I saw this location on their website when I was checking the address for the Melrose location…read more Because we were shopping in the area, we stopped in and took a look. This is across the street from the Brentwood Country Mart and has a parking lot in the back. You're welcome to park there or on the street - for the former, they clearly state that you may only park there if you're shopping at one of the businesses in that area or you will be towed. (Definitely avoid parking here for the Country Mart.) You enter the store from the parking lot side and security will let you in - you cannot enter from the street facing side. This is a small footprint and it is well organized with racks labeled for brands you would find or themes like Chanel items on one rack, men's on another, etc. Staff let us shop on our own without much interruption. I did ask to try on two things that were on mannequins - I did have to approach someone who was not busy to assist me. She did take both items off the mannequins, one was a tank top that she ended up stretching down and off the hips of the form, versus over the head part. (I'm not sure if this distorted the top as it was stretchy to begin with, but I did have to adjust it on me when I went to try it on.) Nothing fit perfectly, so I had to pass them back to her to place back on the mannequins. Staff were not rude or cold, but I wondered if I caught some of them on an off-day, as it seemed like a challenge to find someone who didn't seem busy to assist me initially. This location focused on more colors and stylish designs, which is great if that is something you're into. Prices vary on the items, based on brand, condition, etc. While I wouldn't personally venture out to this area of LA for this location solely, I may stop in if I was in the area and it was open.

This is my second time shopping at Everlane; 1st time at this location and it was an enjoyable…read moreexperience. The Venice location is bigger than the store I had gone to in Palo Alto. There were more options to choose from and I didn't feel like people were forced to crowd around each other due to limited space. The employees there were all very nice and acknowledged me. I didn't know what my size was so I started grabbing various sizes of things I liked and hoped 1 of them would fit. Someone was kind enough to come up and offer me a dressing room when they saw all the clothes I was carrying lol It seems that there isn't a clothing item limit, otherwise I definitely would have hit it. The woman at the dressing room was super helpful and grabbed more sizes whenever the 1s I had picked up weren't working. And anything they didn't have at the store I could order. Thankfully, I only had to order 1 pair of jeans and it only took about 3 days for them to arrive in the mail. The store was having a sale so I was able to grab multiple pairs of jeans. Everlane is one of the few places I can shop at and find jeans that fit me well. I wish the pant legs were longer so that they would go past my ankles, but I think this is just the style that is trending and shopping for jeans is already hard enough. I also splurge on a dress that was too cute and fit too well for me to pass up. I tried it on thinking it wasn't going to even look that good (on me) and I was very wrong - fits like a glove. I definitely spent more money than I intended to, but I did save money at the same time so it could have been worse. I rarely go shopping and I am good about cleaning out my closet so it was time to spend a little.
