The crisp GF pizza dough crust was both flavorful and light. Apparently, it's a new recipe and I highly recommend it. My husband ordered his favorite, the mother clucker, and it was seasoned well and was delicious. We each enjoyed beverages and sat at their bar space, which was really great because we were able to watch the pizzas being made and cooked. I ordered an Ice tea and was told they didn't have ice tea but it was listed on the menu. We ordered our pizzas. I had the bourbon fig and prosciutto pizza. It looked so good on line. My pizza had no sauce, a few balls of a whipped cheese, maybe one slice of prosciutto and an over abundance of dried figs. It was dry and so thin it was like eating a very thin water cracker. My husband had a pepperoni pizza that was ok. The employee went from taking our order to making food without washing his hands. I did see later on he put on gloves. He also used a dry towel he kept in his pocket to wipe items with. We won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. I hope they do better in the future.

The crust is thin & brushed with a roasted garlic oil that gives it a nice texture and flavor as well. A unique pizza & now added into our top 4 most memorable in AZ. The atmosphere was super chill. It was a good day and time to visit as it wasn't busy and the vibe was calm. They tend to be extremely busy when the college is in season. More so when there is a local sporting event like football, parents weekend etc.. They sometimes offer a breakfast menu (check their website or call ahead for details) during the move in dates & prior to school starting. Seems they really support the community. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that our pizza was just slightly overcooked. The bottom was charred all the way around; wasn't burnt to the point of sending it back, but definitely left in the oven a minute or two longer than it needed to be. It wasn't busy when we visited, and it seemed like the employee rotating pizzas was a little more focused on chatting with FOH coworkers than keeping an eye on the oven. I've worked in pizza restaurants for nearly a decade, so I may be a bit more particular than most customers.
