Rude service, too busy training a new employee to properly greet a customer. I asked if pumpkin pie latte is sweeter than pumpkin spice and was informed yes when in fact I received the order it tasted like pumpkin purée mixed with hot water and topped with flavorless whipped topping. I tried to sweeten it with 6 packs of sugar and 6 vanilla creamers to no avail. Left it right where it belonged in the wastebasket. The blueberry muffin was half baked and half raw dough. I threw that away too. I really want my money back however I just will never go back! read more

I discovered a new coffee drink! Cold brew with lemon and honey was incredibly delicious, just like lemonade but with coffee. I found service to be quite great as well. They even offer to park in one of their spots, call them to place and order and wait in your car for service. Nice touch! read more

I got the blackberry vanilla latte and it was great! The espresso is slightly acidic and the oat milk rounded out the flavor in a way that was a little weird at first but after a couple sips it was delicious. The ambiance is super unique and nice. This place USE to be great! Is it under NEW ownership? I went here this morning for breakfast and wanted to order their fresh croissants but there are no more fresh pastries. They used to have 2 quiche options (or frittatas), berry bars, bagels and other fresh pastries. Everything looked like they were either a few days old or taken straight out of plastic packages. The two ladies behind the counter were not friendly either. Nobody greeted us when we walked in. I felt like we were bothering them by even ordering. We sat outside to look at the fish in the pond and guess what? No more fish and covered in algae. So disappointing. We try to support locals but we can no longer support this company. read more

Great food, great quality. Just expensive when I wasn't expecting it. That's my only complaint. I can understand why, quality ingredients cost more. Our experience was very bad. The service was poor, the tables were dirty with crumps and were sticky & and rickety and the interior of the building is derelict. We found the Barista unfriendly from the moment we came in. After reading the other reviews it seems as if we went to a completely different establishment. By far the best cold brew I've ever had! Perfect amount of sweetness, I am not one to add a bunch of sweetener to my coffee and when the barista mentioned cinnamon I was sold! Avocado toast for the baby, and I had a ham,egg and cheese on an everything bagel! This little gem was perfect and they have a nice little waterfall you can dine next to. Living in Fallbrook for just about 2 years now with my fiancée and we simply adore the Fallbrook Coffee Co. café. Location, Location Location! I have to say, I have a love/hate relationship with their location. The Fallbrook Coffee Co. is situated right at the corner of W. Fallbrook St. and Mission Rd. This makes it a prime hotspot for that quick pick-up & go coffee & snack before your commute to work. Especially if you are on Main Ave. and are heading to Mission Rd., you simply turn right and voila! Perfecto! The downside to this location is that if you want to relax outside in their lovely patio garden with peaceful fountain and serene koi pond, you are subject to hearing all the traffic during rush hours :\ It's a blessing and a curse. I DO appreciate how they have a separation between the roadside and their grounds using hedges and perhaps if they extend them more, it would help to block-out the noise (potential fix?). As for the grounds itself, as stated, there is a quaint outside patio with a fountain for customers to dine in and a few tables with umbrellas and even a fire-pit. The inside has a homey decor with a variety of witty, yet grounded artwork and almost a "log cabin" feel to it. There's a main dining area and also a side-room for family functions or groups. There are also little nooks & corners with reading materials that act as waiting areas too. Service has always been great here and we are always greeted with smiles and happy folks. I really love the ability to use their Yelp profile to order in advance and just pick-up your order (there's even specified parking for you!) If you're dining in, you can place your order and wait outside and they'll bring it to you. Really nice! Overall, the food here is good, friendly service and the homey inside dining with A/C and wi-fi makes The Fallbook Coffee Co. one of our favorite cafés. read more

I was running errands around town this morning and decided to give this place a try since we've heard many good things about it from neighbors. I called my order in ahead of time and was told that it "would be ready as soon as you get here". I arrive at the shop about 10 minutes later and wait in line behind two other people to pay for my order and see if it was ready for pickup. I pay for my order and was told by Gabriel that they were still working on my order and it would be right out. So I decided to sit at one of the tables on the side and wait. While waiting, an older gentleman comes in, orders some drinks, and then walks out a few minutes later. After waiting another 10 minutes, I get up from the table and walk by the counter. There was nothing ready at the Pick-Up window, but there was some food just sitting at the cart/stand right next to it. I decided to walk around the shop a few minutes to look at some of the stuff around and then took a seat at one of the tables in front of the register shortly after. When Gabriel sees me, it's like he is reminded of my order and goes to check on it. Sure enough, my food was ready, just sitting there waiting for them to bag it. He kindly hands me the bag and apologizes for the wait. I get up and walk to the register and let him know that I had some drinks to go with it as well. He looks up my order and says they will be right out. As him and Sam are making my drinks, I ask if one of the drinks was being made with Oat Milk, like I had requested. Luckily I asked right as the drink was being made, because sure enough, it wasn't being made with Oat Milk. I feel like the staff don't communicate with each other. It seems like the kitchen didn't let anyone know that the food was ready and also no one was ensuring the completeness of our order. Severely disappointing for a first time visit. My wife liked her breakfast sandwich, but her açaí bowl was completely melted and she had said the granola was soft and chewy. My farmhouse wrap was literally filled with just potatoes. There was some egg and what seemed to be half a sausage in there. The drinks were also not very tasty. Definitely not worth the extra wait for subpar coffee and microwaved food. Not sure if we'd be willing to give this place another try. read more

