Delicious smoothies. Auntie makes them one by one but she does it pretty quickly! I got the pineapple papaya one. I just wish they had a smaller size option.

This was easily the best smoothie I've ever had. It was so good we went out of our way to stop by again 2 more times. The fresh fruit smell slaps you in the face as you enter and while you watch your smoothie or lemonade get made, you wonder how they ever have any fruit left as they pile it into the blender. They even gave us an extra glass of all the extra that didn't fit into our smoothie cup. Parking is tough around here but it's all worth it.

We were walking by this place on our way to the museum and needed a refreshment, so we stopped by Fancy Fresh. The inside of the shop feels very nostalgic to traditional Asian shops where it's filled to the brim with fruits and snacks. It's very no-frills. I thought the price was fair - $10 for a 32oz smoothie. By default, it comes in a mason glass jar, which is actually good value and I guess helps reduce waste? It is a $2 upcharge for the lid w/ straw upgrade. If you bring back your container, it's $3 off, so if you're in the area often, this is a great deal. Someone else in the reviews complained about them not cleaning the container for you, but I feel like that's an unfair expectation. We don't even live here and we walked around with the empty cup for a couple hours after finishing the smoothie and were still able to rinse it clean once we got back to our hotel room. It doesn't feel like this offer is supposed to be applicable to tourists, but rather locals. When you take your mug to Starbucks, would you expect them to clean it for you? The smoothie itself tasted very healthy, but still tasty. We don't like it when smoothies have a ton of sugar added and like when they have a lot of greens packed in. We also bought a container of mangos, which was also $10. It was on the pricier side, but I recognize it's the upcharge for it being already cut and ready to eat. The mango was super delicious and at peak ripeness. If we're ever back in Oahu and visiting the area, we'd definitely come back (and bring the jar if we have room)!

Mango pineapple and strawberry guava smoothies

I found out about Fancy Fresh through social media and would also pass by it a lot when on S Beratania street. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy with a line outside the door! I ordered the strawberry guava smoothie with boba and my boyfriend got a mango pineapple smoothie with lychee jelly. The smoothie was ok, it was kinda watery and it separated really fast. The boba was good though being sweet with a soft chewy texture. Not too sure if I'll be back because I think there's other places that do better fruit smoothies but I'm glad I got to try it out!

The juice is tasty and fresh. I like how they blend the citrus flavors with the savory fruit. They even have cute caps to put on the jars. I lost that photo though so I couldn't upload it. But I got a blue cap and a pink cap. Refills if you get the jars are only seven bucks highly recommend because we've already been there like three times. They sell fresh fruit and fresh cut fruit but it is kind of expensive, especially considering it's right down the street from a Safeway and a Times. But I guess it's more marked up for convenience. They also sell flash frozen packaged fruit pieces - very generous bags I if you like that sort of thing. Parking is really tight and it's really hard because it's on a main road. There is a shared parking lot right around the corner from the building, but there's only like four spaces. So we always get someone to jump out with the jars and drive around the block. It takes them for a while because it's made to order and they're usually pretty busy. There's never a moment where it's just me in the shop. There's always somebody else waiting. But if you really like fresh juice, this is the place to go. I haven't been disappointed yet. Everything tastes good. They have a menu posted up of popular menu suggestions.

When a hole in the wall establishment has a constant line to the door at 10:30am on a Thursday, you know it's banging. Fancy fresh food shop is known for their fresh produce, various snacks, and most importantly- their smoothies. They share the same building on beretania st as Dew Drop Inn, right before Chick-fil-A. There's a handful of stalls behind the shop and metered parking. The two aunties running the shop are very speedy taking orders and making the drinks. I only waited a total of about 15 minutes considering there were about 12 smoothies ordered ahead of me. I saw one lady order 6 power green smoothies and I knew I had to try it. It's a mix of kale, mango, papaya, ginger, lemon, honey. Aunty asked if I like strong ginger and I nodded my head eagerly. But whew she meant business when they add raw ginger in. It was the dominant flavor, nicely contrasting with the sweetness of the fruit, and adding a little singe on the back of my throat. Next time I'll say regular ginger because it was a tad too "spicy" if you know what I mean. I'd still get the smoothie again or try the lilikoi mango or lychee dragonfruit! The prices are a steal, $7 for 24oz, $10 for 32oz. If you get the reusable container, refills are $7. Everything is so fresh, as per their name. Definite must try.

