First time visit to this burger place today 1/24/24. We viewed their website and pictures of burgers on-line and it looked awesome. My husband and I got the "Original Medium" burger, no sweet relish (who puts relish on a burger with pickles?) and a side of skinny fries (think McDonalds size of fry) they are regular fries not the thick Steak Fry that they offer. For the money, their food is overpriced. I've added a picture of what I got and only the fries were good. Their website shows what looks like 1.5 inches worth of shredded lettuce... what I received was maybe 4 pieces of shredded lettuce. I ordered mine with cheddar... didn't see any and the mayo/mustard offering, missing the mayo. Since there was no mayo so I asked for some on the side so my burger wouldn't be so dry. We gave it 2.5 stars and agreed on 2 only because we both decided, for the money, we would be better off going to Sonic for a decent burger and we don't plan on returning. Wrong order was sent via Uber Eats. After clarifying, I was told I had to bring the order back to receive my original order. Never again.

The drive through is packed its 4:11 pm on Sunday. They have 1 girl standing in 99degree weather taking orders on a iPad ... so we are off to a rough start! I'm doin drive through so I have no info on ambiance maybe inside is better. So I'm doin the original with the works sweet potato fry and a vanilla shake cuz why not then an addition fatburger add 2 o ion rings add an egg with the works cuz I drove a hour need something for later right bwahaha. Let see what my total is oh by the way I waited in line 22mins. and an additional almost 30 mins to get to the window then to get my food in all about an hour. If you don't have ac and gas don't get in this drive thru. But guess what my burgers both of then were seasoned and DELICIOUS!!! SWEET POTATO FRIES JUST OK VANILLA SHAKE GOOD. I would go back for the burgers and I get the smallest burger because one I don't like thick patties I would rather two super thin patties but it passed my size test almost could finish the one burger so very filling and I can eat. Let's not call it "fast food". Went Saturday around 6:00. We ordered nothing special I thought. 2 hamburgers meals and onion rings. The burger I had ketchup, onions, pickles, and the other no lettuce. Did you know they screwed up the order? When my husband said something said sorry and took it back. I failed to tell you that it took close to 20 minutes to get the first one. Nobody, came over to apologize. Around 10 min. after that my husband saw someone asking about my burger. Meanwhile my husband was waiting to eat his burger with lettuce (which asked it not to be on his burger). The person asked if wanted another, declined since it was taking so long. Shortly around 10 min. passed my burger came. As we where eating another burger came out. We told then that we got it. She left, and came back stating we will giving this one on the house. I asked to get it to go. I should have asked for a bag. It took until we were about leave to receive it. On the good side the thick fries and onion rings where good when hot, restaurant clean. Very disappointing. I was planning to try the milkshake when we where leaving but was so disappointed with the level of service that I don't see going back in the near future. read more

We saw it had just opened and tried it for lunch. The line was a little long but it moved quickly and the manager came around to talk to everyone about the menu so it wasn't too bad. Fatburger just opened so I will give them a pass on service and ambiance at this time. We dined in at about 8:00 on their second Friday night. The line was long and remained long, winding through the eating area. There was only 1 cashier taking orders, so big problem there. Staff members who brought orders out seemed a little overwhelmed looking for the correct table but, again, I don't want to be too critical because they just opened. Each team member who served us was very friendly and helpful. I think once opening crowds slow down, the eating area will be large enough and customers waiting for their orders will be easier to find. And, hopefully, the line will not wind through the eating area. I thought prices were higher than what I'd expect. Four burgers, one fry (we had coupons for three fries), three shakes and a coke ran a little over $60. That's not how much I'd like to spend for that meal. We were a party of four, so we sampled several menu options. The most outstanding items we had were the shakes. Three different flavors at our table and all were excellent. Made from fresh, hard packed ice cream, they were as good or better than any I've had. I found the fries to be mediocre. Fries are available both skinny and fat. I thought the fat fries were pretty good while the skinnies were pretty not good. Neither was salted nearly enough. All four of us had burgers, so no opinion here on chicken sandwich, chili cheese dog, or impossible burger. Burger choices range from 1/3 pound all the way up to a triple 1/2 pounder. Regular toppings are free while cheese, bacon, etc. are available at an additional charge. First and foremost, these burgers are HUGE so be ready. Toppings were fresh and good. None of us particularly liked the buns though. They seemed like ordinary supermarket buns and, my observation is that if you're going to make a gigantic burger, you should have gigantic buns. My large burger was clearly bigger than the bun. The Texas burger had a great flavor and was clearly the star of our order. The regular burgers were just regular burgers, very fresh, but cooked a little unevenly similar to a homemade burger where no two are exactly the same. Maybe a little too dry. Overall, Fatburger is neither a place I'd cross off my list nor a place I'm dying to return to. My three star rating simply means that to us it was just another place to get a burger. read more

I was torn between giving Fatburger a 4 or 5 star review and I'll tell you why I gave them 5 stars. The quality of the food. We tried the original (smaller) burger, western burger, onion rings, skinny fries, impossible/gardein burger (don't remember which brand it was), the banana shake, and the chicken sandwich. If it were for the price and friendliness of the staff, it would be a lower rating. Based on price - 3 stars. Not the most expensive, but by no means cheap. It isn't cheap quality though. Because of the quality being factored in, 3 stars. Friendliness I would say 4 stars. The staff was friendly, the owner came and talked to us to answer any questions we had, but the staff weren't the most friendly either. So, 4 stars. It is brand new so I'm not going to even go into detail on the wait nor rate that. You're gonna wait. Maybe wait a month or so and it might calm down a bit if you're worried about the wait. The food is where Fatburger shines though. More specifically, the shake and chicken sandwich. The rest of the food I'd say isn't worth the price, honestly. If I were to compare their burger to Shake Shack, I'd go with Shake Shack. Not just because the burgers weren't hot (they were a bit hotter than warm), but because they weren't the best. What you come here for are the shakes and the chicken sandwich, in my opinion. The shakes are amazing! Some of the best I've tried. The chicken sandwich was one of the best ones I've ever had as well. Not just of a drive-thru, but of anywhere! It was so hot you could barely eat it. It had to sit for a bit before it was ready to eat. It tasted like it just came out of the fryer and had lots of flavor. I just added pickles. It didn't need any sauce at all...it was that good. The other disappointing thing I found out was that they didn't have the wing part of the restaurant open. I had heard about Fatburger opening here a while back and it stated that this would be one of their hybrid burger/wing restaurants. I asked one of the employees and she stated they didn't have wings and didn't say they would. The owner then came by and stated it would be later. That they were trying to open the Fatburger side of the restaurant first and then the wing side. We were bummed because we were ready to order some wings and multiple websites stated it would be a hybrid restaurant and the owner confirmed, but there were no wings. I would have preferred something be posted online about it coming later or some kind of notice for those of us who knew about it. He also didn't give any indication as to when they would have wings. I asked if maybe a month or so of being open and he said probably. Definitely go give Fatburger a try, but don't expect the best burger you've ever had. read more

Ordered food, waited in drive thru line for 30 mins only to pull up to the window, PAID. lady only gave us one drink, shut the window. Ok... they're busy no worries we will wait for the second drink. After waiting patiently, they gave us food and we realized the food wasn't what we ordered. We let them know that wasn't our food and they made a mistake. They took the food back to give to the correct customer and our order wasn't "showing". Accused us of cutting the line which there is no way considering I have a 450. Our order is no where to be found and they basically told us it was our fault after we waited for so long.
