I drove back with the bowl and my receipt, but the employee at the counter insisted those were the correct ingredients. I had to pull up the restaurant's website on my phone and show him the ingredient list before he checked the recipe in the back and had the bowl remade. While the correct bowl was eventually made, the interaction was uncomfortable and dismissive. There was very little communication, and the employee simply handed me the replacement, said "sorry," and walked away. I also tried calling afterward to speak with a manager. I was told the manager would be there at 1:00pm, but when I called again later, they still were not available. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had an incorrect order or missing items, so I have gotten into the habit of checking our food before leaving. I am not looking for a refund or anything complimentary. I simply wanted to share this feedback because we genuinely enjoy the food and would love to feel more confident ordering takeout again. A little more consistency and communication when mistakes happen would go a long way.

Upon entering, you order on a kiosk up front. Next, after placing your order you'll receive a receipt with your order along with a number. Then, you're welcome to find a seat at any of the open seating options which are always nice and clean. After that, they'll either call your number or they'll come find you in the dining area and bring you your order! It was a super nice and convenient process and I enjoyed sitting down in the open area and using their free wifi to browse on my laptop and work on some work related projects. In addition, the Taiwan Toast was super delicious and exactly the kind of sweet treat I needed that day to help me focus on my work. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Just so you know, this type of advertising will truly kill a lot of people's want to come in and try your drinks. I would highly suggest you keep using your old graphic designer for your next round of seasonal drinks. So many people are too shy to say so, so I'm saying it.
