They offer lots of seasonal specialties, classics, and a massive amount of fine-tuning so you can get your drink to your liking. They did switch to a kiosk ordering a few years back, so it feels slightly impersonal, but they are efficient with their process. I really like the almond milk tea with pearls when the weather is right for it, and am always open to exploring new options here. They seem very friendly, very efficient, and have brought a much needed concept to the Plaza (and KC in general, tbh). Not quite regulars here, but glad to visit a handful of times each year.