Super cute cafe in Fallbrook. Their Americano is really good, I didn't live the chai. They have cute outdoor seating where people with dogs can hang out. The workers are really nice and the bfast wrap I got was huge and delicious. Just visiting Fallbrook, we were looking for a quick breakfast place with coffee. They have sandwiches, açaí bowls, bagels, wraps, and other pastries! We ended up getting their Farm House Wrap and a Vanilla Latte! The latte was flavorful. It's a Klutch brand coffee. The wrap is huge and packed out. So be prepared to be full. Cool thing about their shop was this Pay it Forward board. It had cards where people prepaid coffee or food for others. So sweet. Owner and staff were friendly as well. Go support them! read more

I had an iced pumpkin latte (my goal is try all pumpkin-like coffees while in season) and my husband had a milk and honey latte. He does not drink coffee and he enjoyed it. He finished his large before I finished my small. I will say the milk and honey was so delicious!!!!! One of the best coffees I've had in a while. Cute coffee shop. I love coming here every time I'm in the area. They have a nice selection of drinks to choose from. They also have a nice area to sit and chill, outside and inside. I'm bummed that almost two years into this pandemic and people being masked up, that they serve their food for people dining there, in plastic containers, and paper cups. Would it hurt to use a ceramic mug and a regular plate? I do like that they have a community board to "pay it forward" for those who want to gift a drink or food to someone else. I also wish that the workers would be consistent on asking customers to wear a mask. Why is it that one person is asked to put a mask on to place their order, and yet someone else is not? I was underwhelmed by this place. It was packed on a Wednesday at 11:00am which seemed odd, but I decided to order coffee to go anyway. Total mistake. It took them twenty minutes to make 4 drinks ahead of mine. My quick pit stop quickly ate up a chunk of my lunch break. Had I known t would take nearly a half hour for a latte, I would have gone to elsewhere. The coffee was overly strong, the syrup I paid 60 cents for was none existent in flavor and I only drank half of my $5 latte. I don't recommend this place to grab a coffee, but some people seemed to be enjoying hanging around so decide for yourself. For me I won't be back. *shrug* read more

Such potential; unfortunately the three times I've visited the café, the staff is disdainful, slow, and snippy, even when the place is empty. Coffee was unavailable the last visit. There were three girls working, and three tables with people in the café. Literally, they had two urns of coffee which were empty, and I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for a cup. The girl behind the counter said, "for future reference, it takes at least 10 minutes to brew coffee." I asked if they could make me an Americano instead, and the girl literally rolled her eyes at me. I told her I was in a bit of a time crunch, so she made the Americano, but then charge me additional for the Americano even though it was staff error that coffee was not made. I asked for cream for my coffee (the creamer at the station was empty) and she seemed further annoyed I interrupt her, and smacked a half-and-half carton on the counter and walked away. Yeah. Not very warm. Not very welcoming. A pity since I live a couple blocks away and would gladly walk here daily to have my coffee because it's super cute, but instead I drive to Starbucks because at least they are polite and consistent. read more

Cozy place with plenty of seating. I got the veggie panini sandwich. It was ok. Kinda simple for $8. But the iced coffee breve is really good. Smooth, hence the 4 star review. would have been 5 if the sandwhich was better. Good wifi, came here to work. Setting overall is nice, just kinda quiet since there isn't any music playing. Let's be real, their true #1 golden egg is the Organic Grail goods that they have here. If you choose not to get the mocha cinnamon roll you've failed at life. Might as well die of dysentery. It's incredible and pairs well with everything. EVERYTHING. They have amazing coffee here and I'm a big fan of the dirty chai. Coming here is a true treat I look forward to. Cute abode emphasizes the quaint feel of Fallbrook. I'm from New Hampshire, and this gem reminds me a bit of back home. Steven and Cassie newly own Fallbrook Coffee Co since July 2020. They are so genuinely kind and personable, which is what brought me to write this review. The cafe interior has a cozy feel. Outdoor seating is vast and a great place to meet with friends. Sit in the sun by the pond, or under the shaded patio. I can't forget to mention that the coffee is so smooth, with such great flavor! For those with dairy allergies: Their nondairy milk options are almond milk, oat milk, and coconut milk. read more
