I have absurdly flat feet that have been compounding my lower back issues for years. Mick has a unique way of providing a more aggressive shape to the inserts that completely alleviates the pain when I use them for my typical activities - be it running, weightlifting, basketball, or just walking around. There is a chance that they provide some level of 'discomfort' prior to being broken in, as your feet, and muscles, are adjusting to a completely new position. Stay committed to the extra support and know that you will soon re-balance with the correct position imminently. These aren't supposed to be completely comfortable, they're supposed to work. These guys take it upon themselves to make sure that the insert and shoes you select and purchase are the right fit for your needs.
