It is always such a treat when I'm around the neighborhood and get to come here to try some of their delicious bubble tea. Everything that I've tried I've thoroughly enjoyed. I also love that they come up with new drinks for different seasons. I usually either order online or through the kiosk and my order comes out really quickly. The inside is really beautifully decorated and cozy, but I usually have to grab and go. Hopefully one day I'll actually get to sit there and enjoy it.

Beautiful interior. The drinks are great too. The prices are comparable to California (Bay Area) so this confused me a great deal. Over all, the place felt great, the vibe was there with the music and scenery. I would definitely go there again! Drinks came out within reasonable time.

This is THE BOBA place you want to be in. The interior screams luxury, cuteness, and demure all in one and is perfect for studying, date nights, and hangouts. Allen and Eugene were our bobaristas and served us some of the best boba I've had in the KC area to date! And rightly so! Upon asking them about their experience, it turns out Eugene used to work as a bobatista in Taiwan before moving with his family to KC! Some of my favorites: * Cloud Mist Milk Green Tea * Taro Bubble Milk * and their yogurt line of bobas are great for kiddos

Hands down the best boba/Taiwanese tea I've found in KC so far. Bruu cafe is decent, but Tsaocaa has a lot more options and feels more authentic. It is closer in quality and drink availability to similar boba shops that I would encounter in a larger metro city. You order on a digital menu, and usually our drinks are ready within 10 minutes. Small seating area inside but I typically take mine to go so it's not a problem. I've had multiple different drinks from their menu and everything has been fantastic so far, from their smoothies, milk teas, fresh fruit teas, yogurt based drinks. I plan on coming back often!

Quick friendly service! They helped educate us since I'm still a bit of a boba novice - there's a lot to learn!! Both drinks we tried were both VERY sweet to me, but I know that's just my taste buds too. But there's hope! you can adjust the sweetness level on any drink! If you think an average Starbucks latte is too sweet, I'd recommend going half on the sugar here. I four-starred it simply for the price! I tried a grapefruit mojito flavor drink, which was essentially flavoring and pelegrino water, for over $7. I'd expect that from a white tablecloth restaurant, but not a walk up boba place. I guess I'm still just getting used to some of the gorging post-Covid prices??? Super easy ordering available at the kiosk or at the counter! Also - a few snacks to try too, including mochi donuts!

My favorite boba tea shop! They have every flavor you can think of and all the drinks I've had have been amazing. The staff is always helpful and the shop is always clean. I love how they open for the holidays so we take the whole family there. Our new Thanksgiving tradition! I've never been a fan of popping boba but some reason theirs is so good! Their regular boba (amber bubble) is great too. My favorite drink so far has been peach milk green tea with peach boba. If you love boba, definitely give this place a try! It's a must!

I'm loving that Blue Springs is getting more Asian stuff. But this place is super cute and service was easy cuz you just ordered at the kiosk and they'll call out your number. Their menu is so big so I have to go back to try other drinks and other food but so far everything has been very delicious. I wish they have winter melon tea but the menu is huge so I'm sure I'll find a replacement. It's such a cute cozy place to bring your family and friends to hang out. Definitely would recommend

TL;DR: The boba is good, but the tea leaves a lot to be desired. Much better places to buy $6 drinks in OP (I would recommend #1 Ding Tea, #2 Ari Delights, #3 Gocha, #4 Kung Fu Tea) I was excited to try Tsaocaa since tea-forward boba and other drinks was one of my favorite parts of studying abroad in Hong Kong, but Tsaocaa is definitely not that. I thought the first drink might be a fluke, so I tried a few different types of drinks from here and was disappointed every time. The regular boba (called amber boba here) isn't the problem (I actually enjoy it a lot)--it's the flavor profile of the drinks. The Peach Milk Green Tea with Peach Boba tasted really artificial, the Uji Matcha had a seaweedy kind of sour bitterness to it, and the Sakura Milk Oolong wasn't very flavorful in general. There are a number of pretty decent boba places in OP, so hit up one of those instead. If you still want to try Tsaocaa, totally fair, just keep in mind that this location isn't a great place to work. The wifi isn't very accessible--we had to ask a staff member what it was and couldn't hear her the first three times, then the password she gave us didn't work. There's also only one outlet available, and it's the one powering the ordering stand.

