These burger places are everywhere and not all are created equal! Granted, we aren't eating at the Ritz (or whatever), but a dining establishment should still be clean and have quality fresh ingredients. That being said, I don't see the justification for giving this place any less than 4 or 5 stars, considering you're grading it against other like burger places of its kind. Their chili is tasty, (chili cheese fries with grilled onions even better) burgers are charbroiled, and the ranch is on point. Gyro sandwiches are also good. They have a huge selection of food from breakfast items to Mexican dishes to standard burger and fries fare. Each time I've eaten here or been through the drive-thru, everyone has been very friendly. I waited in the drive thru for a good ten minutes and I could even see the cashier looking at me from the restaurant window but hasn't asked me for me order yet. I ended up just parking and going inside to order. I'm thinking she is probably busy with a guest this guest who is right in front of her. No. It seemed to be her friend or even boyfriend that was occupying her time. I placed my order and right back to talking with this boy who clearly wasn't eating and just hanging with her. She even let him try on her headset when she should have been working and taking drive thru orders. Eating dinner and the service was horrible today. We have been coming here for years and today was the absolute worse ever. My husband ordered chile fries and told the girl that was taking the orders that they were undercooked. Let's forget about the food for just one moment. I'll come back to that in a minute. I would like to start off by saying how rude the customer service here is. I have an autoimmune disease and because of that I have a very strict diet. I cannot eat any animal products at all, so when I ordered the garden burger, I specifically told them I have this disease and to please make sure no cheese or sause is found in my veggie burger. What do they do? You guessed it, they put a slice of cheese on my patty. I told the lady please remove it and she told the cook to take it off. He did, mind you, with his bare hands. We asked for another garden patty but they refused to give me another one. Then, after all that, after the cook flipped a beef patty and uses the same spatula to flip mine!!! I cannot tell you how upset that made me feel. I complained to the lady there. She said, and I quote, "This is how we do it all the time." Ummm no, not when you have a disease you don't. Having worked in a kitchen before I can assure you that veggie burgers are always nuked in the microwave to prevent cross contamination-and lawsuits. Clearly they fail at life. Now the food part of this review. My mom thought a fish and chips plate sounded good, so she ordered it. When we got home to sit as a family and eat a meal together, my mother opens her plate up and is disgusted by what shes sees. The fish is burned and was raw in the middle. The oil must have been so hot that it burned the outside and didn't thoroughly cook the inside. We went back to return it. At this point my mother just wanted her money back for the fish plate. It cost 5.99 pretax. When we were trying to tell her we just want a refund, she refused at first. Then she gave my mother 5 dollars. Remember that it costs 5.99, pretax. She claimed she couldn't give her the full amount of money including the tax that it cost. We told her we understand that, but it costs 5.99 before tax. She refused and said we could come by another day to talk to the manager when he was available. The absolute worst service I've ever seen in my life. Don't waste your money here. If you want a good burger I suggest going to In N Out or Brea's Best. And the only reason I'm giving this craphole 1 star is to write this review. read more

Pretty cheap for breakfast. They served brea specials for $2.99, you get 2 eggs, hashbrowns and toast. They have breakfast all day, variety of burgers, and couple mexican dishes including your typical carne asada. I ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger, the pattie isn't huge but it's not like those thick frozen patties that other burger joints have. This place is okay, nothing spectacular but also not that bad. Great if you're looking for a cheap meal. read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. They have some dodo bird working the drive-thru who somehow doesn't know the breakfast specials even after I repeated the order four times. So after being fed up with this idiot, I back out of the drive-thru, park, and go inside to order this time with the manager. And the tall manager lady is smog with an attitude and I repeated the order three times. And I kept telling her how I wanted the food prepared and when I get home it's not made correctly. I stopped by to pick up a late breakfast/early lunch for my family. The girl at the counter was friendly, I ordered a burger combo, salad, pancake special, order of a la carte taquitos and veggie omelet. The only reason I am giving this establishment 2 stars instead of 1 is because the burger was very good. Aside from the burger the food was bland and tasteless. The omelet was nothing special and they do not know how to make proper scrambled eggs apparently. To top it off I was not given my salad. I got out to my car and checked my order luckily, upon