Awesome food, awesome people (Dia was beyond great), great customer service, chatted about the San Francisco Bay Area. We discovered this gem on our way to our future home. Had to stop and check it out. Great little restaurant, wood fired pizza, fresh made gnocchi, ravioli, fresh baked bread, and delicious beer selection. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to Stop here and will have to make this our stop next time we are in the area. Come and enjoy a Cactus Bird and fresh slice of pizza!

No sauce basil and cheeses pizza, great flavor!

Great service, ambiance and delicious pizza. We ordered the butternut salad and it was really good!

La Cauliflora pizza- my fave and Piastra salad

I have eaten at Falora a bunch of times. Nice athmoshphere, an outdoor patio and lots of creative vegan options. My favorites here are the Kale salad and La Cauliflora pizza. I also like the Za Zucca pizza- very different. I have tried the Piastra- This one was a tad simple for me but refreshing. The San Gennaro pizza was good but didn't make my favorites list. The Cavatelli pasta dish was fun to try too. Cute place for anniversaries etc. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

Great spot for date night or if you're looking for an upscale pizza place! The pizzas are made Napoli-style with a thin, chewy crust with a nice char. The menu also features salads and pastas and a nice wine list. We've ordered the Margherita pizza several times, and it consistently is delicious. Though the pizza is definitely the main event, the salads and pasta are solid as well. We've had the Caesar salad which is pretty good, but recently tried the Piastra (chilled zucchini noodles in housemade pesto) which was a light and refreshing start to the meal. We also shared the hazelnut gnocchi which was unique, umami and creamy in flavor. For dessert, we shared the panna cotta which is served in a mason jar - great way to end the meal.

We tried some of the more interesting dishes which combine some surprising ingredients in pizza, pasta and salad. Salad- was delicious, a good portion and fresh Pizza- we chose the pizza with figs. The Brussels sprouts were intriguing to us and were not bad. However I think adding mushrooms to this would have added some more umami flavor to contrast the very sweet sauce and flavors. Pasta- delicious and fresh. Really yummy and well balanced flavors Ambiance- cozy and small. Definitely get here early to avoid a wait

We finally got back to Falora again on Saturday and had such a great dinner. There were four of us and we had two orders of their delicious freshly baked bread, two salads and three pizzas along with some Aperol Splitzers. I don't think you could be disappointed with anything you might order, but we have found our favorites over the years. We love the butter lettuce salad and the kale salad. As far as pizza, the Margherita, the San Genaro and the Fauxrizo are fantastic! Falora is a comfortable, cute little place and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Adore this restaurant! I wanted to treat myself to an early dinner and decided to stop here after it popped up on my Instagram. The dining area inside is small so if you want a take inside, get there early. I loved all the windows (perfect for those evening sunsets) brick walls and the visual of the wood fired oven. I ordered the focaccia bread, butter pecan salad and sorta torta for dessert; the entire meal was delicious. Between the ambience, food and service, Falora is top tier.

I ordered a pizza from here while I was inside of the bar, sidecar, I got the Bianca pizza and added pepperoni. It was very good, even the crust was yummy. They are 12 inch pizzas so not too big. Definitely would get it again if I'm back at sidecar

The Cavatelli

After hearing some good things about Falora from a friend we decided to give this place a try. We walked up and after a bit we were greeted and asked if we have a reservation, we did not but there seemed to be plenty of tables available. After about 10 minutes we were seated. The restaurant was nice they're really trying to make it seem high end but still casual. There was a bottle of water and some olives waiting on the table. We were greeted by the server and after looking over the menu we ordered. My daughter got the margherita pizza. My wife and I split the cavatelli and the el fauxrizo pizza. After a bit the food came out, the cavatelli was pretty good but only slightly larger than an appetizer, my daughter's pizza looked great and she enjoyed it. The pizzas were much smaller than I had expected and on paper thin crust which tastes great but was not super filling. The fauxrizo pizza had a tasty green sauce on top but otherwise had very little toppings. There was maybe a single piece or maybe two of chorizo per slice and a sprinkle of beans. I guess there was corn but it was hard to tell because there was so little of it. I know some people like a pizza without very many toppings, but I myself really prefer a pizza with more toppings on it. Overall it was a decent dinner and the service was friendly but I left wishing I had ordered another entrée because I was still rather hungry when I got home.

Giardino
Chelsea J.

