5 Stars (but honestly, make it 10) My beautiful wife Alysa and I stumbled across Fallbrook Coffee Company during our honeymoon, and what an incredible surprise it was. Tucked away like a hidden gem, this place has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to slow down, enjoy life, and order one more cup of coffee just because. The coffee was absolutely fantastic, the vibes were perfect, and the hospitality was something you don't find every day anymore. A special thank you to Mr. Charles and the boss lady Shannon for making us feel so welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great coffee, great people, and the kind of place that reminds you that small-town charm is still alive and well. We came in as travelers and left feeling like friends. This is a cute small business. The building looks like an old house. There is a simple lovely seating area outside. Inside is very cozy and homey with ample seating. It's a perfect place to get together with a friend and enjoy some good coffee. I tried the breakfast sandwich that was pretty good. It was a little bit pricey for the size. The service was very nice. Cozy coffee shop! I got an iced smores mocha with oat milk and a Greek chicken salad. The mocha was absolutely delicious. The salad was the real star, it was loaded up with sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and chicken. The lettuce was very fresh and crisp. The prices of this coffee shop are also fantastic! Writing a review out of pure gratitude and appreciation! The coffee is curated so carefully by the most amazing people; and the ambiance is everything this little small town needs. My Dad has been a regular here for the last year or so. The employees have gotten to know him, so I asked if we could gather outside on his birthday and surprise him to celebrate. Not only was Stephen, the owner, so willing to let that happen... but Shannon and Cole went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of with the utmost perfect afternoon. He will remember that day forever! Half of the people you see in this photo refuse to drink coffee anywhere else because of how special the coffee AND community is! It's very hard to get coffee anywhere else when you know "The Queen of Americano's" -our neighbor says about Shannon. I would have written a review one of these days regardless, just because they make our week-to week so great; but I just wanted everyone on Yelp to know how much special of a core memory they made for us! My husband I decided to take a ride to go get some coffee this morning. We love riding out to fallbrook to escape the hustle an bustle. I've been wanting to try this place out. It's such a cute, calming spot! I got a pistachio white mocha. For the price it is deffinitly not bad. The bagel was good. I got it toasted with cream cheese. Rolled down from Split Rock Campground and stumbled into Fallbrook Coffee. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and recommended the iced cold brew with a twist. It was amazing and woke me up fast My team grabbed a vanilla bean and a cappuccino and everyone was happy with their drinks. I was so wired I considered running laps around the shop just to burn off the energy. This place is dope perfect for hanging out, paying it forward, playing some board games, or pretending you're classy by reading a book in their cozy corners. We were in town for my niece's wedding. We always love to go to local coffee. I took picture of menu so I could show what I wanted to order. To our surprise and very happy to have someone who can sign language. It was not learning sign language. She used fully ASL. We talked for a while. The atmosphere is fantastic and down to earth. I feel cozy and homey there. The smell of food, we must come back to try their food. We will come back in a couple months for our other niece's wedding! I went to Fallbrook coffee after a long day at work and let's just say the service was good. The sandwich was freshly made and there was even a bulletin board where people do good charity and they put toward dollar five dollar coupons so I mean if you're having a bad day or if you're tight on rent, go ahead and stop in and claim five dollars from the board and then purchase a sandwich or a soda anyways I would recommend this place to anybody very good ambience read more

I've been here twice. Coffee and food is just okay. On my recent visit I had an okay chai with a shoot of expresso. I bought a scone (spinach, I think), warmed. This is a cute, homey coffee house. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. There is plenty of indoor seating but they also have a large side patio and a good-sized front patio. On a nice day, sit in the front patio because there is a firepit and a lovely little pond and babbling water. We tried an avocado toast and that is what we got. It's a no-frills sandwich but the avocado was incredibly fresh. The drinks are good. We tried two different Cold Brews, one of which was a Cuban with condensed milk. I recently moved to Fallbrook and when my family was looking for a home here, I was looking for a spot to read with a coffee. Fallbrook Coffee Co has a very cute coffee shop internally, but outside they have a little fountain with fish in it. This outdoor area is the perfect area for me to sit in the breeze and read a book of mine. The staff is very nice and accommodating to anything you'd like. It's unlike most coffee shops where they serve the coffee and move on to the next patron. I will continue coming here as it has become a happy spot of mine to get away while I read a book and drink a coffee. read more

We camped overnight nearby and my husband wanted to pick up a coffee before we went to buy some avocado trees! We found this adorable coffee shop. We took the coffee to go, but, this place has a very serene outdoor patio with a charming fountain. It would have been the perfect place to take a moment to relax and enjoy our beverages! If we weren't in a hurry, I would have liked to have stayed for a bit. They had delicious sounding drinks on the menu too. The fountain and fish out front make it feel like an oasis from the urban sprawl. This cozy coffee shop was the perfect place to have a hot drink and get some work done while my son took the SAT at Fallbrook HS. I had a large earl gray latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and paid less than 8$ for all. The staff was friendly and hard-working. I really enjoyed the granola that topped the açaí bowl but really the fresh fruit helped make the difference! The latte was really tasty and my daughter enjoyed the smoothie. They also appeared to have avocado toast and a veggie sandwich that looked vegan friendly. Apparently they do have vegan pastries but are baked on Fridays. We got to talk to the owner, such a sweet story: he got offered a job to run this little coffee shop that was owned by a church and then (Covid) and he ended up buying the shop. Very professional and yet very casual and knowledgable. Cute little shop with everything you might need, coffee wise (and bonus points for decaf coffee and a ton of sugarfree syrups, enough so that I made myself a decaf turtle latte!) Then you go outside and although it's on busy intersection and they were doing road construction, there is a super sweet koi pond with a ton of plants, just mesmerizing. So happy we have this cute coffee shop in Fallbrook! Great coffee with tons of syrup flavors, good breakfast sandwiches and wraps, and really nice baristas. They're always super happy to see dogs and my dog is always happy to get a pup cup from them while we enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Breakfast wrap is a pretty good size and comes with either bacon or sausage. They also have acai bowls but the one time my friend ordered one, the actual acai was still frozen and was difficult to eat. For coffee, I usually get their lattes with lavender, caramel, or vanilla syrup. My boyfriend tried their matcha latte once and really liked it as well. Parking lot is on the smaller side. I usually don't have issues finding a parking spot but if you're here earlier on the weekends, it can get a bit busy. read more
