Jovany, Jonathan, and Carlos did a great job moving us from a townhome to our house! They took extra care with all of my furniture, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided. Carmella was great to work with setting up service and getting an estimate. They finished an hour ahead of schedule, so that was great too! Thanks, RNA! read more

Just don't. This is a long, sad story, so be warned. My first encounter with them was for a 2hr move, two movers, moving my one bedroom unit upstairs into a garage space in the same house, to get it away from a flooded basement. They confirm a 4-6pm move time. The first moving guy to show up arrives at 5:20pm. Carmella- the receptionist blames it on bad traffic. I get that traffic can be really bad at times, but 1.5hours late and only one guy to start this move?? The first guy admits to me he has never moved before, and is in training. He says it wasn't traffic that made him late, and that he went to pick up his "trainer" who wasn't there. I had ordered moving boxes and supplies (packing tape and plastic to cover my items) from the company. Guy #1 had the boxes, but no tape or wrapping supplies. Guy #1 calls guy #2 to make sure he picks up the missing supplies. The second guy shows up at 6:40pm. The second guy brings masking tape (not packing tape) and asks if I have any more jobs for him to book after this one is done, as if he is my contractor. I call the company up and complain. They send a third guy from the company and he arrives at 7:30pm presumably to make me happy. No blankets laid down, no padding for the bannister, no protection for the floors, carpets or doors. All done by 9pm. Not quite the 4-6pm appointment I was told. After they leave, I notice the top of my dresser is scratched up, my dresser drawers won't go back in, I have new dents in my furniture, a black smear on my brand new white couch, and one of the guys laid a humidifier (with water in it) on its side on top of a black cabinet creating the top ply wood and veneer to bubble up. The guys also leaned my head and footboard up against the inside of my garage door, which when opened, deeply scraped up the finish, plus several deep scrapes on the basement door frame. I take pics of all the items and submit a claim. They have some guy tell me the scratches on the top of my bedroom dresser, and various dents were already on my furniture before the move, it's my fault the basement door frame is scraped because I didn't allow the guys to take the door off the hinges (I was never asked), and they don't believe my claim (basically accused me of lying), and they have pictures to prove it. They send the pics of my dresser after the movers had removed the mirror (I suspect that's when the scratches on the top were made), and the drawers were already removed (they broke the plastic drawer stops in several of the drawers when taking them out). Now, the fix. They tell me they don't replace furniture, but are sending a guy to fix the scratches and dents on a Weds, prior to my move back to my unit that weekend. Good. Then they call- have to cancel due to personal issues. Ok. Rescheduled to Friday at 4:00pm. I confirm Friday morning, yes, the furniture restorer is coming at 4pm. Yes. At 3:54pm, I get a call from Carmella, saying traffic is holding up the guy scheduled to come fix my furniture, and he will be 1.5hrs late. This is unbelievable. I am embarrassed to say I lost my sh*T at that point and yelled at Carmella all that was on my mind at the time. This company must think no one has any other obligations! The guy arrives 1hr late, and tells me, it wasn't traffic, as Carmella claimed, but the rNa movers sent him on another job to fix furniture that was an hour away when his 2nd job cancelled last minute. So who is lying now?? He does a decent job- he fills in, and stains the scratches to blend with the finish. Every piece looks passable, however my black cabinet is non-reparable. I hesitate to call them again, but the black cabinet is ruined. I will need to replace it. Thanks for reading this far, and I hope I'm not coming off like some Karen,...definitely not my intent. Either way- just don't. read more

This company did a fantastic job. From the quote to the actual movers, everything went very smoothly. They kept in touch the entire time and were very professional. I've had issues with movers showing up late, taking excessive breaks, or not showing up at all. Highly recommend them. read more

Carmella was very professional and prompt in answering my questions regarding scheduling an upcoming move from Boulder to Centennial. After requesting a quote through Yelp, she was able to reach me via phone, walk through the inventory of items I would like moved, and follow through with a virtual quote via email. I appreciate the responsiveness and the thoroughness of RNA, and recommend their virtual quoting and scheduling options for planning your upcoming move. read more

Tried to set up a move but the girl I have to talk to can't understand what I need: move out Monday morning, move in Tuesday afternoon (therefore an overnight). Not THAT hard. She doesn't even notice the overnight with the first quote. When I ask about this so that she can re-do the quote, she gets the dates wrong. When I correct her, she then thinks that we are taking everything back to the original address on the next day?? What???? I finally insisted that I talk to someone else. "Someone else" calls but it's again a woman with thick accent (English not her first language) and I'm concluding she does doesn't want to refer me to another colleague because it will look bad for her. I gave up. Three days later she sends me text: "we notice you have made your down payment yet". read more

