The cute games, the decor, and the amazing staff make this place feel special. I missed their 2 year celebration because of surgery, and they still saved one of their limited drink holders for me. Stopped in to get a latte. Fat Bee has many locations. This location is has a very unique vibe. The warm, earthy hues are very welcoming and the seating options comfy. The coffee served is Vietnamese and for the drink options they offer you can have it with or without boba. I chose Creme Brulee Lover a Signature Phin Drip drink. Unfortunately no control over the amount of ice. I still tried it but was not happy there was so much ice. The coffee was very prevalent but I was well acquainted and delighted in the flavor.. caramel. My mom chose Strawberry Matcha Latte which was fashioned in a boba cup and tremendously delicious! I went here because I always wanted to try out this place and marked as one of the places to go to drink. The address on here for some reason directed me to apartment complex. But it is in a shopping center in Target. The place looks okay and inside is clean. I ordered their popular drink the ube latte. I got it cold, but I ended up tasting more of the coffee than the ube. I did mix the drink as well. Drinks be prepared to spend $7 dollars which is the now average price of a drink. Service was alright, I ended up getting my drink within 5 minutes. It's nice to have a FAT BEE in the northland and gave this place a chance to grow since they first open this year. Been here several time and love how it is always different here everytime . Lately, they now have plenty of seatings and table for you to just chillax on a date or hang out with a group of friends. Super cute!! Came here for a pop up k-pop event. First time trying Boba tea and I didn't know what to get but this one looked interesting. I'm so glad I got it because it was really good. It was kiwi flavored and lychee jelly. The jelly was good and I couldn't put it down. You order and they give u a pager to let you know when it's ready. It takes a few minutes. I've been to Fat Bee a couple of times now and really like having them in the vicinity. High marks for the space - open, clean, good background music selection and volume, seating options, games available - nice! The staff has also been pleasant and welcoming. My drink selections have been at opposite ends of the spectrum. My first trip I had a blended Honeydew Star Frosty and it just might be my new go to drink for the spring and summer - creamy and overwhelmingly flavorful with small pieces of honeydew still intact. YUM. My other drink was a Creme Brulee Coffee - a complete disaster. They started out perfect with a Cafe' Sua Da base (Vietnamese drip coffee) but then put it in a 12 oz cup with chunked ice cubes to the brim and then added a thick creme brulee paste on top. I was unable to stir it up and make it drinkable, leaving me with about 3 oz's of sweet delicious coffee after paying $6+. A terrible execution and rip-off. I will continue to support in moderation because of the price, and know now what to avoid. read more

Had the opportunity to check out the Fat Bee Cafe located in the Chouteau Shopping Center while visiting the family. The location was brand new and conveniently very close to the house, so that was a huge plus! After looking at their menu, we were so conflicted by all their different options. The worker saved us by recommending the classic brown sugar boba latte and the lychee on lychee which turned out to be absolutely delicious. went in to let my 5 year old use the restroom because the north shoppes public bathrooms are few and far between and the lady originally told us we could use it but when the so called "owner" came to the front to take our order and realized we didnt buy anything he told us it was for "paying customers only" i said "my 5 year old isnt going to order a coffee to use your restroom thats crazy." he said "then you cant use it." this was after we sat and waited for the person in it to leave it for more than 6 minutes. so we can sit and waited for my potty dancing toddler to almost pee her pants but cant use the bathroom unless we buy something. i told him the girl already said we could and he said "well this is my store and i said no". what a prick. too bad really bc the menu items looked decent and i may have actually purchased something otw out but definitely not now read more

The mood of the cafe was very inviting, with the balloons in the front, the games, etc. When me and my family ordered, the guy at the front was very patient, and our order was completed within 5 minutes. I ordered a Golden Oolong Milk tea, my brother got a strawberry slush, my dad got an original milk tea, and my mom got a cinnamon sugar croffle. I've been here once before and I'm definitely coming back! Recommend this to everyone, although the prices are a touch high. read more

The overall experience is nice and normal for this type of shop! They have a clean seating area with a few options and even games to play while you wait and or drink , so definitely could be a nice hang out spot. We had the strawberry cheese cake frosty which was actually really refreshing and wasn't like a milkshake at all but was still creamy. Every sip you could taste strawberry and the end flavor was that cheesecake, SUPER GOOD ! The crème brûlée coffee was definitely bold (as advertised) but has a good amount of thick cream to give you the perfect amount in every sip. There was quite a few employees when I went (on a Friday night) I had 2 people in front of me (who literally ordered like 10 drinks ) and we only waited about 10-15 minutes!
