My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since! Thanks, BioTech!

I think they may have canceled or rescheduled more appointments than they actually showed up for. Today was typical: a few months ago they told me they would come today between 10 and 12. I got an email yesterday confirming my appointment for today -- between 2 and 4. In the end it didn't matter because no one showed up. I texted them around 4:30 and about 20 minutes later they called and said that their technician would be late (yes: obviously, since he was already late). So now I went on ChatGPT and it looked at their invoice and explained exactly what DIY stuff I would need every 3-4 months to easily do exactly what I was paying BioTech to do, at one-tenth the price.

What a horrible experience with Orkin!…read more I signed up for service at several of my properties in January 2020 before the Covid restrictions happened. I received phone calls from field managers when I chose an attic treatment that cost a little over $3K. I got calls from technicians before they would come out to treat any of my properties. Covid happened and of course non essential services stopped. I didn't get any notice from Orkin that - they were classified as "essential." As a result I missed ONE PAYMENT of $97 dollars. When I reached out, I kept getting connected to the same rude young lady named Bayyinah. To make a long story short they reached out to my tenants and not me as they did the one service (outside of the house) I failed to pay for... Without speaking directly to me, they put that $97 dollar bill into COLLECTIONS. I'm STILL getting calls from collections after I paid the bill. I regret giving them my business.
