Super soft end-cut prime rib! Really good. Coffee crusted steak behind it.
Joyce T.

It felt like a cruise buffet, perhaps with less International dishes. Here, as a visitor, I am getting local/regional ingredients like their salmon and beef. The Asian kitchen, dessert and carvery chefs were super friendly and listened to what you wanted. The prime rib was so SOFT! The horseradish was strong, so be careful. The desserts look all specially made, especially the pies. The pie's crust and the fruits were crazy delicious. The Asian Kitchen chefs gladly take your picked selections and prepare it with the sauces you like. You can add more sauces that they have on the side. Their thinly sliced raw beef was so soft, I knew it would maintain its consistency when cooked. Table servers were super attentive and eager to remove used dishes and bring you your drinks. Hostess and cashier were sweet, too. They made sure we got "Thank you, Good night!"

Decent buffet and worth it for the price. Servers were very friendly while front of house weren't as friendly. There was a good variety of selection and the views by the windows were beautiful - you can really see the trees and mountains. Below were the items that I remembered from my visit and it covers most of the selection that was there. desserts: pies (apple, marrionberry), cakes (chocolate mint mouse, apple maple cheesecake, tiramisu, red velvet), pear with jello, chocolate fondue, chocolate soft serve, apple and cherry cobbler carvery: prime rib, mashed potatoes, gravy, baby potatoes, and rolls international: beef shank with braised eggs, corn on the cob asian: DIY mongolian grill, veggie egg rolls, chicken fried rice, chow fun italian: DIY pasta (cavatappi, bowtie) with sauces (marinara, cheese), meatballs, and pizza (Hawaiian, sausage) soups/salad: clam chowder and veggie soup, DIY salad

A very reasonably priced buffet. Not a place I would go out of my way for but the prime rib and bone marrow alone makes the buffet worth the money. Unfortunately they ran out of bone marrow an hour before closing, however they replaced it with a different dish. Everything seems to be stocked up and none of the food looked like it's been sitting. Went with a party of 10 and they were very accommodating. There was a long line but it went by very fast. If you're in the area or just planning to come to the casino this is a great option!

Decent buffet, went there for prime rib night! Decent amount of food options at the hot bar but not as much as you think. The prime rib was a bit too raw for me so I told one of the person in charge to cook it a little bit longer on the grill for me. Great service for that! It was tender and delicious.

This was probably one of the saddest buffets I've seen, especially for a casino. There wasn't much variety and most of it honestly didn't taste very good. They were good at picking up your empty plates, a little too good. We were eating and our friend went to grab something and she swooped his plate up before we could even say anything. It was clearly not to be taken away as it was a pretty full plate since he just got it. No napkin down or any signs that it had been picked over. We're used to them asking most of the time anyway so it was weird to do that. He was not happy. I was really disappointed and it wasn't cheap either. I thought it would be fun to go to the casino and also get food but really wished we had just eaten elsewhere.

Interesting buffet. There is definitely value as it's not super expensive. The space is huge and honestly the service is very nice. All the servers and food handlers are super friendly and there aren't any tip jars anywhere as you pay tip before you enter. lol they definitely cater to the crowd as they very willingly will sear your prime rib to well done, which I haven't seen before at a buffet lol. To me the food just kind feels outdated and basically like an Asian old country buffet. The quality isn't there- its almost like everything is from sysco or us foods which isn't a bad thing. Nothing I got really stood out in terms of food and at the end like most buffets I didn't want to eat again. I think this is a good value place but for me I wouldn't go out of my way to go again. The dessert pies were super nice though!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. The server gave us a cake containing peanut, after I explicitly stated I had a life threatening nut allergy! We were told the cake had no nuts. After I ate it and asked again, they said the cake had peanuts. Zero accountability from the staff. Only the male EMT was very kind and helpful. We had to leave early so we could go to Urgent Care. I later filed a complaint, simply asking them for consistent allergen labeling throughout the buffet so this never happens again. Marilyn Chambers from Risk Management asked me to call her. After THIRTY ONE calls and voicemails I was able to reach her nearly a month later- only after calling the front desk 3 times because they repeatedly transferred me directly to her voicemail before I even finished speaking! Marilyn Chambers was rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. She accused me of lying, since as we left for Urgent Care, I grabbed a piece of bread and WATER (helps allergic reactions!). She then adamantly claimed that none of the desserts even contained nuts, when you can clearly see otherwise in the review photos. When I asked if she thought it was an issue that employees were giving false information about major allergens in the food, she said no because there were "EpiPens on site". I had to explain to RISK MANAGEMENT basic information about how EpiPens work and why water is helpful during allergic reactions. She blatantly lied and contradicted herself multiple times, changing the topic when I pointed out errors in her accusations. She interrupted me numerous times. I had to ask her to let me finish speaking. She even admitted she had no idea whether the staff had access to allergen information, but claimed they "took allergies very seriously" and that there was "no way" my experience could have happened, despite seeing proof on camera. She claimed to have reviewed security footage to accuse me of lying, but when I asked if she had spoken with even ONE employee or did any investigating into the situation she admitted she had not. The entire 15 minute call was her interrogating me and insisting it was our fault, while providing zero solutions. Assigning blame wasn't my concern, and I treated everyone respectfully. My only request was that they correctly label food allergens. Please don't eat here if you value your life. Risk management clearly does not care about safety, and this will continue to happen

