My family has been coming here for the past 5 years or so. It's quality food, we order from them at least once a week. Teriyaki chicken is awesome. The chili cheese fries are my daughter's favorite. Just one advice for everyone, make sure your food is fresh. Last time, it was the teriyaki chicken, it was reheated and served to us. You can tell the difference. This time, it was the chili cheese fries. It was microwaved and it didn't taste the same. My daughter hardly ate it. I mentioned it to the cashier and I asked for my money back and she kind of ignored me. Food is awesome, just make sure it's fresh. Was looking for a burger and actually heading to Sonic when I drove by this place and thought "Why not?" Building looks clean enough. Approached the drive-thru and I think I was welcomed in Spanish. Not a bad thing, just stating that's what happened. I assume she said can I help you so I went ahead with my order, the hamburger combo. Simple enough. She was super friendly and spoke English the rest of the time. One vehicle in front of me was taking a while. No problem, I'm not in a hurry. I finally pulled up, paid in cash, and waited. OK - so this place is not super fast. However, if they are making the food fresh, I can wait. The window opens, my bag is there. She asks me what the drink was again, and I tell her Diet Coke. She hands me the order and says burger and crispy fries. Dang the bag was heavy! My brain though, I don't think I ordered crispy fries so either that's how they come, or they burnt an order a little to long and that's their selling point. If the later - bonus points for covering up a mistake! I could see the conversation in the kitchen "Opps, fries down a little to long. Tell the customers we're selling crispy fries for a while!". First time and te last time I will go here. I was visiting my family from out of town and my family invited me here. As I walked in the first thing I noticed was that in general the restaurant was not clean ....the customer service was great and she got my order correct and my food took an average time ..while I was waiting for my order I decided to go to the restroom and they were nasty and I got disgusted. Fantastic Cheeseburger with magnificent French Fries. The best French Fries I've eaten in years. I'm a ketchup fan, but these fries are so good ketchup gets in the way of its great flavor. My friend had two tacos, which had generous portions of meat in them and the green salsa I sampled, was delicious. My friend told me their burritos are very good and their breakfast items are delicious and they serve them all day. He and his wife eat here regularly. The indoor seating is comfortable and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful. They brought our sauces and food to the table and graciously made a couple trips to get all we wanted. I highly recommend Fantasy Burger. read more

Since there were signs for customers to wear masks before ordering inside the store, I felt very safe ordering inside the store. There are also plexiglass barriers between us and the cashiers, making transactions safe! I got the chicken teriyaki and it was so good, the sauce was amazing and the chicken was extremely well grilled. Haven't been here since high school when it was a different name, but wow! Same delicious burgers! You can taste the yummy char. We asked for a small order of fried zucchini, and we got half a bag full of the most delicious zucchini I've had in my life. Way better than Tom's Place, Farmer Boys and Carl's zucchini. The portions are massive. My lettuce wrapped burger was way better wrapped than any other fast food joint including In N Out. A seriously great experience. Yes the drive thru line wait is a bit longer than other fast food joints, but that's because they are actually cooking your food. I want to go back to try their breakfast. Very impressed. read more

The staff didn't really seemed to care. I let that go and continues going. But today I ordered my usual teriyaki chicken and fried zucchini's and found maggots on my vegetables that my plate comes with. I called them and they apologized. Passed by again and saw one car in the drive through and thought id give em a second chance. I should have kept going! I was just trapped for 18 minutes in the drive through line.. 1 car ahead of me then shortly after I ordered 2 more cars pulled up.. I arrived at 3:10 pm.. Didnt get to the window till 3:28 Then sat at the window another 4 minutes with no one coming. After that I peeled out... The drive thru took over 15 min. I ordered a Carne Asad burrito and a fish taco. I also ordered a horchata. They gave me the horchata right away but obviously I drank it during my long wait. Tonight was my 4th time getting takeout here I always get the plates, tonight I decided to get just a chicken plate, not a chicken and beef. I thought I liked this place but I will never get food from here ever again, once I finished my chicken and rice I went to move my salad into the larger tray in the to-go box, so I would actually get the salad dressing over the whole salad. when I moved the lettuce over right away I saw a single 2 inch black hair sitting in the bottom of the box, that was under my salad. FUCKING DISGUSTING!!!!!! Get your dam act together wear hairnets or make it mandatory that anyone that is actually making the food shave their head completely bald. Also tell who ever is running the drive through that you are suppose to tell the customer their total before they drive to the window, not say nothing until the person has arrived at the window. every time I have been to get food here it's the same thing, I place my order the girl says ok and that's it and I have no idea what the total is until arriving at the window, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced that either. read more
