My husband and I regularly stop in and have dinner with these guys. Service that never ceases to impress. Food is always fresh and delicious. Great example of how a restaurant should be ran. Thanks for the awesome experience every time guys :) read more

I had a friend in town this past weekend and decided to give Fat Shack another try. The service was much better and the food came out much faster. My friend wanted make some changes to her sandwich and the staff was able to accommodate her. Our food came out at in a reasonable amount of time even with 3 other orders placed before ours. The portions are generous and a large sandwich can be easily turned into 2 meals or be shared among 2 people. It could have been that the staff had an off night when I was in previously but the service was much better this time around. read more

I called them when I didn't get my order on time they did nothing for me when I finally got the food it was cold the burger was dry the fries were greasy and everything was overly salted. read more

This place is the best late night place to grab some food! Their combos are out of control!!

Really good sandwich! I got the Fat Pioneer, however it did not come with fries. It's definitely an expensive place to eat. The deep fried Twinkies were good and the quality of the food was good but I knocked a star down because of the very long wait. They were short staffed. I'd still come here and eat again though! read more

Got Fat Shack delivered and enjoyed it so much I had to get it again before I flew out of Denver. Delicious!!!

Philly cheese is awesome and they're open late! Last time I had the fat daddy, who puts chicken fingers on their sandwich...? Delicious. It's not super cheap but it's worth it. read more

The guys here were amazing. They cleaned the grill for my dairy allergy kid with no hesitation. It's not often you can find sympathetic chefs but these guys were great. They were friendly and so nice... That's so hard to find these day. The food was also good but not the only reason we'll come back. These boys had great customer service skills. read more

Great personality from the staff. The food it to die for. So good! I got the fat cow. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They never disappoint. read more

So we ordered today for lunch and we got the fat chance, buffalo tenders, fried pickles and Mac n cheese bites. Everything was great!! Took care of my husband's and I craving. We didn't end up finishing all of it but at least we will have something to dig into later for dinner. I would order from this place again read more

Not worth the hype at all. I ordered the Fat Cow and I was excited because it had everything I loved in it. I was greatly disappointed when I bit into hard bread, overcooked/dry cheese sticks, dry fries, and a vinegary flavor from what was supposedly the buffalo sauce in the sandwich. I usually have have low standards, but this still disappointed me. My sister ordered the burger and claimed that the burger patty was good, but the bun was falling apart everywhere and tasted only like ketchup, pickles, and mustard (like they "put it on, then scraped it off"). She also said the fries were unsalted, dry, and too thick. My mom got the Fat Jersey, which also had hard and cold chicken as well as tough mozzarella sticks. None of us could even finish the second half of our sandwiches, as they were dry, cold, soggy, tough, and unflavored! We ordered shakes as well, and of course, these chocolate ones were way too sugary. We spent a whole $60 on pure disappointment. We wished it would've been better. read more

I love this place really good when I have the money for it. I get the fat doobie everytime. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

I ordered from Fat Shack for the first time today and I was having it delivered via DoorDash. I ordered a burger, fries and funnel cake. I received the order within the time frame I was given. That was the only positive thing. Clearly the food was put into a plastic bag and sealed up tight while it was still quite hot. By the time it got to me, inside the bag was actually wet because the steam had no where to go. It's gets much worse. The burger looked good, but I was unable to eat it due to the bun being extremely soggy. When I took it out of the foil, it literally fell through the bottom bun. The French fries were so soggy and cold. Ate one and that was it. The funnel cake pieces, I don't know why they just don't make a normal funnel cake, were way over cooked, they actually tasted burnt, and the pieces were so think. It was more a fritter than a funnel cake. So, I ate none of it. I spent $20 on a burger, fries, and some kind of dessert and didn't eat it. Please STOP putting hot food on a tied up plastic bag. The steam will make it nasty. Just like it did with mine. read more