Overall, the food is your standard buffet food. A little pricey for what you get for all you can eat.

Located in the Renton Shopping Center near Fred Meyer, this buffet has really surpassed the test of time. I remember coming here when I was a kid during important family events, however I think the last time I came was around 10 years ago! I think it's pretty safe to say that things have remained consistent over the past many years. To be honest, I'm not a big buffet person - I feel like the quality of the food is often traded for quantity and at my big age I really cannot force myself to eat more than like 2-3 plates of food anymore. But I will say, Feast definitely exceeded my expectations! It has a lot of great asian choices, as well as options for children/people with different palates! I've was a huge fan of the sushi/seafood options, especially the salmon sashimi they had. It was SO fatty I had so many bowls of it. There wasn't really anything that disappointed me, though the crab/lobster line was long (as expected). Staff were kind, and were pretty consistent in clearing out my table and I thought everything was pretty clean! Honestly I'm tempted to return (maybe for lunch since it's cheaper) but I do think that Feast Buffet is definitely a gem of Renton.

Feast Buffet or East (not King lol) Buffet?! IYKYK…read more I was on travel to work with a team up in Renton, WA, and they went out for a lunch buffet here during my time up there. I was intrigued at the name Feast Buffet, but moreso because I had been to an East Buffet the previous year close to where I live, hence the first line of this review. Feast Buffet is located in Renton Shopping Center on the west side of Rainier south of Sunset. If you know where the Fred Meyer is here, Feast Buffet is on the opposite end of the plaza. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a rather spacious lobby where you can see a TV that shows the pricing for both lunch and dinner. We went on a weekday at lunchtime, which is the cheapest option at $24.99 per adult. Weekend lunches are almost 50% higher, but the same price as dinner on Mondays thru Thursdays. If our team had gone for dinner on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we'd be spending an additional $20 more per adult! The lobby also had some nice decor. Even though I posted this review in January (I was on a brief review hiatus), our visit was back in November, and they had some snowmen decor by the right wall as well as a Christmas tree by the check-in counter. The selection is incredible! Much more than what I was expecting that I circumnavigated the buffet area like a labyrinth. I was hoping to start off with salad, but accidentally started off with some cold seafood before I was able to find the salad bar. Don't forget to grab some utensils! They're located by the salad bar. Our team sat at a side dining area akin to a banquet hall with a huge TV on the end closer to the front door. We were on the far corner, and one of the TVs was not functioning, unfortunately. There are three drink dispensers in the beverage section, but I made the mistake of getting a coffee cup for a Pepsi Zero Sugar LOL. There are taller blue cups that I should have gotten instead, but one of my tablemates noticed a leak in her cup and informed a staff member about it. As with any buffet, one of my grievances is that they spread themselves too thin that the quality of some of the foods is sacrificed, and that is the case here, though not nearly as much, fortunately enough. Only the Mac & Cheese was the most forgettable after my first two plates; I probably would have preferred the macaroni sitting on the top layer of the heating well. The fruits were also not fresh, though I can't say I was expecting them to be. Otherwise, most other food items were good enough for buffet standards. As I was getting some sushi, I got some wasabi, but didn't see soy sauce. When I asked a sushi chef where the soy sauce was, he replied that it was on the tables albeit in a rather condescending manner. Okay, so my bad on neglecting to notice the first time, but this is how I get treated as a visitor from out of state?! I got some cuts of meat at the same time, but one of them was full of fat and/or gristle! The noodle bar stood out to me most because I don't ever recall seeing a noodle bar at any other buffet! It's kind of similar to the Mongolian BBQ station where you select your raw toppings and hand them to the chef, who cooks them for you. In the case of this noodle bar, you select from one of four broths: Wonton, Udon, Beef Brisket, and Tonkotsu. Just let the chef know which of these