I'm going to post what I've shared on a few sites. A part of my communication with 7/11 corporate offices. I recognize many have never had any problem here. I have had good experiences for the most part, up until today. Today's experience was just intolerable. I'm mad at myself for allowing two ill-mannered and rude employees put me out of my civility. ' This 7/11 either has the rudest employees on shift right now, or they are severely undertrained in customer service and overstretched. I went in to get coffee ( first mistake ) and cash in some lotto tickets. The ATM machines at the register aren't working but all they can say is declined, no money. ( Second mistake. This happens at this location often ) BS. I use cash and then ask to cash in lotto tickets. She points to the machine to check and I said I already checked on the app. She refuses to take them unless I check them in their machine first, which is dumb because they have to check them on their end to pay me. ( A new one for me ) I'll go elsewhere. I leave, then discover my scan for points did not work. So I go inside to let them know and says you want to buy coffee? I told her I just did but my points didn't show. She throws up her hand and turns to her coworker who begins to explain " I dunno. It's not my fault it's the system" So I ask how do I get my points and he says" I dunno, I'm not 7/11" At this point my eyes were on fire and blood is boiling, but in the back of my head, I heard " don't be stupid be civil". So I attempted to ask how to get it resolved and he cuts me off with a " I don't know, I'm not the app expertise". I said never mind. I'll report it to corporate and he responds " go ahead, I don't care" I left with a quick F.U." which I never do. He says "with that attitude, whatever". I'd better leave this parking lot before he thinks I'm threatening him by typing. ' read more

Nice and friendly staff. Easy parking. Easily accessible. They do charge $.25 if your purchase is less than $1 when paying with card- so be aware... They've run out of regular Big Gulp lids so you have to use Slurpee lids lol! More ounces I guess... Cash is King! I'll be back for sure cause their lines are much shorter than gas stations. read more

It's a nice sized location but not a lot of inventory or pizzaz. Not a biggie for me as I was in area and wanted to pick up some cold beers for a dinner get together. The location has its own parking and is across from Joe's Hardware. They don't seem as well stocked (ie gift cards, misc. trinkets, eye catching 'oh i gotta have that') stuff but they have the 7-Eleven basics (beers, cold drinks, lotto, hot foods, etc). The cashier was kind but maybe I was in a chirpy good mood from the ridiculous beautiful sunny day. Overall, a nice in/out location. read more

Since we can't for some reason have a Zero or Minus one we settle with this ---- 9:30 am - Handed them a coupon for a free beverage they said on check out it would be 0.40 cents The extremely rude old woman behind the counter when asked why a said it was for CRV - I said the coupon says FREE and CRV is for bottles and cans not coffee cups also it would be 5 cents for containers less than 24 ounces. The rude man behind the counter starts in and both are screaming they want 40 cents - Then they say it is not 40 d=cents (now) it is that the coupon rand up short ........... cant get the story straight and BTW a free beverage is a free beverage Prior to that A homeless person approached me outside asking for me to buy him a COKE - I gave him me coupon (as my daughter and I had one each from a event). When he went inside the ride man made him stand by the register put on blue gloves and poured him a drink loaded with ice -- even looking at how he was reluctantly doing it was disturbing = He showed the man no dignity Meanwhile the rude old lady was looking at me observing and waiting for my daughter as I was going to grab something The rude pair elevated their decent and screamed and cursed extensively that I needed to pay for a FREE beverage (not that the homeless guy was asked to) In the end I said keep it - and gave them back my daughters snack purchase also Overall by far the worse experience and customer service ever as a disabled senior - totally offended on many ways Yes 7/11 needs to fix their coupons redemption to match prices But there should be nobody for any reason going into that store when these two rude awful people are working - what a disgrace to humanity and our quiet community ---- read more

Maria is rude. She's cranky and it is really not worth the money I spend there. You'd think 7-11 would have more scruples than to hire obnoxious people. Today she told me my card was declined because, as she said "you got no money". Lol, I've been going there for several months and their POS never works. Fire Maria now. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! I went in there this morning to grab a quick *hot* coffee. I had a coupon for a free coffee that doesn't expire until December 31st, 2023. They tried charging a 40 cent CRV tax for a cup of COFFEE. The two workers there started SCREAMING at us for not wanting to pay the CRV tax (it shouldn't be there in the first place) when we never said anything threatening or hostile. Terrible service. Staff is still great-awesome customer service. I frequently come into this location and recently found out that they can make the food choices to order-which is even better than getting the food after it's been sitting under the hot lamp! Now, get that white chocolate raspberry latte back in the auto dispenser machine and I will be one happy customer! read more

