Rang up full price for both, and both of the cashiers refused to do anything about it. I told them it is state law to honor the posted price/deal. They said there's nothing they can do, only the manager can do it. So I asked them to contact the manager and they refused. Take your business elsewhere! Long lines but that's just because of where this is located. Right in the heart of the Carlsbad inn resort. They offer wings, pizza and a few other variations for a quick meal that other Seven 11s don't. Staff was friendly and again for the connivence when staying at the resort this works for emergencies. read more

I believe this place is scamming people on gas. I put in 10 dollars, just over 2 gallons, and the range on my gas meter in my car did not change at all. Whether this is on purpose or not, just be aware of the gas pumps. read more

This is a great place to fill propane. I exchanged my standard 5 gallon tank earlier in the day at a 76 station that said they filled propane online. It cost me $29. I was able to get my 7 gallon RV sized tank filled here for $30. Such a better deal. I wish the gas was a little cheaper, but that is Biden's fault. Next time I need propane I will come here, whether for my 7 or 5 gallon tank. read more

The owner of the 7-11 contacted me via IM in Yelp and let me know they have A) never been a corporate owned company but a franchise and B) they have always sold propane by the gallon unless you swapped out a full tank. I am updated this review in light of that message and new information. read more

I am a fan of this 7-11 for the following reasons: - The Coffee. Really, the coffee! It's always fresh, good, with no variety that's Starbucks-burned-n-bitter, and most importantly, there's a real-life teat dispensing fresh cold milk, not curdled milk that's been sitting in a thermos bottle all day. There are a variety of other coffee fixins available too, like mini-marshmallows, flavored shots, even bonus caffeine shots of that's how you roll. Granted, you can't pop open your laptop and hang out, but I recall the folks at It's A Grind on Carlsbad Blvd discourage such behavior as well. - Onramp convenient, well, for me anyway, though folks arriving from the east will have to cut through the Albertsons/Golden Tee lot. - Gas prices pretty decent, though you could drive for miles, I'm sure, and save yourself that precious 4c per gallon. - Clean store, not overwhelming selection like some, but essentials you go to 7-11 for. - Friendly staff, and always enough of them there to send somebody out to help with the propane dispenser (NOTE -- do not attempt this yourself). read more

This is my preferred gas station of the 3 within a block. They have a small auto service station and free air for your tires available 24/7 by the service station door (near the little bar/restaurant next door). Also, they are quick to attend you when you need to fill up your propane tank and the price is fair given the fact that it's the closest option to my home. read more

Fanciest 7-11 ever. A better craft beer selection than most BevMos. This place was like the 7-11 for the rich and famous.

I give this location 5 Stars simply for the 2-3 ladies that work there during the morning shift. They are awesome, friendly and exactly what you want to see and hear when you get your morning coffee. This Gas station has been family owned and operated for about the last 15 -20 years at least the owners name is Al and he is the most friendliest person you will ever meet, so stop on in and tell him Gabriel Sent you...
