We visited Farine Bakery during a recent visit to Bellevue. This a French style bakery with croissants, sandwiches, and lots of beautiful desserts. Counter service but they deliver drinks and hot food items to your table. Although the menu offers mimosas, the staff shared that they no longer serve alcohol here. Still worth the visit.
This is one of my favorite brunch spots in Bellevue. My go-to order is their vegetarian breakfast croissant sandwich, it's always delicious. I also love their coffee and pastries. Today, I tried their seasonal Lavender Vanilla Foam Matcha Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. Another thing I really appreciate about this cafe is the pricing. It's not overly expensive, and I feel like you get great value for the quality of the food and drinks. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.
Cute, clean cafe with great, friendly service. The pain au chocolat warmed up was divine. The water is conveniently self serve and the merch is cute. We ordered the French toast and the croissant Benedict, which were both okay. I would come back just to try other bakery case items.
I go here all the time! My absolute favorite is the eggs benny croissant. It hits EVERYTIME! Staff is fast and friendly. Ambience is like a fear placed cafe/diner. Traces are first come first serve, it's always busy! But it's so worth it!
Farine has been my favorite breakfast spot in Bellevue for the past two years, and somehow it never disappoints. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. This time, I ordered the egg croissant with avocado and a side salad. The croissant was buttery, flaky, and perfectly baked, while the filling was fresh and satisfying. I also grabbed one of their ready-made lemonades from the fridge, which was crisp and refreshing. Of course, I couldn't leave without dessert. There was only one piece of pistachio tart left, so I figured that had to mean something--and wow, was I right! It was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Now I understand why it was the last piece. One of my favorite things about Farine is the outdoor seating. Especially when the sun is out, it's such a nice place to sit, relax, and enjoy breakfast or coffee. The only downside is that on beautiful sunny days, finding a table can be a challenge--which says a lot about how popular this place is! What I love most about Farine is the consistency. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, the food is always fresh, the pastries are amazing, and the experience feels special. If you're in Bellevue and looking for a breakfast spot that never lets you down, this is it.
Kiddo ordered her ultimate fav French toast Me: eggs avocado and Americano Fantastic food! My babysh loves their French toast and whip! Lightly sweet not overly sweet at all, which we love. Their hand whipped cream is soooooo good too! It was a busy Thursday sunny afternoon so it was pretty crowded - the staff is wonderful and attentive, food came out quick despite the rush! Ambiance is awesome, cozy vibe and outdoor seating appropriate to weather. Amazing experience overall. Great for Keto folks as they have options like the one I had and kiddo got to have her fav food too. Win win for the both of us! Great vibes for downtown bellevue, where everything is walkable. Parking lot available as well. No fees.
This place is very cute and aesthetic. When you walk in they have a beautiful display case full of delicious goodies and a wonderful drink menu. The seating area is absolutely beautiful the chandeliers in the sky the wallpaper every single light picture. The attention to detail is immaculate. The food here is very good. It taste fresh and high-quality would definitely recommend if you're looking for a bakery to try out!
There's AMPLE seating - both indoors and outdoors. The clientele are a mix of people working (like myself today) or grabbing brunch/lunch together. Although the feeling sitting in is spacious, there is a good amount of ambient noise, likely bouncing off of the cement structure/framing of the building. There are floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the place, as well as on the sides, adding to the amount of light and airy feel inside. The matcha - I was pleased to taste that they used very good quality matcha powder. The drink was smooth, creamy, and a little sweet from the vanilla syrup. The seafood tartine- I was a little disappointed to see the seafood to toast ratio. I wish they gave twice as much of the seafood mixture. That said, they did give ample toast. It was more than double the width of a normal slice. The texture of the bread was also soft. It was moist and dry at the same time - hard to describe. You could tell they didn't skimp on the butter. It reminded me a little of corn bread, but didn't taste like cornbread at all. There was a hint of sweetness as well. Honestly you could have the toast plain and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My food and drink came out quickly each time. They also move through customers in line pretty quickly. I would absolutely come back to work here again, or just for a cheeky coffee and pastry. Maybe next time with headphones. :) Parking - I just parked at the library and walked the couple blocks over. Additional: they have baby changing station in the lady's restroom.
Great location, there is free parking at the building for 1 hour. The staff is very attentive, and polite, and service is fast even at peak brunch time. The breakfast items are delicious and pastries are big and filling. The dining room is big with plenty of seating inside and outside. I'm a regular at this restaurant
FYI if you come here on a Saturday for brunch, it will be PACKED. Literally had to stand and wait for an unoccupied table. But it's packed for a reason and worth the wait. I don't normally order teas but their London fog is so good with the lavender flavor. Such a great combination together. My husband and I shared the Farine's breakfast and also my friend ordered the croissant sandwich. We weren't a fan of the smoked salmon so I would skip that next time but I like the ham and bacon. The eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and we also ordered fries, which were kind of on the salty side. Overall would love to come here again. It's super noisy inside though just because it's so packed so beware!
Really enjoy this energy of this place especially for a weekend brunch on a misty morning. The service is fast and the selection is plentiful from savory, sweet to a robust drinks selection. We had the avocado toast tartine and the smoked salmon tartine. Both were delicious and served with fries and salad. Multi-layered ingredients such as herbed cream cheese on house bread that tastes like 'everything bagel' but soft, to shaved radish, topped with za'atar, and pickled red onions and micro greens. So satiating. The lavender london fog and mocha chocolate drink was perfect pairing and drink for did I say (again), cool mid morning. We wrapped up the brunch with a delicious Belgian brownie. It was soft with super rich chocolate...so good. Plenty of parking in the building with parking code at the register. I would give this place a 4.5 star if there is half a star.
Great place to get pastries, as well as bakery items, brunch, and lunch items! They have a great service here, lots of seating, indoor and out. Overall, I have recommended and would come back.
Faring has always been phenomenal! Loved their Redmond location but the Bellevue one is even more grand and swanky! Best croissant sandwiches Excellent drinks Fantastic location Parking is a nightmare but worth the effort Service is on point!

