I figured it out. The black girls use the out of order bathroom and lie to customers that it's out of order. They also lock the other bathroom from the inside and sat it's in use. Lazy workers! Read the other comments, they are weird about their bathrooms.

I drove right back and pulled right up to show the cashier my car. He had the odasity to ask me if I wanted to run my car through AGAIN !! I said "WHAT FOR ? TO MAKE IT DIRTIER ??? ". The gentleman working the register was kind enough to give me $2 worth of quarters in change, but he did ask to me tell people not to come to the 7-Eleven asking for coins, which is fair. But in any case, I'm relieved he did it for me because I'm on a time crunch, but I do feel really stupid and bad for making him worry about that because I know what it's like to be a cashier at night. I feel really bad now that on my previous review I had written a bad review on Kelvin's poor customer service he gave to me on my last visit. I walked towards the convenience store and walked inside their 2 double doors. I saw Kevlin and Bryan was working at the cash register last night. I waited my turn because I was in line waiting to be served. This Friday night, it was very busy inside their convenience store, which I saw a lot of men customers and some women customers like myself were waiting in line to pay for their gas and their snacks. When it was my turn to be served by Kelvin. I asked Kevlin, How much should I pay him to put half a tank of gas in my car? Kevlin told me $25.00. I said okay, thank you. I also bought 3 bags of chips. These 2 bags of chips were the POPCORNERS Kettle Corn, Sweet & Salty Chips and one bag of the Lay's Cheetos Cheese flavored Chips. The total cost was $7.68 plus the $25.00. to equal the grand total $32.68. But before I left to put some gas in my car. I asked Kelvin, can I get his advice on my boyfriend Steve? Kevlin said sure. Then Steve said he felt embarrassed when I wrote a Review about his bad behavior on this Yelp website on this Shell Gas Station asking for Kelvin's good advice. Also wanted to review the customer service at the returns counter at this store; they really need to look at retraining/ firing one of the managers as I hate going to this store to return anything. Worst customer service with this Blond manager (who looks like she has Botox or fillers in her lips). Have seen her be rude to multiple customers here and not follow the Costco return policy. Think she should be fired. Avoid this store. Much better customer service at San Marcos Costco.

The lanes to pass in the middle were a little bit close so it was sometimes a bit challenging if people had a bigger car or didn't park correctly. The new station has lots of space and way more pumps. I have been several times since it opened and I've never had to wait in line which is a huge difference from the old station. It does make the parking a bit more congested, but I'll take the wait time decrease any day.. The station is usually cheaper than the nearby Palomar station by at least .10¢. I haven't been at peak time so I'm not sure how the traffic is or the lines but so far so good and it is my gas station of choice.

This has happened numerous times at this location. It's always the chubby black guy with gray hair. There's also a lot of homeless just chilling outside so never leave any valuables. I ride a motorcycle and always carry a backpack which has my company's laptop. Ive been yelled out ask asked to leave since they have a sign that says no backpacks allowed. I have given this place many chances and unfortunately I no longer will support them. The only nice person working there is the tall black guy. This dude needs a raise since he puts up to more shit than any other employee there
