Aleigh helped me at the counter and she was very patient, helpful, and wonderful during my ordering process and created a tolerable ambiance in the ordering area despite the crowd. I think this is a decent burger spot, but it doesn't live up to the hype some people give it. It's one more fast food option. Maybe one with a slightly different drive-thru system, but nothing extraordinary. I've definitely had better burgers at other fast food joints and the fries were nothing extraordinary. I've now tried a few of their burgers and nothing has really stood out to me. Service is nice. I think they come across more organized than their competitors. Inside, the place usually looks a bit nicer than some other fast food joints. I find their food to be very dry. Mostly tasty but I always have to add sauce when I get home. Even thou I always say extra Mayo or tarter sauce when I order. I'm not looking for it to be smothered just don't feel like choking down my food. If I can lift off the bun and see zero sauce when I asked for extra something off there. This new Culver's recently opened. On the way home one evening we decided to give it a try. That was a mistake! The restaurant dining area was extremely crowded. I'm not sure why the cashiers were extremely slow. It seemed to me that everyone already ordered and were seated. After finally ordering, we waited, and waited for our food. When if finally came my husbands burger was completely wrong! He ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got a single cheeseburger no bacon! This was extremely annoying especially since we already corrected the cashier as she was putting the order thru! We didn't bother returning it because we didn't want to wait any longer. I should mention that the burgers and fries were good even tho one was completely wrong! My husband ordered a shake and said it was also good. I they should be able to handle the crowd and if not, I think they should slow down the drive-thru to get the orders correct in the restaurant. I found the seats to be dirty and greasy. I assume from all the children that eat there. Someone definitely needs to go around and wipe down the seats!! The parking lot was packed and when we arrived we managed to get the only spot available. A somewhat average experience at the local Culvers. If you haven't done the drive thru, be prepared to wait. No matter what you order, you will be given a number and pull forward and wait for someone to bring it out to you. This usually provides an expectation that it is fresh, however it is hit or miss. Today the crinkle cut fries were nice and warm. However the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted. So it was an overall "ok" experience. Additionally, I had to state my order about 3 times, as I could hear multiple non work conversations going on, on the intercom, so the person taking my order couldn't concentrate. I am beyond furious right now I ordered A Cod dinner with cheddar cubes, mashed potatoes no drink and a small concrete and it came to $20. Which half the bowl is filled with mashed potatoes. The cheese cubes are an upcharge of $2.00 which were below average. Lukewarm and certainly NOT cheesey enough. If you call them up, they say "sorry you need to talk to the service, we won't help you!" Drove 35 minutes all the way home with my order after picking up I'm the drive thru, settle down to eat at home, and almost bite into this moldy-ass bun. There was mold spots on the top and bottom of the bun. If I drive back to the store 35 minutes there and 35 minutes back home, I will drive thru the lobby. Food being 5 star for a fast food place is unique they definitely delivered on the food Mash potatoes were fresh and delicious the coleslaw was the best we tasted from South of the border. The fried shrimp were cooked perfectly, I added the boom boom sauce for a extra heat. The Double burger was done just right. I got a butterburger with all the typical toppings - lettuce, cheese, onions,etc. I the burger itself is what you'd expect out of a fast food chain. I've been to Culver's - A LOT - since they've first opened in Riverview. A few months back, I took my girlfriend there and we had quite an experience. The service was great at the beginning when the orders were placed and again at the window for payment.. the young girl who brought us out our food was a little stand-offish, but otherwise was fine. We get home and the food appears to be correct. We begin eating - and about three bites in I hit it.. a damn salt packet! Inside my burger - dead center! My girlfriend said the wrapper looked "loose" when in the bag and the hamburger was hanging out.. never seen that before. How'd that salt packet get in there was questionable at best - so I ran it back in my mind. The only thing I could think of is I had a few pro-police stickers and a "Trump" sticker on the car. I called the owner to see if there was ANY way this could have accidentally ended up there. The answer was no - it wasn't possible as the salt packets are not in the proximity of where they assemble the food.. they are added to the bags LAST if they are asked for.. okay. So I ask if they could look into it further as now - I no longer feel comfortable eating at this location. He said yes - and that was that. No real answer to what happened.. I go in and order my food now if I even eat here at all - no more drive-thru for me.. shocker - food comes out fine. No issues. Could be a one off, sure.. but it has changed my Culver's experience at this location permanently. read more

My wife and I went in today and it was our first time. My wife had the fried fish sandwich which was fried perfect.......but was flavorless. Very little tartar sauce which had no flavor and neither did the fish. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was disappointing at best. Fried fine but I had to go back up and ask for more condiments (lettuce, mayo, pickle, and onion. What they put on the sandwich wouldn't cover a silver dollar and it had no flavor.
