5 Stars (but honestly, make it 10) My beautiful wife Alysa and I stumbled across Fallbrook Coffee Company during our honeymoon, and what an incredible surprise it was. Tucked away like a hidden gem, this place has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to slow down, enjoy life, and order one more cup of coffee just because. The coffee was absolutely fantastic, the vibes were perfect, and the hospitality was something you don't find every day anymore. A special thank you to Mr. Charles and the boss lady Shannon for making us feel so welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great coffee, great people, and the kind of place that reminds you that small-town charm is still alive and well. We came in as travelers and left feeling like friends. If you're anywhere near Fallbrook, do yourself a favor and stop by. We planned on a quick coffee break and ended up making one of our favorite honeymoon memories. 10 stars from us. This is a cute small business. The building looks like an old house. There is a simple lovely seating area outside. Inside is very cozy and homey with ample seating. It's a perfect place to get together with a friend and enjoy some good coffee. I tried the breakfast sandwich that was pretty good. It was a little bit pricey for the size. The service was very nice. My husband I decided to take a ride to go get some coffee this morning. We love riding out to fallbrook to escape the hustle an bustle. I've been wanting to try this place out. It's such a cute, calming spot! I got a pistachio white mocha. For the price it is deffinitly not bad. The bagel was good. I got it toasted with cream cheese. Rolled down from Split Rock Campground and stumbled into Fallbrook Coffee. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and recommended the iced cold brew with a twist. It was amazing and woke me up fast My team grabbed a vanilla bean and a cappuccino and everyone was happy with their drinks. I was so wired I considered running laps around the shop just to burn off the energy. This place is dope perfect for hanging out, paying it forward, playing some board games, or pretending you're classy by reading a book in their cozy corners. They even have a nice little zen area out front if you need to find your center after all that caffeine. If you haven't checked this spot, get down here. This is a cute, homey coffee house. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. There is plenty of indoor seating but they also have a large side patio and a good-sized front patio. On a nice day, sit in the front patio because there is a firepit and a lovely little pond and babbling water. We tried an avocado toast and that is what we got. It's a no-frills sandwich but the avocado was incredibly fresh. The drinks are good. We tried two different Cold Brews, one of which was a Cuban with condensed milk. ADORABLE! Very "small town", country-vibe with delicious food, beverages, and warm & friendly service. They've also got books and games available; it's a great place to sit with a friend! I recently moved to Fallbrook and when my family was looking for a home here, I was looking for a spot to read with a coffee. Fallbrook Coffee Co has a very cute coffee shop internally, but outside they have a little fountain with fish in it. This outdoor area is the perfect area for me to sit in the breeze and read a book of mine. The staff is very nice and accommodating to anything you'd like. It's unlike most coffee shops where they serve the coffee and move on to the next patron. I will continue coming here as it has become a happy spot of mine to get away while I read a book and drink a coffee. read more

I had a large earl gray latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and paid less than 8$ for all. The staff was friendly and hard-working. We got to talk to the owner, such a sweet story: he got offered a job to run this little coffee shop that was owned by a church and then (Covid) and he ended up buying the shop. Very professional and yet very casual and knowledgable. Cute little shop with everything you might need, coffee wise (and bonus points for decaf coffee and a ton of sugarfree syrups, enough so that I made myself a decaf turtle latte!) Then you go outside and although it's on busy intersection and they were doing road construction, there is a super sweet koi pond with a ton of plants, just mesmerizing. I was in the area and had a lavender latte with oat milk. My daughter had a strawberry smoothie and we shred an açaí bowl. I really enjoyed the granola that topped the açaí bowl but really the fresh fruit helped make the difference! The latte was really tasty and my daughter enjoyed the smoothie. They also appeared to have avocado toast and a veggie sandwich that looked vegan friendly. Apparently they do have vegan pastries but are baked on Fridays. They're always super happy to see dogs and my dog is always happy to get a pup cup from them while we enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Breakfast wrap is a pretty good size and comes with either bacon or sausage. They also have acai bowls but the one time my friend ordered one, the actual acai was still frozen and was difficult to eat. For coffee, I usually get their lattes with lavender, caramel, or vanilla syrup. My boyfriend tried their matcha latte once and really liked it as well. Parking lot is on the smaller side. I usually don't have issues finding a parking spot but if you're here earlier on the weekends, it can get a bit busy. read more

The Veggie Delight sandwich was one loosey goosey gal with lettuce, cucumber, avocado, diced red onions, and sun-dried tomatoes spilling out. We were leaving Fallbrook and looking for a quick stop for breakfast and a coffee (not for me.) Fallbrook Coffee Co was nearby and was rated highly. The little house was cute and there was plenty of parking. I'm not a coffee fan but they had breakfast sandwiches available so I got that. Their non-coffee options were pretty limited so I ended up getting a canned kombucha. We ended up sitting in their available indoor table for our food figuring it would take a little time to prepare. There was a large order that needed to be filled so the kitchen was pretty backed up and the person behind the counter let us know he was doing his absolute best. The table was near the kitchen and someone came out to apologize for the wait. We waited about 15-20 minutes and our breakfast sandwiches came out. The sausage patties were microwaved (I heard it go off a few minutes before we got our food) it was ok, a step above the Golden Arches, but not sure if it's worth that extended wait. read more