Ordered delivery. Decent food. Missing side of honey mustard. Philly cheese steak should have had more cheese (it is CHEESE steak). Excellent poppers. Great food for when you crave fried food. Will order from here again. read more

This place is really awesome if you want something delicious and fast. Had one of their small sub but couldn't finish it because it had so much food, definitely get what you pay for. read more

Oh my gosh this place is the bomb! I woke up the day after we went there ready to go back for lunch. The staff was nice and the food was delicious. You have to try the fried Oreos! They deliver too. I'm going to get fat on Fat Shack! read more

Awesome food! It was really good, and didn't wait that long. I am very satisfied, and it cures my cravings. Will definitely be back!!

Let me say that there is definitely a "vibe" in this restaurant that you need to be really drunk or really high to enjoy. But, not being either of those things, this review may tend to be a little lackluster. My boyfriend and I went for lunch. The good: price. You certainly get bang for your buck with the lunch special. It's a Hamburger, fries, and drink for less than $6.00. This is what he got. He said the burger was grilled, and had good flavor, and it came with a LOT of fries. You can't eat at McDonalds for that people! And, they deliver close, so you don't have to have the "vibe" for the food. I got the fat bronco - which was recommended for newcomers. It was chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, fries, and marinara. The sandwich itself was large and filling and I only got the 8". I got a combo out of habit, but there were so many fries on the sandwich I could have skipped those. To be honest, I was really looking forward to the mozzarella sticks and marinara, but both of those were lacking. Not in flavor, I mean truly lacking on the sandwich. Each bite had one, fairly thin, mozzarella stick, and there was barely any marinara making the whole thing (especially with the amount of fries) fairly dry, and just tasted dull. I feel confident that had I asked for more marinara, I would have been given it with no objection, but to be honest I was sick that day, and just didn't care enough to ask. The staff was friendly, and asked if everything was ok, and I just said yes, as again, I didn't care enough to ask (and I was almost finished with the sandwich). So, for less than $18, we both ate, and were very full. Again, good price, but didn't make a huge impact, and given the atmosphere (people, not necessarily decor) don't think that we would go back in. Delivery would be the only way to go. read more

Asked for no cheese on burger and it looked like they cooked it with the cheese on and then ripped it off and ended up getting really sick from it. Other than that the chicken tenders and philly steak were good but can't get over the fact that they couldn't remember something as simple as no cheese. Now that we opened the philly cheese steak that actually had no cheese.... read more

It took 45 minutes to get our food. Horrible customer service, staff was unorganized and rude. Will not go back. Upon arrival we waited several minutes for the girl standing at the register to finally say "I'm ready if you are". We placed our order and waited 45 minutes to finally get our food only to have it soggy and Luke warm because it took so long to actually make it that it sat out half made for quite some time due to the fact that they had no organization or preparation system. When I asked what the hold up was I got a rude reply from the girl that it had been a crazy night. They were not busy When we were there. Only 2 other people waiting ( also for a lengthy time) to get their food. I saw 4 people working and no manager and they were all running around clearly confused. I was very disappointed with my experience. read more

This place obviously markets itself to a certain Colorado crowd. I don't count myself as a member of the club but I do love a good cheesesteak. I work near by so I thought I would give them a shot. Great cheesesteak! I will come back when I need a fix. They have all manner of crazy sandwiches too if you are into that. read more

Delivery took forever. Once our food finally arrived it was soggy and cold. It was a complete waste of $40. Ridiculous.

If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered food on Grubhub only to never have it delivered. The driver called and I gave directions to my home and even sent my location. 45 minutes later I call and get sarcastic answers from the manager as to why they can't deliver the food. Her response was maybe if you had a real address we could deliver it. Oddly enough they have delivered to me before. read more

This is my favorite late night snack joint!!!! Everyone there has been super nice. Not to mention they have all the best crave foods ever!