UPDATE: I am changing my rating to two stars because the pay to their workers is ABYSMAL. the owner stated they pay their workers $25 per hour. working 40 hours every week with no breaks, that adds up to $52k per year, which puts someone below middle class in Denver. not to mention, they are contractors so their employees have to pay for health care on their own. I have a humanities degree and make more than that after my first year out of college physical labor is absolutely a skilled job, and it is often detrimental to the body. paying lower class wages for such a difficult job, especially when someone is paying $120/hr, is morally reprehensible to me. the owner gave some costs, but at the end of the day, rNA movers would not be able to function without workers, and so I view them as essential. and if the business can't even afford to (or refuses to) pay their workers enough to be middle class, i wouldn't want to support them. in the future, I think I would hire people directly-- I would much rather rent a uhaul and pay people $75/hour to move (equaling out to the same cost after the uhaul costs). i know craigslist has a section for posting such jobs, so that's what I will likely do next time I move because I think that people should be paid for the value they create. additionally, knowing that the contractors are paid $25/hour, I understand much more how things got scratched-- the company doesn't pay them enough to care. the perspective means I get it, and I don't blame them, having worked in service industries before. workers shouldn't HAVE to take on so many hours in the hot sun, but when they're paid $25/hour, they may have to. it's not a matter of workers being "free to" take other jobs as the owner, it's the matter that economically, workers HAVE to. this is all my opinion, but I do have a degree in a field relating to economics and how people survive. to address what the owner said as well, i did voice my concerns after the fact on the phone. I'm unsure who I talked to, but a man did call and I talked about the scratching, as well as the unclear scheduling. I thought of the pay afterwards, so I did not think to ask Too Long, Didn't Read; I feel that rNA movers underpays their contractors, and as such I will hire people directly next time, enabling me to pay the people doing the work more money. in the name of fairness I am unsure if $25/hour is industry standard or not, but I make more than that in a job that requires very little physical labor, and isn't highly technical. read more

RNA Movers is great! The business team is very responsive (you aren't directed to a voicemail or anything) and getting a quote was really straightforward (did not take hours on the phone explaining what I have). I find the pricing very fair/reasonable (15 mins increments after 2-hour minimum) compared to other options in Denver area. The movers were very considerate and friendly. I certainly recommend. read more

This team is top tier. They were well-organized, communicative, and efficient from the sales process through moving day. Additionally, two of my patio chairs got damaged in the move. I did not pay for the extra insurance, but they came out and repaired the chairs for no extra cost. They look perfect. It was not in the contract for them to fix, but they did it anyway. Good, honest movers are hard to find. Go with these guys! read more

Had a great experience with our movers. They were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. Price was reasonable. We just needed labor to load a truck. $125 an hour and minimum of 2 hours. read more

We requested a quote through Yelp for a pretty short-notice move of the contents of a storage unit in Aurora to a residence in Parker. They were super responsive and got back to me with possible dates, and asked a lot of questions to figure out what was being moved in order to get an accurate quote. I thought the move might not take the 4 hours that we're quoted, but I was assured I would only be charged for the time it took (with a minimum of 2 hours). They were great about explaining the quote and really communicative. On the day of the move the guys were fast, careful, communicative, and very kind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The move took about 2 hours and 45 minutes, and the charges reflected that - so we came in far under the original quote. It was good to know what it was going to cost on the outside so there were no surprises. This was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone! read more

I have been scammed by RNA Movers ( Roochii Movers). They quoted me $120/hr., held off giving me an estimate until tonight (8:30 PM) for tomorrow's move, and sent me an estimate for $2370! All I need is two guys and a truck for 3-4 hours, maybe less. Now I have to pay and additional $244 for my storage. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I intend to request reimbursement of my $244 because Yelp guarantees quality, ethical, and legal services and RNA is none of the above. read more

RNA we're great. Jovany and Arthur really professional and the staff were super responsive. They were very careful with all the furniture and were respectful with every interaction . Would definitely use them in the future! read more

Very good service from RNA for a labor only move. Their price was the lowest, very friendly scheduler who communicated with us along every step. Everything was nicely and efficiently loaded into the moving pods. They finished under the quoted time and RNA adjusted the bill accordingly only charging for the time used. Taking off half a star because one of the movers was a no show but they sent a replacement. Overall good service for the money! read more

Great movers! They helped move my small business. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule several times due to construction delays. RNA was always very responsive with rescheduling. Finally, moving day occurred and they showed up on time and got to work right away. They were able to move my 1500 sq ft office within 3 hrs. They continuously worked and did not take breaks to get the job done. I would highly recommend RNA movers and will use them again! read more

RNA Movers was great. They were by far the most reasonable quote and then completed the move in less than the anticipated time. Because of that, the move was over $100 dollars cheaper than anticipated. They were also on time and communicated well throughout the entire move process (which I was not physically present for). Would use them again! read more
