An older lady with short hair did my acrylics today and she was so rough!!! I had to pull my hands away about 8 times .. And had about 5 fingers bleed! She filed the crap out of my skin on the sides of my nails it hurt so bad .. I will never come back. I would never torture myself like that again. She even filed the top of my nail down so much it's almost cracked and you can see the skin .Wish I would've just left the first time she hurt me. :( payed 27$ for sore cut up fingers .. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Tina does a great job on acrylic nails. Everywhere else I have gone they lift in a matter of days. Not here! They are not thick or gooped up, they're perfect! Linda does a great job on pedicures! Heck, the polish won't even chip! I had a pedicure last over a month and STILL look great! i've gone to this salon on and off for 3 years, they are fairly priced. the salon itself needs some up-keeping but overall a sanitary salon. i went in with my two big toes needed a fake nail due to surgery and and the lady who did them did them beautifully. I got a gel pedicure and i love it. the lady who did my nails tho left one side looking more professionally done then the other. she said she was finished with gel polish still on my cuticles, and when she was doing my nails she didn't clean or cut my cuticles. instead she just pushed them back harshly with her nails. also with the gel one hand looks clumpy due to how she layered the polish. the overall price was 60 which isn't bad. i just wished she took more time on my right hand like she did on my left. read more

My daughter and I went there on Friday, March 31st, 2017, I am going to give this shop a negative review. My daughter asked that her nails be buffed for a shine rather than polished, which as you know is a few swipes of a buffer and your done, well, our last and final disappointment was when we were told the final cost, she added an additional $5.00 to buff!!!! Not only was this not on the price menu, but it was a buff, not a polish!!!!!! Just wondering if they were bothered by us using a gift certificate and that we kindly denied the additional services they said we should get, ie, wax, "pretty flowers" or their "special services". I understand a tip should always be given, and giving a dollar to each girl would have served my point, but we still gave them a generous tip, I was upset at myself for that, We did address this issue and thought we just will not go there again and they would not receive a recommendation from us ever. read more

The women who work here are very nice. I've come here a couple of times and been very satisfied with my pedicures. I came for the first time to get a full set and wasn't so pleased. The actual acrylic and shaping were done very nicely, however the gel was what I had a bad experience with. I found that the finish was very thick, and not taken down to the cuticle all the way. Not to mention the color I picked I guess was nearly empty, which I wish they would've told me, but I went with it. At the end my nails looked okay, not how I had wished but it was okay. Some parts were darker than others. For some reason a couple days later the ends started turning dark and the gel chipped very quickly which I was confused by because they had assured that the gel Doesn't chip and stays shiny. I was satisfied with my pedicure but the full set and gel Not so much. It looked as if I had had the nails a couple days after just getting them done. Got my pedi done today and asked for an American flag on one nail ended up with the flag & a firecracker on the other nail- OMG loved it. Highly recommend this place. Honestly, I randomly came in one day and I loved the service that was provided and the time they take to make my nails perfect! When I go to nail salons I am unsure if they will talk bad about me and make me feel uncomfortable but here, I feel comfortable! I have had good and bad experiences here. I always get a great pedicure, but I decided to get by acrylics put back on and I wish I wouldn't have. The lady that did them was so sloppy. 0 stars! I went on a Friday with my friend. We waited an hour EVEN though we had an appointment. I ask for a new set and the lady who helped me insisted on that I get a fill. AND said with attitude how longer nails would be more expensive. Probably because she was lazy and didn't want to do the extra work. So then she proceeds to take off my nails. and in doing so she hurts my nails and is very rough. When I insist on soaking them first she refuses to soak them due to how much longer it would take. I continue to be in pain and before I know it she cuts my pinky nail and I bleed a lot! I am super frustrated at this point and I should have walked away but I didn't. Then I ask for a almond shape and she has no idea how that even looks like. She keeps asking me to draw it and I refuse because was too mad and wanted someone else to help me but she refused my request. Again I should have left at that moment. So after she attempts to make the shape and makes them too short and just round so I was very upset. AFTER SHE PUT THE SAME TOOLS SHE USED ON ME BACK INTO THE "CLEAN BOX"!!!!!!!!! After I rejected the gel color I picked and jus got a nail polish because I didn't want to pay so much for something I hated. So after she realizes how mad I was and tries to explain herself. So after she was not going to give me a discount so I insisted ON A DISCOUNT AND SHE ONLY GAVE ME 2 DOLLARS OFF! so I was mad and paid for these half ass nails. And after she tried calling me poor baby since she knew how mad I was and tried to HUG me!!! Which was very awkward. Really bad quality. I went in the get a fill and told the lady I didn't want gel and she replied we charge you take off the gel anyway I'll do gel again. Even though I didn't want it. I didn't want to complain since I had already stated what I wanted once. so I sat there and let her do them. The very next day after getting out of the shower I noticed my polish was already chipping. It was one nail so I painted over it a little and just brushed it off...Today is exactly a week later and my nails look horrible. They are ALL chipping. When I called to tell them, they told me they couldn't help me for 3-4 hours and I would have to go to the same girl. I'm seriously crying at how ugly this whole situation is. read more