A quick but indulgent breakfast on a weekday. Stopped by and was greeted by an array of breads and baked goods, sandwich offerings and coffee. It's a decently sized space serving specialty sandwiches and coffee made to order. You order at the counter and pay, and take a number with your order to a table where they bring out your food. Being a breakfast/brunch place, they close at 3pm. Got a mocha croissant, poached eggs and ham served on a croissant and a cardamon orange mocha latte. You can choose between breakfast potatoes or a side salad to go with your sandwich. All the items were absolutely delicious. The perfectly poached eggs were served on a flaky, buttery croissant lined with slices of ham and topped with a decadent hollandaise sauce. The specialty coffee was aromatic and flavorful. It is on the sweet side as most mochas are, but smooth and delicious. The mocha croissant was perfect to nibble on. I'm glad I had to leave for a meeting after this else I may have found myself eating my way through their menu! read more
I was in the mood for some breakfast/brunch that wasn't food coma inducing or going to leave me feeling like I was one step closer to becoming diabetic. Farine really hit the spot for me, with great coffee, delicious quality food, and a nice atmosphere. You order first at the counter, and they give you a number before you find a seat. They'll bring the food out to you when it's ready. The service was excellent, and the food came out pretty quickly. Cappuccino with Oat Milk (5/5) Great-tasting coffee with low acidity and a nice, aromatic aftertaste. It was so well balanced and delicious that no sugar was needed. Breakfast Sandwich (4/5) The croissant had a nice light crisp to it, and the combination of ham, cheese, and cherry tomatoes was excellent. The croissant, however, was a bit on the oily side, and after a few bites, my fingers were glistening with oil. The ham was also a tad salty for my taste. Farine Breakfast (5/5) I've never been a fan of cooked cherry tomatoes, but these were delicious! They had a nice natural sweetness and were cooked to perfection. Everything on this plate was very satisfying and flavorful. The bread they serve, called "country bread," is very soft with a slightly chewy texture that reminds me of sourdough, but better. I also really enjoyed the potatoes, which were soft and flavorful. Manage your expectation for the sausages! It's not your usual soft sausage, but it's more of a texture that's more in line with what you taste in Europe. It tastes like you are eating actual meat and not something ultra processed. I do wish they had a better hot sauce option. The one that came with the meal was pretty tangy, while I was looking for something more like chili oil, which I think would pair much better with this dish. Overall, this is an excellent spot whether you're dining solo or with a group, since they have plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back! read more

Great brunch/breakfast spot! Service is super friendly and helpful. They even make sure to tell you the sausages are a little different than others (more spicy) before you order. They're usually very busy on the weekend, but I highly recommend visiting on a weekday if you can. They have a lot of seating during the weekday and it's a great spot to catch up with friends or have a meeting. read more

Such a popular spot! Was amazed to see the crowd on a Saturday morning. Great brunch spot, wish they had more vegetarian options though. Coffee was great and the bakery items look delicious. We tried the French toast and avocado toast with vanilla latte. Also got the farine breakfast - it was sumptuous and protein packed. Everything was great, a little pricey but worthwhile. Crowd was well managed with people being taken care of on time. Definitely will go again to try out other options. read more

This place was HOPPING! It was very busy around 11:30 obviously for Labor Day (day of) but the line went fast enough. The staff speak French as well so it was a nice touch. The food was phenomenal!! I'm normally kind of picky so I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it!! It's a nice ambiance as well. You line up to order and pay and you get a number. They then bring the food out to you! Water is self-serve. I would love to return again. The sweet and savory were all good! read more