going in I had to witness the cook get extremely grumpy and nasty at the girl that takes the orders as though it was her fault, he had not made the salad, it was his fault. He drenched the salad in tangy 1000 island dressing and handed it to me. Overall this was a waste of 29.45$ Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Went to this place for lunch. It's conveniently located between me and a few friends so we tried it out on a whim. I was actually pleasantly surprised, as the other review says, they have breakfast all day as well as an extensive menu of other items. I got the chorizo and eggs, which you can either get with hash browns and toast or rice, beans, and tortillas, I went with the hash browns and toast. Honestly it was really good, like when I was done, you couldn't even tell what I had ordered cause that plate got cleaned off. But yeah the service was friendly the prices were reasonable, they had a lot of different specials to try, and they serve breakfast all day. When we left we decided that's going to be the spot we meet at for lunch from now on, just cause they have such a variety of things to try. read more

I use to love this place untill last week. So i decided to come in as usuall the place is clean there was a line. I was looking at the menu and decided to go with the carne asada plate. As i was standing there i notice a white hair man cooking im guessing the owner! His phone rings and answers it keep in mind we touch our phones all the times and believe me they have alot of germs. I guess it was a quick call hangs up right away and i thought he was gonna go wash his hands to my surprise he touches the food. No gloves or nothing. Customer service was great, the girl was super friendly. However, the avocado burger i received today...just didnt satisfy my hunger, small for the price. But then while driving i started to feel sick and then got home and next thing you know the toilet has become my best friend. Not sure if some ingredient was bad or uncooked meat, just i just threw it all up. Came in.. ordered the family special and grilled chicken combo. Been coming here a long time and just recently been depressed with service. Time it takes for food is really long at times and I pay for a 13$ chicken sandwich which is really pricy for a burger stand and when I ask for ranch, they have the balls to ask for .50 cents ! Not happy with that. .. I could understand if I kept asking for large amounts.. but I use to get a small serving for free. The price of everything went up.. they seem like they are overpriced now. This place was terrible. I went for lunch and ordered a turkey sandwich with NO tomatoes. The combo came out to $9 and some change so I figured the sandwich would be pretty good, well that was not the case. I love the food so far I have ordered except for chicken/rice soup I ordered once which was my last time. All well done and said, I have ordered same avocado/bacon burger (no cheese & onions) for $6.25 and less than a week later it jumped to $7.50? When i asked why its more, the employee said "I don't know how you were charged." She didn't even try to see if shr had it correct. I left confused & of course she didn't get me a receipt either. Shouldn't all prices be the same? Maybe employees need to be trained to charge the same order for the same price (consistency). I know prices go-up but not a burger by a $1.25 in less than a week. This place is awesome it's like $9 for a famous breakfast burrito(sausage,bacon,ham,eggs,cheese,salsa) and it is delicious. Their double cheeseburger combos are like $8 and delicious as well. I eat here pretty daily since I work like 2mins from here and it's bomb 9/10 times. There's maybe once a week or every two weeks that I'm not happy with my food but doesn't happen very often. I recommend you try the famous breakfast burrito and get some extra green salsa to add to it(their green sauce is fantastic not spicy but awesome flavor) or if your feeling like a burger grab a double bacon cheeseburger combo and a side of pickles because they don't come with them. Customer service was ok, young cashier was nice. The food is horrible enough for me to take my phone out and write a review. I ordered the taquito plate which comes with beans rice and 2 tortilla chips. Yes. 2 tortilla chips. They were stale, they smelled old as well. The rice had no flavor, beans tasted like they were the cheap canned refried beans you buy at the 99cent store. It seemed like they were running out of cheese because there wasn't much on it he beans. Girl told me I would receive a salad with my order, I even chose my dressing, to find out later that my salad was just chopped iceberg lettuce with no dressing. The taquitos was the most disappointing part :-( the guacamole was not guacamole but some green sauce with watered down avocado sauce. The cheese they added was very little and quite unappealing. The taquitos were burnt along with the chicken in them. It's as if they forgot about them in the fryer and decided to serve them anyway. Anything to not lose money. The girl was already charging me for my burrito. She couldn't wait for my husband to make up his mind. While he was ordering his food, i saw the cook on his phone, he didn't bother to go wash his hands. I asked the girl who was that on the phone and she mentioned it was the owner.