Really great smoothie! I hadn't heard of this place but my friend suggested it and I'm so glad we came. The shop is quite small so as people came in behind us, they had to start waiting outside. They make the drinks quite quickly though. We both decided on the power green smoothie although there are so many options. One girl in front of us got 4 of them so we decided it must be good. The lady asked us if we wanted strong ginger and we said yes. BUT just be warned she was not lying. It was very gingery. So good though. I felt so healthy with this and would definitely get it again. There are so many other flavors I would want to try though so I know I'll have to go back.

What an amazing hidden gem?! This place is definitely a hole in the wall and luckily with the amazing reviews, I was able to find it. I was here for work and it was a nice day and I was craving a really good smoothie. I drove here, found parking right away and walked inside to see a long line of people at 4pm. I ordered the dragonfruit smoothie. It was delicious! I also got a pack of the dried mangoes for the road. A little too sweet for my taste, but I'll be back to try another smoothie.

Once you try this place, you're never going back to Jamba Juice (sorry) I come at least once a month now, maybe every other week LOL. Hole in the wall spot that gets sooo busy now!! For a good reason-- the smoothies & fruits are amazing. If you're looking for fresh fruit smoothies made with real ingredients, not powder... this is where it's at! My usual order is a power green smoothie, but I've tried other yummy combos like strawberry + kum quat, lychee + coconut, and mango + Lilikoi. The fresh fruit is always so sweet & cut perfectly. Mango + li hing never misses, and her spicy/savory pickled mango is amazing too if you happen to see it in the fridge. I also love her crack seed! The aunties that work here are the sweetest ever & so helpful!! They work so hard and deserve all the business & support in the world I swear

We had to stop by after seeing all the raving reviews and on a hot summer day, we were craving something fruity and refreshing. The shop is simple and no-frills with limited parking, but the prices really stood out. Compared to other juice chains, you get a great amount for what you pay. I ordered the 24oz mango and lychee smoothie, and it definitely hit the spot. That said, it was a bit sweeter than expected, so I'm not entirely convinced it's 100% juice but it was still super satisfying. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're in the area and looking for something refreshing that also gives you the most bang for your buck.

Returned here 2 year later. Still same great prices which I highly respect and appreciate. Great fast service and delicious smoothies. It's a cute shop with lots of unique fruits/nuts/foods for sale as well.

My friend took me here and I was super surprised. Hidden away in a small shop is this AMAZING smoothie place! I was surprised at the amount of options and variety. Also blown away by the price! $7 for 24oz and $10 for 32oz. Mango papaya milk was so creamy and smooth. Mango lilikoi was my favorite. Great combinations! If you get the mason jar and bring it back, you get $3 off! What a deal! I'll be back often! The ladies are so nice and do their best to get your order out quick. They even give you a cup of the extra if they make too much. Awesome! Parking: 6 stalls on the side. Hit or miss.

I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing their coconut peanut butter or macadamia nut peanut butter. They also have several other variations, including chocolate. They also offer local honey. Their peanut butter is highly sought after back in the states. So if you're here grab a combo and give it a try, you just might find yourself ordering some online once you've given it a try.

This might be one of the only places in Waikiki open at 4 AM which is perfect if you've just arrived the night before from the East Coast. The inside of the shop feels homey. They have a display case full of pastries along with additional baked goods set out nearby. For my coffee on this morning I decided to go with a coconut latte and then ordered a blueberry malasada while my father went with a custard-filled one. At Maleko, the malasadas are pre-made but not filled until you order which I think is a smart move. I first tried my blueberry malasada and thought it was good. The dough was light and fluffy and the filling had a great flavor. As for my coffee, I have to agree with other reviews that the syrup made it overly sweet. I still drank it, but I definitely would have preferred something less sweet. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again for the malasadas. As for the coffee, I would probably pass unless you prefer your drinks on the sweeter side.
