I went on a Monday. They took their time and I am in love with my nails. I would recommend going on a week day. It's a small shop, looks are not that great but they took care of me!!!

beautiful nails, real quality, and the kind of perfectionism you want in a nail artist.

Update: The salon was very quick to reach out and make things better, thank you Adore Nail Lounge!…read more I've been going here for over a year and today was the first time I had a bad experience. It felt like Vicky half-assed the entire pedicure. I added the callus remover as an extra and she barely applied the product and did two swipes with the remover equipment. My nails aren't cut straight and a couple nails at crooked. She also took the nail file over my big toe after she painted and had the nails under the light... and it's now super rough over the nail polish and messed up the polish. She handed me the ticket to pay and got up and walked away without even leaving me a pathway to get up from the chair, leaving her equipment cart in that spot, it was the technician right next to her that kindly moved it for me. Overall, the vibes in the salon are great! I would just avoid Vicky as a nail tech.

He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers

I ended up getting a seat within seven minutes and it was really cool because I did not have to wait. The gentleman at the front was really nice when asking me to check in. There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

I ended up…read morenot liking the gel color I chose, which I understand was my choice, so I had no problem paying a reasonable amount to have the color changed. I was told it would be $25 for a polish change plus an additional $8 because it's gel, totaling $33. Their full gel manicure is only $40, so I don't understand paying $33 just to change the color when a complete gel manicure is only $7 more. I also had to go home and file and reshape some of my nails myself because they were uneven and the shape still wasn't right. I called a few other nail salons in the area afterward to compare, and their prices for a gel color change were much more reasonable. I wasn't expecting anything for free, especially since changing the color was my decision, but $33 for a color change when a full gel manicure is $40 just doesn't make sense to me. Unfortunately, between the pricing and having to fix the shape of my nails myself, I was disappointed with the overall experience.

The environment is made for relaxation: plants, natural light, art, and a Spotify playlist curated by Alex. I particularly liked the fact that he only has one client at a time and he is the only provider in his space. (I particularly appreciate this given that we are still in a pandemic.) That made for a detailed and focused experience. In addition to providing an excellent relaxing pedicure, he can recommend products or regimens that are helpful in maintaining your nails, hands, and feet. He even lets you take a buffer with you for use at home. You can also come back with it the next time and have it used again for your services. I love this option to reduce waste. When you go to Alex it is a true experience. My pedicure cost $110 (before tip). That included the usual soak in a foot bath, as well as an extremely detailed clipping, buffing, and checking of cuticles. This was followed with a sugar and oil scrub, and then a foot and calf massage, with polish applied at the end. I highly recommend Buff, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment, which I have already booked.

I went in for a pedicure and decided to have some facial waxing done while I was there. It was, without question, the roughest waxing experience I've ever had. During the service, Thuy the "cosmetologist" got wax all over my neck and onto my hoodie. Instead of removing the wax from my face promptly, she spent a significant amount of time trying to clean my hoodie, allowing the wax on my face to harden. When I left, I still had wax on my neck and clothing. I'm not someone who usually complains, so I went home. Once I got there, I noticed several marks on my face. Initially, I thought they were burns, so I called the salon. They apologized, told me they would issue a refund, and said a manager would call me back. That call never came. The next day, I returned because I was genuinely worried my face might scar. Instead of showing concern, the receptionist became defensive and told me, "It's not a burn because your face would be red. She ripped the skin off your face." I'm not sure how that was supposed to make the situation better. At that point, I requested a refund for the facial waxing and compensation for my damaged hoodie. They refused to do anything beyond saying they would "look into it." I also asked to see the cosmetology license. After looking up the license number myself, I found it was registered to a barber shop in Frisco, Texas, which raised additional concerns for me. Two weeks later I still have no refund, despite multiple phone calls and repeated promises that someone would "call me back urgently," I have still not received the refund I was promised.