Fat Shack is a place designed for everyone's Crave. This is the place and environment for fun people. The food is always great. If in any error the owner is super fast of making the error correct. Service is great. Wild ranges of different food groups. Favorite place all time especially late night. read more

I've been thinking about going in here for a while, just to try something new. I guess I can check it off of my bucket list now. I stopped in for lunch, and ordered a cheesesteak. They had a pretty wide variety of sandwiches, but I thought I'd keep it simple for starters. I am still getting the taste of burnt food out of my mouth. Unfortunately it feels like leftovers from last night, As it seems like my sandwich itself wasn't burned. However there was an unmistakable burned taste to my sandwich that I just couldn't stomach. When I took it back, the guy behind the counter simply offered to give me a refund. He said that I was the first customer of the day. That just leads me to believe that the grill was never cleaned properly from the night before. Really sad, because I wanted to like this place. I don't think I'll give them a second chance. read more

Love fat shack. Deliveries late awesome food, wish there was a location closer to us. But hands down darkest town.

They have always had great service and fast delivery! Recently had an issue with an promo code that wasn't working so I emailed them and Ryan G. The business owner got back to me right away and cleared up the issue. read more

Brad be whipin it up in the kitchen best food out there. All the deep fried deserts are a stoners delight

It's hard to find a place after 10pm in thornton on a weekday that is still open so late and delivery. I enjoyed there food. Love the wings, and cheese burger. But I wished the fries weren't soggy, that's the only thing. But over all good I enjoyed it. Will be ordering more read more

Terrible. Ordered online. Waited for over and hour and a half. First I got a call saying the driver was having a hard time finding my address and I told her my address and she would be there soon. Never heard back from her. Waited for 30 more minutes. Called in asking how much longer it would be and was told the driver said I was over 30 minutes away even though the address I gave her was 10 minutes away. Then got hung up on when I called the driver back. And hung up/ disconnected when I call the restaurant. Then the restaurant added no solution to my problem of waiting over an hour and a half for my food or any real communication as to if I was getting my food or not. Ridiculous. read more

I DON'T recommend that anyone eats here. Absolute WORST customer service ever! The MANAGER hung up and cussed at us when we called to have them deliver the food they FORGOT to give us. We had to drive to the location to get the food. The MANAGER refused to give us the food we paid for and she refused to give us a refund. She continued to cuss at us and allowed her EMPLOYEE to THROW the food at CUSTOMERS. If I could leave negative stars I would. read more

I heard about Fat Shack and had no idea. What do they serve? I finally got to look at a menu and I was so ready to try it! They have a variety of foods (fried and not) and very unique sandwiches! I tried their 'fat slob' sandwich (funny to order on the phone) first, and zucchini sticks with marinara. They were both pretty damn good! Since then Ive ordered from there (delivery) at least once a week. Great for when you get off work late and don't want to pick something up or cook. And for you weekend warriors, they delivery late!! P.s. They will deep fry your favorite food item at the store for 1 dollar! ** if your dieting or watch what you eat im sorry this place is not really for you. read more

Just because you can put everything on a sandwich doesn't mean you should. Drunk food at best. Everything is frozen, deep fried and slapped on a sandwich with a sauce that doesn't work. read more

Love love love their food. Especially the Fat Doobie and fried macaroni triangles. Me and my dad went there spur of the moment one day and were immediately hooked, and been telling all our friends about it. Only reasons I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is for one that some of the employees can be jerks, as another review mentioned they can be short and have an attitude like you're bothering them. A few employees were very nice. Another thing I don't like is the small delivery area, which again they are rude about over the phone (didn't know, sorry). read more

The food here is absolutely disgusting.... I can't wait to come back for more! Staff appeared to like the job and they were having fun.. Unique menu where you can pile on anything and everything in combinations you'd never expect. Fun! read more

Super strict and shitty about their tiny delivery area AND they're flagging posts for removal. I did experience their food firsthand and it tasted like deep fried garbage. read more
