorn chicken appetizer. The portion size is outrageously generous for the price ($7), made with juicy dark meat and perfect balance of crunchy breading, seasoning and chicken. I had eaten 1/3 of the chicken and the box still looks very full. read more

I want to give this place a high rating because the tea was pretty good. Popcorn chicken was decent, slightly too doughy for my liking. However my husband's drink had a small wire in it (like the kind you'd tie around a bag of bread, without the paper part). That could've been very dangerous. Since I ordered through Doordash, I was refunded the drink through them, but I still felt like I should post here as a warning. Edit: The store reached out and offered me some credits to order from them again. I am adding an extra star since I always appreciate it when businesses listen to feedback. read more

We love this place. They have a large menu of tea, iced and boba drinks. Love their sweet taro, rose milk, and sweet milk tea.

Ordered takeout for a late night snack and was so surprised at how good the food was! Got a blended honeydew milk tea with milk and a blended mango milk tea with a share size orange chicken. The honeydew flavor is so smooth and there's no chemical or powdery taste which is hard to find. The mango is just as good! The orange chicken was also super good the sauce is tangy and sweet. Definitely will be back. read more

Favoritea has become another of our go-to delivery places via DoorDash. I haven't been to the restaurant in person but I've ordered at least a dozen times so far. We love the popcorn chicken! It always hits the spot. Great crunch, even with delivery and a nice hint of spice to make it interesting & flavorful. The chow mein is usually on point and the bbq pork buns can be hit or miss (sometimes they're a little on the tough side, but when they're good, they are so yummy!). I typically will order passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba - so refreshing! My husband regularly will get a taro iced blended with boba. So good! Overall, we find Favoritea to be super reliable and a def recommend. read more

Flower milk tea is amazing. This is what I always order. I've come back several times just for it.

Love the food, boba and the customer service is great! Food prices are great! Large servings

Adding this to my list of new favorite places. I actually doordashed my order and was worried my drink would be too sweet. I ordered the house milk tea and asked for it not to be too sweet in the notes and it came out just right! I was pleasantly surprised. Also ordered the popcorn chicken and it was delicious. Sesame balls were crispy and chewy and the perfect snack. I will be a returning customer for sure! Also the cup packaging is really cute. read more

The food was horrendous, made me and my boyfriend sick to our stomachs! I don't understand why there are so many good reviews the orange chicken sauce looks like artificial red dye and has no orange flavor! The fried rice was so dry and flavorless and tasted old ! The udon noodles were extremely greasy and tasted like straight pepper! Lastly the Thai tea had no flavor just tasted like milk mixed with water and a drop of tea flavor! So bland, I'm extremely disturbed and feel catfished by the other reviews. read more

I love this place! It's near my job and whenever I want a quick boba I come here. I can say I have literally tastes almost all the flavors and my favorites are the milk tea and the rose milk tea. But I still like them all! The food is very delicious and packaged very where when it's to go. Service is quick and I recommend it. read more

Our regular place was closed today for new years day so we decided to try this place. The customer service was great. We called to add some spicy sauce to the order and they picked up and said no problem. We ordered many plates to try and they were all good. My orange chicken was very delicious and the sauce was good and had a nice kick to it. Best part were the egg rolls and thick noodles. SOOO good. I'm definitely ordering from here again. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the rice was dry... and I wanted sticky well cooked white rice. read more

Honestly one of the worst milk teas that I've had. My friend and I both ordered the honey green milk tea, and were equally disappointed with how bland and flavourless it was, which seems to be a consistent complaint based on other yelp reviews. +1 star for offering non-dairy milk read more

Coffee milk tea boba and mango smoothie boba drinks were watered down. The coffee base for the drink was terrible and the mango was super watered down that the color of the drink is a very light beige instead of the mango color. Ordered the pork char siu bao and the bread was super hard. Had to throw it away. The sesame balls were very small and had a chemical after taste. What a wasteb of $30. So sad. read more

Favorite boba cafe in Burbank! Yummy milk tea drinks and delicious food! 10/10 will come back again for more boba!

Drinks are pretty authentic compared to other boba places in Burbank, and the drinks taste as good as other large boba chains. The food is also really good and tastes like it was made at a real Chinese restaurant vs. a boba shop. Highly recommend! read more

This is my new go to boba place. They have a great selection and everything I've gotten has been good. Wow!!!!! The best boba drinks in Burbank...Go visit! They have just opened...Fruit Teas were delicious.

This is my favorite boba place - I specifically get the watermelon smoothie whenever it's in season. The food is also yummy - I tend to get the popcorn chicken (you can never go wrong with this one) and the chow fun. The first time I got food there was cause I just wanted boba but had to eat dinner so I ordered food without any expectation that it would be good, but it totally was. Parking is of course easy since it's in such a quiet mall area. Staff are quick, efficient, and friendly. read more

I ordered the bok choy with shrimp and popcorn chicken and they came out exactly as I specified and tasted great. The bok choy was sautéed well in a light sauce and had a nice fresh crunch. The popcorn chicken is very lightly seasoned, just enough to make it pleasant without the sauce. Extra good with the sauce ;) They have a variety of entrees and fun boba drinks, definitely will try something else when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking. read more