Not impressed. The place inside is TINY so a reservation is a must. Just send them an email on their website. All of the wood around the restaurant they use for the pizza oven is a nice touch. Service was great and the pizza came out super fast. We shared the Giardino pizza but unfortunately it severely lacked flavor. The crust was perfect but it was just crust, cheese, and vegetables. No garlic or seasoning of any kind. The vegetables were sparse. The chili oil added zero flavor and wasn't even hot. I asked for a side of parm, which is about a tablespoon and they charged extra for it without warning. This helped add flavor plus covering the pizza in chili flakes. I'm glad I finally tried this place but I don't plan on returning.

Za zucca top, Margherita bottom
Jenny S.

Great pizza option in Tucson, thin crust with just the right amount of char ---Margherita pizza: simple but when this is done right you know they know what they're doing ---za zucca: interesting but I always prefer the red sauce pies The place is small so I'd recommend reservations if you can!

Butter Pecan Salad

This cute pizzeria is located in a shopping center on Broadway and Country Club. The Italian inspired atmosphere passes was the cutest place for a girls night. Service was fast and friendly. They were knowable about their items on the menu and gave suggestions. I ordered the Butter Pecan Salad- so fresh and delicious! We also had the Cura (pepperoni pizza) and the Panna Cotta. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We'll definitely be back!

Cavatelli
john h.

We shared a Margherita and a pepperoni pizza. They were both good solid wood fired pizzas. We also had the Cavatelli, I was not a big fan, the noodles were so thick that it dominated any other flavors. The service was great and restaurant was beautiful.

Make it feel worthwhile. The service is a joke, sometimes someone will greet you, sometimes maybe not. It used to be you could walk into a place, even 15 minutes before they closed, and order food. Not so much with this place( and it's a pizza place ?!!?)-which is odd because you'd think they want money. I digress. I've gone in, in the past, half hour before closed, and been told they were out of dough! Pizza place out of the main ingredient. Obviously bad meal prep, planning, mgmt, -however you want to plate it. -Now-, there's an ordering system online to , idk, 'help things be orderly ' , maybe. Does the 18 inch somehow carry the majestic beauty and soul of the pizza 100 times better? Absolutely. I do not know what kind of black magic they are baking into the larger size, but boy does it hit the spot. Just a heads up, the place is as small as a Tic Tac, so I like to come during non-busy times to avoid the squeeze. The service can be hit or miss, but overall it is good and I think they just get slammed with phone orders. Truly my favorite Neapolitan spot ever. We started with the ABG salad that surprised me because I'm usually not a big fan of Gorgonzola, but the combination of green apple, pecan brittle, and cheese worked really well together and made for a great balance of flavors. For the pizza, we ordered the mushroom pizza and added pepperoni. The sauce was excellent I believe was some sort of a garlic/oil white sauce the mushroom portion was generous which I absolutely love, and the crust was exactly what I look for crunchy on the outside while still soft and slightly sweet inside. My only minor complaint with the toppings is that the $4 pepperoni add on felt a bit light, we only had a 2 or 3 slices per piece. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that our pizza was just slightly overcooked. The bottom was charred all the way around; wasn't burnt to the point of sending it back, but definitely left in the oven a minute or two longer than it needed to be. It wasn't busy when we visited, and it seemed like the employee rotating pizzas was a little more focused on chatting with FOH coworkers than keeping an eye on the oven. I've worked in pizza restaurants for nearly a decade, so I may be a bit more particular than most customers. Realistically, if our pizza had come out even a minute earlier, it would have been a 10/10 meal. That said, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back. The quality is there, and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future.

At 25% below regular total menu pricing (see side by side menu pic) Reilly's $45 for two tasting was the best bargain this year. The pasta was outstanding with intriguingly long and wavy noodles in a deliciously meaty marinara sauce. Their thin crust pizza was very good too, with "mini-cupped" pepperoni. The pickled peppers weren't noticeable though and had us yearning for the meatball ricotta pizza instead. We chose the coffee gelato for dessert. Instead of sitting down to enjoy a meal, we were told that families with children are only allowed to dine on the patio. Meanwhile, the air-conditioned dining room was completely empty. Not "almost full." Empty. I understand that businesses are allowed to have their own policies, but expecting families with young children to sit outside in 90+ degree heat while an empty, air-conditioned dining room sits right there is certainly a choice. And not a particularly welcoming one. Apparently, celebrating your kids after their first flag football game meant sweating through dinner on the patio while an entire empty dining room sat comfortably indoors. With the temperature over 90 degrees, that was not a reasonable option for our family. Needless to say, we left. Tucson has plenty of wonderful restaurants where families can celebrate, cool off, and enjoy a meal indoors without being limited to the patio simply because they brought their children.
