TJ was excellent at communication but Mother Nature did not allow us to proceed as scheduled. He was going to be out of town when we could next complete the job. He went above and beyond to offer to find someone to help; I was able to use the realtor's contact. I was not able to use his services however, I still wanted to write a review because I feel he deserves the accolades for his excellent customer service, ability to stay in contact and offer to help out in any way. He followed up to make sure I was covered. I find it rare to come across these qualities in most business transactions. Thank you TJ for being such a professional and caring person.

Elmer and his wife came out to my condo a handful of times to clean and did a nice job for a…read morecompetitive price. Why is my review 1 star? A lack of reliability/communication and ethics. Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.

Ms. Doris is a wonderful communicator and addresses questions in a reasonable time frame (even after hours through the Yelp App). I would recommend them without reservations. The cleaning solution used has bleach and a strong chemical smell, which is probably why it's so effective. If you have chemical sensitivity, I would recommend providing your own eco/biochemical cleaning solution. (Their cleaning solution was of good quality--no damage was done to the paint or the plants, which is fantastic). Their service and rates are totally worth it. They have a great work ethic and wonderful customer service. Thank you Z & M!

Was given an estimate and then told after pointing out the house wasn't fully cleaned that they "did their best". They didn't clean any of the windows or window sills, didn't clean the baseboards, didn't dust any shelves or vents, and didn't sweep the floors before mopping, just pushing the dirt around. They showed up 2.5 hrs late, and finished a 3000 sqft home in less than 2.5 hrs. It's obvious they rushed and didn't think we'd notice. Ended up paying half of the price because I was so disappointed, and still feel like I got the short end of the stick. Again, pictures are from AFTER the cleaning and no one had entered the house.
