They damaged my high-end furniture and decor, much of which is beyond repair, totally unprofessional and awful from start to finish!! NEVER use these movers. They: -did not properly secure my items and load them correctly, resulting in things moving around and causing tons of damage -(bed and couch were also loaded at the end, and the bed and mattress were flat as you can see, taking up tons of room that would have been free otherwise) - they did not wrap my box spring and couch I asked to have wrapped in the plastic I provided like I asked, both now have holes and scratches and may not be able to be repaired (along with many other items) - they didn't even take out the blankets I bought from u haul and provided for them from out of the packaging to protect items as you can see from the photos - when they arrived (which was late) they asked me what equipment I had, I told them, and they told me that was fine. As you can see, I contacted the main number for Fantastic Movers after the move and the contact person asked why I hadn't provided moving straps?! I had never been asked to provide those and the movers that came told me we were fine with the equipment available. That is not customary at all. - multiple people called me from the company during the move telling me they had "just arrived" after the movers had already started. It was SO disorganized and stressful. I am now out thousands with the items I will have to replace!!

Terrible, horrible and just plain ridiculous. Those three words are what best describe this company, it used to be amazing but I'm not sure what happened. We just had a horrible experience, they were 3 1/2 hours late and decided to charge us for an extra guy, saying it was because we had more stuff than what we said. So untrue, the photos they sent to their boss was not what they actually moved. Attached are the photos of what they left behind. Somehow it took them 7 hours to move the equivalent of a two bedroom. I blame it on them being exhausted from their first move. Not my problem though, they were moving like mud and totally jacked us. They were supposed to put up all the beds and remove and install tv mounts and they barely got the one bed put together. Also to cap it off they lost a piece to my son's bed and tracked dog poo into our brand new apartment. Thanks guys! We will never use you again AND so bye to all the work we sent your way because now it will be the opposite, everyone will know how bad you are.

Request for no contact after cancellation

Jim Brand blames customers for his inability to act with basic human respect & unprofessionalism. He frames everything as if he is the victim. After you cancel service & ask for no further contact he will call & text incessantly until you block him. Then he'll send additional harassing messages through the thumbtack app. He also said I was getting my friends to give him bad reviews, but it was myself & my partner. He spoke with us both & was extremely disrespectful to us both. We are BOTH allowed to leave honest feedback for OUR experience.

The worst customer service, the worst experience I have ever had. Movers were 2.5 late, the owner was completely rude. I provided blankets, bubble wrap and towels. They loaded the truck with the mattresses upright in the front so I couldn't see behind them. The next day when the people we hired to unload the truck came they immediately asked to speak to me. One of the movers crawled in the truck and took pictures, the movers (fantastic movers) had just thrown everything behind the beds. Things were broken, the bed frame was shoved into the actual mattress, the top of the kitchen table was shoved into the box springs breaking them. Tried to work with the owner to no avail. THIS COMPANY IS AWFULL, do not use them

This company is the worst Very professional and they do not handle with care your personal items. My son in laws new furniture ended getting all banged up and his new 55 inch Samsung Q LED TV got dropped by the movers in the move. All my son in law was told by Jim is for me to "BITE THE BULLET." Because he is really good friends with the moving crew that did the move and is NOT GOING TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. We will never in our life time use this moving company again.

DO NOT HIRE Fantastic Movers. They are far from fantastic. They damaged all of the high-end furniture pieces I asked them to deliver. I hired them for three simple furniture deliveries because they were available on the dates I needed them, and the owner promised that they would come and fix the damages from previous moves they had done for me. However, it's been a year and none of his promises have been kept. He promised to send someone to assess the damages, but no one came. Now, after a year, he says he will ask his insurance. Do not waste your money, time, and valuable furniture on them. They are not cheap considering all the damages they cause. I left a review on Thumbtack about the poor service I received from Fantastic Movers, and the company immediately responded with a false claim that they were unable to fix the damages due to them being reported too late (after 8 months from the delivery dates). This is untrue, as the movers who dropped the bed frame immediately contacted their boss, and I called him right away as well. I also reported all damages to Josh with accompanying photos the same day. Their response only highlights their unprofessionalism and lack of ethics.

I have been waiting to hear back from Josh for almost a month now in regards to damages to my items along with my new place. Josh has blocked my number and has not been responsive regarding either refunding me or replacing my items. He is a liar for saying he would take care of the items and filing a claim with insurance. Will be contacting the BBB and the state of Colorado for this lousy business. Update: My mattress was rolled up and shoved in a truck. My couch was dropped and damaged. Like this was pre existing to the move no? So to the reply that says I have been taken care of is a lie. I have had no help what so ever. Nothing was pre existing as these items were new and I have receipts to prove this. I have received no contact from anyone. So this is a straight up lie. Please show me where I acknowledged this that they were preexisting. "repairing /replacing" your company has not done $hit for me to remedy this so that's a lie.

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

The experience my wife and I got however has left an extremely sour taste in our mouth and will result in us never using this moving company again. When we received our original quote we were told we would only need two movers for our 1 bed/1 bath apartment. Two days before our move we were contacted and told they would need to add a third mover (increasing our hourly cost by $30). This was explained necessary and told it would in fact save us money because our move would be faster. This was far from the truth. Instead, we had 3 guys making solo trips to and from their truck carrying one item at a time. It took movers an extra 20 minutes to get to our new apartment, and lastly finding them sitting in their moving truck to burn time to hit a full 8hrs. I say 8 hrs but of course they showed up after 8 am and left before 4pm. With a third guy this is a job that shouldn't have taken more than 5-6 hours. The cherry on top of all this is the ridiculous prices they present and charge for products. I was presented a receipt for $272 in packing products which I thought was high, only to be told it was actually $422! When I called to get some clarity on this i was sent a copy of a receipt but this time with more product so as to match the $422 I was charged, and they also somehow had my signature attached. The representative on the phone was not eager to remedy this situation and instead blamed it on their "computer system." EDITED: After posting my original review All My Sons moving did reach out to offer a small refund and apologize for the experience which is appreciated. I hate that a bad review is what it took for a little more accountability but nonetheless. Despite the moving being inefficient and at times lacking transparency the movers themselves took good care of our things. No breaks or things lost during our move.