four broths you'd like, and they'll cook it for you! One drawback with this station is that if there are multiple customers' ramen bowls being cooked simultaneously, you may end up grabbing someone other customer's bowl. I also got to try some cotton candy, and that's only because as I was walking by the desserts section, there was an employee finishing up a cotton candy. Since there was no other customer nearby, I simply waited until she handed me the cotton candy. Otherwise, there will be a stand with holes that will hold the cotton candies. And for the (real) dessert, I went with a small bowl of cookies & cream ice cream. I made the mistake of attempting to open a stationary glass panel, thinking it was a sliding door of an ice cream chest LOL. An employee noticed, and I had to tell her which ice cream I wanted, though I also had to ask her what the flavors were since I didn't see any flavor labels. Ice cream was pretty good! Good way to round out a decent lunch buffet! One thing I didn't like was how inconsistently non-punctual they were at picking up plates. I know I shouldn't be comparing, but there was a time when I had three empty plates next to me that weren't picked up! Yet after my first plate, I saw it was taken away when I came back for seconds. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Feast Buffet, and I would prefer Feast Buffet over East Buffet even though I actually gave both the same rating. However, East Buffet is lower than a 4.0, but I'd rate Feast Buffet higher than a 4.0, though not that much higher to earn the 5th star. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a feast of a buffet, look no further than Feast Buffet!

This is the second buffet I've visited, located in Redmond. There weren't too many customers at…read morelunchtime, but the food was fresh, and at first glance, nothing looked unappetizing. Environment: Redmond is very close to Bellevue, with many big tech companies nearby, so the local spending power is high. As a result, the environment is naturally not an issue. The buffet area is clean and well‑organized, with clearly separated sections: Japanese food, hot dishes, salad, fruit, steamed dim sum, and Western food. The clientele here is noticeably more diverse than at the buffet I visited in Auburn - clearly thanks to the greater variety of food. The seating is spacious. Overall, a big plus. Service: Nothing stood out about the service, except that the staff cleared plates promptly. I think a buffet restaurant should proactively ask customers about their dining experience in order to adjust the menu and introduce new items. After all, constant renewal and innovation are a restaurant's promotional tools. Taste / Food: Steak - The first thing I tried from the Chinese food section. The beef quality wasn't outstanding; it was cooked well‑done and a bit too salty. Not recommended. Sushi - The salmon sushi was fresh. For the Arctic surf clam sushi, each piece came with two slices of clam, but the nori overpowered the delicate flavour of the clam - not recommended. Cantonese steamed dim sum - The shrimp dumplings (har gow) were pre‑made / semi‑finished products. As I've mentioned before, if a restaurant doesn't make them from scratch, using a good semi‑finished product actually becomes a matter of trust. If a good restaurant carefully selects a high‑quality pre‑made product, I think most customers can accept it. The steamed ginger & scallion beef tripe was tender, with a balanced saltiness - recommended. The steamed purple rice cake was also a semi‑finished product, but it was slightly undercooked. Hot dishes - The total number of raw ingredients used in the hot dishes was no more than 15 SKUs, often combined in predictable ways. I tried beef with broccoli, plain stir‑fried broccoli, celery with shrimp, etc. The wok work wasn't particularly impressive. Fruit - When fruit sits out for too long, it oxidises - for example, pineapple and cantaloupe. I was a bit disappointed to see mango pudding in the fruit section. The strawberries were good. Final thoughts: As someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, the key to making a buffet stand out is actually product selection (choice of dishes and ingredients). The profit model of a buffet isn't a secret, so finding great suppliers and competitive purchasing prices becomes critical. The dining experience at a buffet is similar to hot pot - we give the choice to the customers, and they decide for themselves. That's why product selection is even more important for a buffet's competitiveness. Overall, the whole buffet experience is very enjoyable. All in all, recommend