This review is based on delivery only. 1 less star, at no fault to the location, but it's just not a complete review without having experienced the location or service. I'm always excited to try a new boba spot! I ordered two drinks and an assortment of apps/dessert to try out. Overall, I enjoyed what I ordered and I look forward to coming back in person soon. Lychee mojito with lychee boba and lime jelly - I liked the drink, but I think the additions I chose made it extra sour or tart. I would try to again with regular boba or no additions at all. B+ Brown sugar milk black tea with regular boba and nata jelly - this is similar to my standard milk tea boba order anywhere, and it did not disappoint. Usually, boba places skimp on the add-ins, but my drink was overfull with boba. A Tokoyaki (octopus ball) - this was a first for me, and I liked it! The breading(?) was soft and fluffy. There were real bits of octopus inside but not an overwhelming amount. I really liked the sauce/seaweed/seasoning on top. A+ Japanese Kaarage (fried chicken) - the presentation was a little lackluster, but fried food doesn't really travel well, so I can't really fault them for that. The breading held together pretty well, actually. Texture was good, slightly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Sauce was good. A Matching Tiramisu - I love a good tiramisu, and the matcha flavor was a pleasant surprise. The cake was good, not dry. A

Okay, everyone... Run (carefully of course) to this AMAZING spot. My husband and I tried their Boba Tea's... 1. Absolutely amazing customer service! 2. Sparkling clean (which matters) 3. And the ambiance was very chill. Yummy & refreshing!!!!

No one told me that Tsaocaa opened up in the KC area?!?! I was shocked to find it and again...I had to try it out! This would definitely be my new favorite boba shop in KC. You can order at the front, but they have a self-order kiosk at the front to get your drinks. Drinks are pretty pricey here, but it seems to be about the same as Bruu Cafe and other boba stores around. The drinks and toppings here are very good; maybe it's a good thing that it's really far away because all my money would be spent here if I had the chance too. Super cute decor as well here! Seriously, I think this is my favorite boba store in KC.

It reminds me the boba tea in Taiwan!! This is the taste of home!! Definitely recommend this tea place without doubt. The flavor is authentic and rich and it is not watery or sugary like most of the boba tea I've tried here in KC area. (This is the second one I found in this big KC area) The shop design is IG inspired style (it has decorative wall for taking photos and for costumers to upload to IG) and I like it. It's bright , clean and neat. The menu design is also nice to have all the calories cited on the side. The price is also reasonable for its size and quality of drink. And like a boba tea shop should be, you can adjust the sugary level. The service is pretty as expected (greeting when they find you enter the shop, take order when you are ready to order and call the number when your order is ready) It would be nice if they can remind the costumers where to order, because their order table is all the way in the back with no sign. The front desk is for pickup the drink. And it seems that they also have a machine to take self-orders. I am glad it's a 30mins drive from my place, because I will end up getting diabetes from getting boba tea every day from this place...lol Whenever I am around it, I will definitely visit again!

They did receive it very positively and asked me if I want to change it, but then I did not since I didn't have time the service was outstanding. They were very nice people. You could probably split one among 4 people. It's also a cute place to hang out, pretty pastel and wood cozy interior. I really liked the shaved ice cream! The texture was light and fluffy and while it reminds me of bingsoo, it's creamier because it's cream instead of milk I think? Overall it ended up being quite rich, especially with all the whipped cream, and the matcha flavor is a little too sweet. Next time I'll probably try a fruity flavor (and bring friends). I think this place is worth trying at least once! Really unique ice cream that I haven't seen or tried elsewhere.

Our family came here for a birthday celebration afternoon to enjoy some sweet treats! The attendant at the counter helped us with numerous questions ranging from "What IS shaved ice cream?" to best sellers, and how much to order! We settled on a couple shaved ice creams to share (although they have many other desserts and drinks, too!), which was more than enough for our family of four, and a great way to try a couple different options! They serve the shaved ice cream in a generous-sized metal bowl, on a large metal tray, and thank goodness for this, as things can get a little messy! We absolutely loved both of our selections - Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Oreo! They have plenty of seating in a super-cute setting! Up front are some comfy chairs around a coffee table, and the rest of the space is full of normal restaurant-style tables and chairs! While not exactly cheap, I would say that the pricing is fair, for a novel dessert experience! ...at least for the shaved ice cream.
