I ordered everything online and carried out. My drink was ready when they said it would be. It was a cute little shop that is just perfect for a friends' day out. I love that Tsaocca lets you customize the sweetness in your drink so anyone can enjoy a treat in a way that is accommodating to their health. They have such a large selection of classics and unique flavors. Everyone is bound to find something to enjoy. They will definitely be seeing me again!

The staff were also friendly and gave me no reason to doubt their skills. My only complaint is that the seating was just shy of being comfortable. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench).