The line was super long when we went this Saturday morning but it did move fairly faster than I expected. We got the veggie breakfast sandwich, chocolate croissant, and avocado toast. All three were great, and it was a pretty good pricing point as well. The place itself is pretty crowded but cute. There's indoor and outdoor seating. You do have to try and find a seat so I would say have one person standing in line to order and have another person scouting for a table because otherwise it'll take a long time for you to find a place to sit and eat. read more
Quick shout out to these guys, every single server went above and beyond in being helpful and kind. With how busy they are and how quick order get taken out and all the noise they made an effort to stop and actively listen when we needed something bravo guys bravo We got to this beautiful place on a weekday morning 10ish and wow they were packed!! But we luckily found a table, so yes packed but you can find a place to sit We ordered the Farine breakfast and Waffle dippers and guys you might think the dippers are for kids, but I am telling you order it for the table it is so yummy and so much fun. The waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It comes with three sauces, caramel, chocolate and maple and they comes warmed up YUM!! The Farine breakfast is a hearty breakfast, I got mine with merguez and scrambled eggs and it also comes with roasted tomatoes, potatoes and toast, woohoo carb loading!! Listen these guys care about their customers and their standards, AND they are still one of the most affordable establishments around read more

Farine nails the details of a boujee little French cafe, but in a massive space. They are thriving, and pumping out Americano after Americano behind the counter, with what seemed like 5 different espresso machines. The line here can be long, but they are efficient with taking the orders and moving you through. They have a designated pastry-shouter who will ask you what pastries you want from across the room (the case is huge so you can see them from afar), this adds an element of excitement to your morning coffee run. They also have a ton of different coffee options to choose from. Everything from your standard European cafe options, to a cardamom latte. I had the Shakshuka because that seemed like a phenomenal way to get the day started. It was a risky play, but it turned out to be the best decision of my day. The flavors of this were fantastic, and you can tell they were actually making the sauce back there. You get some nice chunks of tomato and onion in every bite. read more
Came here to catch up with a friend for brunch on a Saturday morning. Parking was kinda easy- they have plenty of space in the underground Brio lot (free parking for two hours), though most spaces are compact. I wasn't expecting this place to have such a line! But it moved surprisingly fast. The food here seems like such a reasonable price for brunch, compared to a lot of other brunch places. They had a nice patio, and since it was a clear-sky summery day, we opted to sit outside rather than inside. It was more of a self-serve sort of place, you order at the counter and then grab your own napkins/silverware/water and find a seat, and they come out with the food when you're done. I ordered a marionberry scone (sweet and tart and buttery and flaky!) and the Farine breakfast plate and fries, not realizing that the plate had potatoes smh. I also should've googled the sausage; I probably won't get that next time, it was grittier than I was hoping for texturally. But the eggs were made the way I wanted them and the potatoes and tomatoes and fries were all tasty. I'm definitely bringing my carb-loving friend here for the Farine basket, she would love having just a literal basket of bread for $12. Something shocking and unexpected happened while we were there, and the staff was able to help as much as they could to resolve it, and gave the people privacy when they could. read more

Enjoyed the pastries and coffee; everything on the menu is above average but not spectacular. The Belgian-inspired decor is lovely and makes you feel like you're in the country. The downside is it's insanely crowded at all times, even on weekdays. read more

What a hidden gem! Was in Bellevue and decided to stop and check out a brunch stop. Was a 15 min walk from where we were at. Once we got there is was packed. It was a beautiful day in Bellevue so we sat outside. We order a Chai tea latte, bacon egg croissant sandwich, avocado toast and a side of sausage. The sandwich was amazing. But the avocado toast was the winner. It was comes with chives cream sauce, picked onions, a poached egg (additional) and I opted for a salad on the side! Soo delicious. We also ordered a side sausage which I wanted to love but would pass on it next time! Overall, this is an amazing place which is a favorite in Bellevue now. read more

Visited: October 4, 2025, at 11:47 AM, We stopped by Farine Bakery & Café in Bellevue this morning, and it was such a delightful experience from start to finish. The place was buzzing with people, clearly a local favorite, yet everything felt so organized, clean, and inviting. Even though it was busy, the wait time was only about 30 minutes, which was totally worth it for what we got! From the moment we walked in, the smell of freshly baked pastries and brewed coffee filled the air. The staff were warm, efficient, and welcoming, especially Abby, who made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell everyone here really takes pride in what they serve and how they present it. We ordered quite a few things to share, Avocado Toast Tartine, Smoked Salmon Tartine, Brussels Waffle, Fries, and several pastries including the Cranberry Streusel Croissant, Pumpkin Tart, Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Tart, and the Créme Brulee Cruffin. Every single item was fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The tartines were generous in portion, the waffle was crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the pastries were just heavenly, flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet. And let's talk about the coffee, absolutely excellent! The Cappuccino (extra hot with caramel syrup) was rich and creamy, and the Ginger-Spiced Latte had that perfect balance of warmth and spice, ideal for a cozy morning. We also tried the Bottled Lemonade and Morning Blend Juice, which were refreshing and paired nicely with the pastries. The ambiance at Farine Bakery & Café is modern yet cozy, with plenty of natural light and a calm energy even when it's full. You can easily sit for a while enjoying your food, chatting with friends, or just soaking in the atmosphere with a good cup of coffee. Overall, this café exceeded expectations, amazing food, friendly service, great coffee, and a spotless, vibrant space. It's clear why people love coming here. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast, brunch, or just a relaxing coffee break!