This custom was preserved in Sweden and gradually evolved into the Smörgåsbord (Scandinavian cold buffet), which is the direct and continuous ancestor of the modern buffet. · France (18th-19th century): The French adopted the word "Buffet" (originally meaning a sideboard or serving table) to describe this self‑service style of dining and promoted it among high society. · Perfection in Japan: The modern buffet model we know today--featuring cold dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and a wide variety of options--was established by the Imperial Hotel Tokyo in 1958. · Las Vegas: The now‑popular "all‑you‑can‑eat" model originated in Las Vegas, USA, in the 1940s. Relatively speaking, it's still fairly clean. Taste: There is a huge variety of options, covering dozens of items including Chinese stir-fried dishes, Western food, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, fruit, seafood, salad, as well as drinks and ice cream. I mainly tried the Chinese stir-fried dishes, boiled shrimp, and teppanyaki. Considering the price per person, I think every item met my expectations. Service - unexpectedly good: From asking how many people in our party at the entrance, to guiding us to a table and asking if the seat was comfortable, to explaining the dining process, and clearing plates during the meal - all of it was very good. Grand Buffet from the outside entrance has a humble vibe. There are no fountains or statues. And the bathrooms have a disinfectant quality in the air. Somewhat dated. Not oozing with warmth. But clean in my experience with a no frills way of washing hands before eating. The staff will seat you, but I typically will get the appetizers, then find a seat. The staff are usually quick to see if you don't have a glass and will take your order if you choose to start that way. With families, I'm sure having them seat you is preferred. And seating, even on a busy day, is not too difficult. I estimate seating for about 100 people is available. That's based on a tour bus with 44 Japanese tourists coming in for lunch and not having any difficulty finding seating for lunch. The tour guide said he always brings his customers there after crossing the border from Canada, where they arrived. I mentioned appetizers. In addition there are main dishes, sides, some American offerings (Fried chicken wings, Pacific oysters on the half shell, French fries, crab rangoon), fresh fruit, a variety of salads, salad bar, and desserts including soft serve ice cream. The typical soft drinks, hot tea, or bottled beer is available. Dinner frequently includes salt and pepper fried crab half's. You may miss them at lunch. Sometimes they only serve them for dinner. There is also a Mongolian grill at the back of the buffet, that offers meats (beef, pork) or seafood (shrimp), noodles, vegetables, and different sauces. This is manned by one of the staff to cook your food with your sauce preference. They use a hot flat top grill to cook your food right in front of you. If you have your heart set trying that and don't see any staff, just ask for help from one of the waitresses. To get the full experience do try something from each section. The main dishes have chicken, beef. pork, shrimp, crab, and imitation crab. Easily labeled and recognizable. Buffets are logistical nightmares with the common element of consistency being the goal. Seasoning can also present challenges when trying to make everyone happy. Over the years visiting this place, it's been consistently at the right temperature, seasoned appropriately, well maintained with all serving pans filled with food, and clean. The staff are rock solid. No deviation from being there making sure your glass is full and being polite and helpful. This week I chose a Friday at 3:34 PM. To my surprise the parking lot was half full. Usually there is a steep lull between lunch and dinner. That was the only surprise. Everything else was at a standard I expect. Which is why I come back. ADA parking and access. Parking is ample with overflow parking. As of January 2026 cost for Dinner, one adult: $20.75

It was mostly your standard Chinese fare, all cooked in one way or another: shrimp cooked about 6 different ways, beef and broccoli, a Mongolian grill - just pick your ingredients and bring it to them, as well as a small dessert bar including soft serve with cones! I left satisfied with the options and the price. It's a lot bigger inside and can accommodate large groups, if necessary. We brought in 30 and had our own section. There was still plenty of room and the server comes around refilling drinks regularly (pay for these separately from your dining bill), as well as brings the bill towards the end of your dining experience.