Clean on the inside! The place is pretty open so you don't feel cramped. Good place to stop and grab something on the go. My only letdowns were that they didn't have a lot of choices among the sammys and only a couple sad looking hot items out. I left with a hungry tummy. They also have one gas pump. I've been going to this 7-11 every day for the past 2 years and the coffee there is always freshly brewed never cold. There's this Mexican worker who is such a good responsible worker if it wasn't for this guy the experiences wouldn't be the same he's always helpful. DEFINITELY GIVE IT A TRY read more

Zero stars I was in town to buy plants and a fountain for a landscape Stopped at 7 11 to buy an Arizona tea Took 10 to 15 minutes parked there to the side to call nursery and make a call about a work estimate 7 11 owner came out and asked "Can I do anything for you?" I said I was making work calls He said he could not allow me to take up parking spots because it was rush hour I said ok. Obviously I chose to buy a drink elsewhere. IT WAS 1:20 PM on 4/23/2015 and as I left there were 6 OPEN PARKING SPOTS!!! Horrible customer service obviously and I would never stop there for anything in the future and I have made purchases there before. Happy Jug is a much more friendly a place. read more

Not only is this location so convenient but they have the best customer service of any 7-11 I have ever been to! I went in today and was prepared to order 10 mini tacos from the display case when the manager said no those aren't good anymore let us make you some fresh ones they'll taste so much better. They were incredible and such a good price- 10 for $2!! They'll also brew any type of coffee for you any time of day- they really put customers first at this location. And the store is always so clean and bright! read more

As far as 7-Elevens in California go, I'm quite fond of this one. The location is especially convenient for me, and the staff always seem fairly polite. The store is always clean and well lit. This station has gas, which is becoming surprisingly rare for these stores in California. The only thing I would change about this store is that I wish they would stock Redline. read more

If I could put 0stars on here I would. This is the most unappreciative business with the worst customer service I have ever received. I use the atm 1-2 a week in this store paying the $2+ fee every time and usually buying something else in the store. On this particular morning i used there atm and then was seeing if I could have the $20 broken down. I ask the teller whose name I don't know though I really wish I did to personally let them know they're the worst way customer service. Soda fountain is always not working properly. Soda is watery. They don't fill the condiments for nachos or hotdogs. They just don't do it some days. I'm guessing they don't want the bother of maintaining or cleaning it when the manager isn't working. but they will sell you the nachos and hotdog....with nothing to put in it lol read more

One your employees have very bad attitudes. The first time I went in thought she was sweet but then started having a FAT attitude. I'm not the type to be rude for no reason and I'd actually like to avoid it at all costs. But you must really be a dick to make me go off like that. I used to me a regular customer, almost everyday getting a iced coffee, but recently I walked in to find it was broken so me and my partner was walking around to see what else we can get, to my surprise alot of their foods were quite pricy, not too much but can't really get anything for $2, so I just left and went to burger King for a better deal. Later that day I went to go buy something to eat for my two younger siblings, I had to call them to see what they wanted, the cashier and the manager was not afraid to show how annoyed they were, after getting what we wanted and we're about to check it out the manager came up and threaten to kick us out for waiting so long, if you're looking for food you'd have a much better deal at major market across the way, not only they're bad at customer service but the food is over priced as well read more

Haji the Afghan man is extremely rude , I spent over a hundred dollars on a greendot card and some snacks and cigs , went to car to smoke and after a couple minutes he as well as the Asian looking Nepali guy came and told me that I couldn't park there anymore . I'm like I just spent over a bill at a 711 and he's worried that I parked for a couple minutes minutes more than I should. Haji is the rudest of them all, he's been working here for many many years and recently got a job as a guard which I recommended he gets a guard card to better his life. A month later Im told he only works during the day now and does security ay night somewhere else.. this man works during the day at this 711 and shows up off clock! Wearing his security uniform from his other job acting as if he's a police officer at his day job that he comes back to so he can feel accomplished , this is his life and he feels he owns the block and feels as if it's his right to come back off clock and act like a officer , what a loser , had nothing going on in his life so he needs to pretend cop to be big , other than him this place is great , sadlt he shat on the experience for me , I will no longer be shopping at this 711. Last year he even charges homeless people to use the restroom, keep in mind the policy , no customer can use the restroom yet he charges them to illegally use it.
