Compared to the crepes I had in France, these were thicker (I liked that) and had a lot more flavor. I am biased on the Frenchie because I love caramelized onions (I make them a lot) and gruyere cheese. My input - make the onions a little thicker so it doesn't feel like a diners caramelized onions. Otherwise I loved it and devoured it all. The KC classic was well rounded with ham, cheese and egg and the crepe - I also enjoyed it The lemon curd crepe was delicious as well - I wish it had less lemon curd and was spread throughout more so it felt like the lemon is missing my tongue and opposed to bathing in it. I still enjoyed it either way - just how I would prefer a lemon crepe. I especially LOVED the swan theme around the place and in the bathroom. They're voting on what the new paint color should be (swing by to vote!) I really enjoy places that stick with a theme. Overall 100% give this place 5 stars and absolutely will return - the type of baked goods they make (olive oil cake) are all up my alley. The staff was very friendly too!
