Stopped in for lunch today. Place was empty at 1pm. Placed my order and waited. And waited. And waited. For a burger. Took 40 minutes to get served. Literally no orders in front of mine. The sandwich was good and HUGE, but it really shouldn't take that long to get food in an empty restaurant. I really couldnt enjoy the food because i had to rush to eat to make my appointment for 2:15. It's also a bit pricey, but for the amount of food, acceptable. Good little spot for the after party bar drinker. The food was tasty but nothing to rave over. I had the wings and they were small and a bit over sauced but decent. The menu is wide with all types of "junk food" that will soak up all the liquids after a great night on the town. The young men inside were very helpful and allowed us to make the spot our own. Food is great, however definitely call before you drive there because the things they are known for they don't always have. Came to get after dinner treats; fried Oreos and shakes. First we get told sorry no fried Oreos we are out (not sure how you run out of something and don't go to any one of the close by stores and get more, but is what it is. Then go to order shakes and can't do that either because their machines are down. So wasted trip and effort. read more

I literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there until a young man got up from the table that he was sitting at not eating just talking with another person who was eating he finally took my order and then another employee emerged from the back with an order for someone else while the first employee started my order I started a clock on my order when I sat down and after 19 minutes with no explanation or anything I finally just left what really is bad is I never got a chance to see if the food was any good because I wasn't going to wait another 10-15 minutes to get it read more

This was my second trip to Fat Shack and the cheesesteak rocks! The meat is really juicy (2 napkins worth) and the peppers are freshly grilled. We ordered boneless wings and burger without cheese, we waited for about 15 minutes and when we got home realized they had given us bone in wings and the wrong toppings on the burger including cheese.
