We were leaving Fallbrook and looking for a quick stop for breakfast and a coffee (not for me.) Fallbrook Coffee Co was nearby and was rated highly. The little house was cute and there was plenty of parking. I'm not a coffee fan but they had breakfast sandwiches available so I got that. Their non-coffee options were pretty limited so I ended up getting a canned kombucha. We ended up sitting in their available indoor table for our food figuring it would take a little time to prepare. There was a large order that needed to be filled so the kitchen was pretty backed up and the person behind the counter let us know he was doing his absolute best. The table was near the kitchen and someone came out to apologize for the wait. We waited about 15-20 minutes and our breakfast sandwiches came out. The sausage patties were microwaved (I heard it go off a few minutes before we got our food) it was ok, a step above the Golden Arches, but not sure if it's worth that extended wait. read more

This place is always charming whether you come in to hang with friends or pop in for a quick drink. The landscaping has always been well manicured and a plus for going to hang out by the koi pond. The variations of teas and coffees will have something for everyone. The breakfast menu and fresh pastries are great. Love the baristas and all of their post-it drawings on the front of the register. Would love to see some of their artwork on canvas for sale! Friendly, helpful and kind. Only sad thing to see was the rear room was now converted to part of the kitchen? I'd probably block it off with a wall so it doesn't look make shift. Any ideas of a tv in the living room? Make it extra cozy for the news buffs and sports fanatics!! We are so pleased to have discovered this charming Coffee Shop that has become our "go to" spot! Here's why we prefer Fallbrook Coffee above your local Starbucks or other coffee places: 1. Charming, delightful ambience. What other coffee shop has a fountain in their courtyard? 2. The coffee and food is delicious! It really is - we come here for brunch a lot. Their chicken/strawberry wrap and açaí bowls are favorites. 3. They are pet-friendly! Our boy Finley feels especially welcome here. We often come here to enjoy a weekend "paw family brunch". 4. The service is so friendly and warm, like your neighborhood coffee shop. They are all great but Shannon is the best! And they will bring your order to you and customize things. 5. The coffee - can't have a great coffee shop without great coffee! And they do seasonal specials like a pumpkin latte over Thanksgiving and a Gingerbread Latte (it's pretty awesome, having it now as I type this) for the holidays. Ohhhh Yelp why don't you allow 1/2 stars. This place is a solid 4 and 1/2 stars. Expectations are the key here. Let's set up why this is nudged to a 5 star. Expectations...would I drive from Temecula to Fallbrook to come here, sadly no. But this is my go to coffee spot when I am driving through Fallbrook to base. Is this a 1 star Michelin dining experience no, but I did enjoy any food I ordered when stopping by. This is what I would call a Staple to the Community. The staff is very friendly and it is a cute little set up. Can I use the word cute? I really can't describe it any other way. Everything just works. The best thing that touched my heart is a board of coupons for a free coffee in the shop. They have creative messages and cover pretty much any situation you are in. It really shows that there is a community spirit here as every time I walk in I see about 15 pre purchased coffee coupons for someone that is down on their luck. Love this place and we always stop in to support the local business when in the area. read more

The lady helping us was friendly, but- The drinks are okay but they were sweltering hot and we were unable to drink them for nearly an hour with the lids off of them. Just poor experience in quality and expectation. I was excited to try this place because it's adorable and unique in a smaller part of town. We pulled up, loved it. The place was pretty full! Just a few open tables which is a good sign. I do agree it's super cozy. We ordered the açaí smoothie, a small coffee, some kind of magical latte flavor, cinnamon roll and a sausage egg breakfast wrap. Black coffee was probably the best part. All the food was really mediocre and not that enjoyable. Breakfast wrap was really sad, just ALOT of egg, barely could find the sausage and honestly they could put a little more love in it. Cinnamon roll was not exciting and maybe even a couple days old. Açaí smoothie- pure regrets. Frozen and sugary it seemed. Also timing for food to come out was extra long and the was friendly but maybe not reassuring of our items. Odd. read more

The only negative for this coffee shop is.. nothing. Well, maybe the fact that there is only one location and the coffee is that good. They have strong, full bodied roast with plenty of flavor. Hit the coffee spot every time. And even better is that they're an affordable and small, local business not a big chain coffee store with over priced coffee. With this shop you can taste the hard work and love put into every drink, pastry and savory dish they create. Only wish I wasn't so impatient to eat the muffins I buy or I would post a latte and muffin pic. Guess you'll have to stop by and try one on your own time. We were super disappointed in this place. We wanted to like it though. While the employees were nice, they were frazzled and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Also, they didn't know where a lot of their supplies were. I waited 30 minutes for avocado toast. It's literally just toast And sliced avocado. Which wasn't all the way ripe. No apology for the delay either. The breakfast sandwich my friend got seemed like it was prepackaged and frozen and the premade egg patty wasn't cooked all the way. We got a chocolate croissant for my nephew. What they didn't tell us is that it's basically frozen, we assumed it would be room temperature like every other coffee shop, so we said no to wanting it up. So he couldn't eat it (understandably they can't take food back to heat it because of the pandemic, so no problem there, it just would've been nice to be told ahead of time that it was VERY cold). I got the cinnamon honey latte and it tasted fake. It was not good at all. But the iced white mocha was good once you aggressively stored the syrup. Like I said, the staff was nice, but I'm not sure that was enough. read more

I am vacationing in Fallbrook and decided to try this place. I got a flat white and avocado toast. The toast was awful for $6! The avocado slipped right off the cold bread (most places try and spread or smash it into the toast) and the flavor was very disappointing for being $6. I would have expected maybe $4 if that. I assume it's the box it's packed in that adds to the cost but it makes no difference. The quality was not good, bread slice was small and overall flavor was lackluster. read more

This must be the go-to coffee spot in town because it is in the middle of Fallbrook and has good coffee. Their regular drinks like the cold brew is definitely better than their seasonal drinks. I should have gotten what they are good at, but I appreciated the variety of drinks they offered and they offered some breakfast items along with pastries. BUT I really can't give them any because I learned they only serve ONE regular coffee there. They don't brew anything other than a medium-dark and don't even offer pour overs???? Pleasant experience this morning. They have a very relaxing outdoor seating area with a pond or you can sit inside. We got wild berry smoothies, which were really sweet and sugary. I ordered the farmhouse wrap , it came out very hot and freshly made which was great and my husband got the big country breakfast sandwich , it was meat stacked and filled him up. Overall , this is an alright coffee/breakfast spot I'd definitely spot by if I'm in the area but it's not anything I'd go out my way to come to. read more

My husband always orders a cold brew with vanilla and creamer & I tend to always order an iced vanilla latte.
