I will say that compared to other keys in my local city where I can get very good quality tea. This would be a three on that scale one to five. However, for this smaller town that doesn't have a lot of options, I am giving it a 4. The tea flavor isn't quite as strong as I like it, but perhaps this is more of a Caucasian /American area, they may be catering to the local preference and taste. There was very little communication, and the employee simply handed me the replacement, said "sorry," and walked away. I also tried calling afterward to speak with a manager. I was told the manager would be there at 1:00pm, but when I called again later, they still were not available. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had an incorrect order or missing items, so I have gotten into the habit of checking our food before leaving. I am not looking for a refund or anything complimentary. I simply wanted to share this feedback because we genuinely enjoy the food and would love to feel more confident ordering takeout again. The additional ingredients are caramel, vanilla and two nuts of which he'd only reveal one... almond. It was such a delicious and delightful mixture.
